A semiconductor circuit includes a first circuit block, a second circuit block, and power wiring lines that supply a plurality of reference potentials. The first circuit block and the second circuit block are connected to a common power wiring line that is one of the power wiring lines and supplies a common reference potential. A width of the common power wiring line in the first circuit block is smaller than a width of the common power wiring line in the second circuit block.

Semiconductor circuit, driving circuit of electro-optical device, and electronic apparatus

A display apparatus includes first scan lines and second scan lines arranged along one direction on a substrate, data signal lines are arranged intersecting the one direction, and display pixels are selected by a scan line selection signal. A first display circuit is connected to the first scan lines using the scan line selection signal and sequentially supplying an image signal which is sequentially input to a pixel electrode. A second display circuit is connected to the second scan lines using the scan line selection signal and includes a holding circuit which holds the image signal and supplies a voltage in accordance with the signal held by the holding circuit to the pixel electrode. A mode switching circuit performs mode switching between an analog display mode and a digital display mode in accordance with a mode switching signal.

A liquid crystal display device includes a scanning line and a signal line that are disposed to intersect each other, a pixel that is disposed in correspondence with an intersection of the scanning line and the signal line and includes a liquid crystal and a pixel electrode, a common electrode, and a storage capacitor that apply a voltage to the liquid crystal, a storage capacitor line that is used for forming the storage capacitor, and a plurality of storage capacitor line driving circuits that is used for driving the storage capacitor line. The plurality of storage capacitor line driving circuits is disposed in one end and the other end of the storage capacitor line, and the electric potential of the storage capacitor line is configured to be fixed to a designated electric potential based on a reset signal that is input to the plurality of storage capacitor line driving circuits.

Liquid crystal display device

A method of driving a liquid crystal display device includes a plurality of scanning lines, a plurality of data lines arranged to intersect the plurality of scanning lines, a plurality of pixel electrodes arranged in correspondence with the intersections between the plurality of scanning lines and the plurality of data lines, a plurality of pixel switching elements for supplying the signals of the data lines to the pixel electrodes based on the signals of the scanning lines, and an opposed electrode facing the pixel electrodes. The plurality of scanning lines are supplied with respective timings to apply any one of a selection potential and a non-selection potential to the pixel switching elements, the opposed electrode is inversion-driven between a first potential and a second potential, and at least one of the plurality of scanning lines has the selection potential at a common inversion timing when the opposed electrode is inverted from the first potential to the second potential.

Method of driving liquid crystal display device, liquid crystal display device,and electronic apparatus

A relaxation time in a common inversion drive of a liquid crystal display device is minimized. The liquid crystal display device includes a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of data lines that intersects the plurality of scan lines, a plurality of pixel switching devices dispose corresponding to intersections of the data lines and the scan lines, a plurality pixel electrodes connected with the plurality of pixel switching devices, a common electrode facing the pixel electrodes to form capacitors, a common power supply circuit connected with the common electrode and outputting a square wave alternating between a higher electric potential and a lower electric potential at a regular intervals and a first reference electric potential power supply circuit outputting a first reference electric potential to the scan lines through a low impedance at a common electric potential inversion timing that is a timing of alternation of the square wave, wherein an impedance from the common power supply circuit to the common electrode is approximately equal to an impedance from the first reference electric potential power supply circuit to the scan lines.
