A vehicle control device includes a route processor that generates a route from a current location position to a target position. The target position remains constant. The vehicle control device further includes a steering pattern processor that generates a target steering angle, which is a target value of a steering angle for the route, and outputs steering angle information indicating the generated target steering angle. The vehicle control device further includes a steering angle processor that corrects the steering angle information such that a transition curve section of the route includes a steering angle increasing section where the steering angle is below the target steering angle and a steering angle decreasing section where the steering angle exceeds the target steering angle. The vehicle control device further includes a steering controller that performs steering control based on the steering angle information corrected by the steering angle processor.

Vehicle control device

A vehicle control automatically distinguishes between a moving body and a stationary body, reduces user's operation process, and reduces burdens to shorten time for a parking process. Obstruction points are grouped so as to be divided between obstructions, coloring of moving and stationary bodies are changed for each obstruction, and it is determined whether there is an obstruction for which the coloring has not been changed. If there is an obstruction for which the coloring has not been changed, whether there is license plate information and whether the obstruction is a moving body or a stationary body are determined, and a moving body is changed to red and a stationary body to blue. A display device displays the obstruction information distinguished between stationary or moving objects, and a message to the user such as 'obstruction stored' notifies the user of completion of the distinction of the obstruction types.

Vehicle control apparatus

When there are a plurality of routes to one parking space, automatic parking cannot be performed on a route with short parking time. A route candidate generation unitchanges a reference vehicle speed and a route shape, and searches for a route from a parking start position to a parking target position. The route passage time calculation unitcalculates, for each route candidate, the time required to pass through the route based on the reference vehicle speed and the length of the route. A state switching time calculation unitcalculates, for each route candidate, the time required for switching between forward and backward movements of a vehicle, and the time required to change steering to a predetermined steering angle in a state where the vehicle is stopped. A route selection processing unitselects a specific route, for example, a route with short parking time, from a generated routes based on route passage time.

To obtain a vehicle control device capable of creating a route that facilitates tracing by a vehicle in autonomous driving and improving positional accuracy of the vehicle at the time of tracing. Provided is a vehicle control device capable of accurately estimating a self-vehicle location with a yaw angle error occurring when a vehicle starts to travel due to an initial phase shift between pulsed waveforms of left and right wheels when the vehicle starts to travel suppressed. The vehicle control device further estimates a direction of wheel rotation while the vehicle is at a stop. A yaw angle deviation when the vehicle starts to travel is estimated and corrected on the basis of a weighted average of discrete yaw angle values obtained immediately after the vehicle starts to travel from wheel speed sensors installed on left and right non-steered wheels of the vehicle. A yaw angle while the vehicle is at a stop and a yaw angle when the vehicle starts to travel are also estimated, and the direction of wheel rotation while the vehicle is at a stop is also estimated from a difference between the yaw angles. The yaw angle and coordinates are corrected on the basis of the estimation result.

An EPS controller reduces a turning angle of front wheels when it is determined that a normative yaw rate is larger than an actual yaw rate.

Vehicle control system, vehicle control method, and electric power steering system

Provided is a vehicle control device capable of suppressing a yaw angle error at startup due to an initial phase shift of pulse waveforms of right and left wheels at the startup and precisely estimating a vehicle position. A yaw angle displacement amount of the vehicle is corrected in the direction of reducing an error in the yaw angle displacement amount at the estimation start point with respect to a reference direction in which the vehicle is to travel depending on output of a pulse waveform of a wheel speed sensor provided in right and left non-steering wheels of the vehicle immediately after the startup.
