Provided is a swing arm device for an electric two- or three-wheeled vehicle that can be reduced in the number of components for a reduction in weight while being mounted compact in an electric vehicle for which a swing arm of an electric vehicle includes a battery and a charger. The swing arm device for an electric two- or three-wheeled vehicle to be fitted on an electric vehicle includes a swing arm () one end of which is coupled to a swing shaft and the other end of which supports a rear wheel (WR), an electric motor (M) placed at the other end side of the swing arm () and for driving the rear wheel (WR), and a battery () for supplying electric power to the electric motor (M), and a charger () for charging the battery () is incorporated in the swing arm ().

Swing arm device for electric two- or three-wheeled vehicle

A battery module mounting structure includes a housing structure housing a battery supplying electric power to the electric motor of a motor-driven two-wheeled vehicle and a PDU controlling the electric motor. The housing case is configured to be mountable to and dismountable from the swing arm with the electric motor and a control substrate housed in the housing case. The swing arm is formed as a cantilever type in which an arm portion disposed on the vehicle-widthwise right or left of a rear wheel supports the rear wheel. The battery shaped in a rectangular parallelepiped is housed in the housing case with a longitudinal direction thereof facing in a vehicle-width direction. The housing case is mounted from a vehicle-widthwise inside on a lateral surface of a swing arm housing at a position vehicle-body-forward of the rear wheel and vehicle-body-rearward of a through-hole, the swing arm housing supporting the arm portion.

Battery module mounting structure for motor-driven two-wheeled vehicle

A saddle riding type, electric vehicle includes a swing arm removably and vertically swingably supported on a vehicle body frame, and an electric motor, a battery for supplying the electric motor with electric power, and a control unit for controlling the electric motor. The electric motor, the battery, and the control unit are disposed on the swing arm. The swing arm integrally provides, forwardly of a rear wheel, a bulkhead for accommodating a battery in isolation from an electric motor and a control unit. The bulkhead has an opening portion that faces terminals disposed on the battery. A battery accommodating portion integrally provides a partition wall extending in a vehicle width direction to form a plurality of accommodating chambers with each containing one of a plurality of batteries. A stand disposed downwardly of the partition wall is supported rotatably on a bottom wall of the battery accommodating portion.

A three-wheeled vehicle having two steerable front wheels is provided with steering structure configured to enhance turning performance during banking of a vehicle body. A bushing is secured to the vehicle body, and includes an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder connected by an elastic member. Knuckles, for pivotally supporting the front wheels, are supported by knuckle supports installed on steering arms secured to the outer cylinder. A first lever mounted on a steering shaft is connected via a connecting rod to a second lever mounted on a sub-steering shaft pivotally passing through the inner cylinder. A third lever installed on the sub-steering shaft is connected to the knuckles via corresponding tie rods. A rigid rod has a first end connected to a fourth lever secured to the outer cylinder via a first universal joint and a second end connected to the body frame via a second universal joint.

Three-wheeled vehicle with steering apparatus configured for enhanced operation during a banking turn

A battery is disposed close to a through-hole of a swing shaft that pivotally supports a swing arm on a vehicle body frame so as to be freely swingable at a position closer to the front of the vehicle body in the swing arm. An electric motor is disposed close to an axle of a rear wheel at a position closer to the rear of the vehicle body in the swing arm. The control board is disposed at a position outside of the battery in the vehicle width direction, and the heating element board is disposed at a position rearward of the vehicle body with respect to the control board and forward of the vehicle body with respect to the motor.

Control device of electric motorcycle

Inside of a swing arm () that pivotally supports a rear wheel (WR) of an electric two-wheeled vehicle () and that is freely swingably attached to a vehicle body, a battery (), an electric motor (M) for driving the rear wheel (WR), and a board () serving as a control device for controlling the electric motor (M) are equipped. Throttle position detector for two-wheeled electric vehicle

A battery configured as a plurality of battery cells for an electric vehicle with one board for supplying electric power to an electric motor. Each battery cell is provided with positive and negative electrodes on the side of the board. The board is provided with a plurality of cell connecting parts for transmitting cell information of each battery cell corresponding to each electrode. Sensor wiring connects each electrode and each cell connecting part. Wiring is formed are arranged over the board that radiates heat via an insulating adhesive. A heating element is mounted on a first heat-conduction member formed on a top face of the uppermost wiring board. A second heat-conduction member is formed on the downside of the lowermost wiring board. The first heat-conduction member and the second heat-conduction member are touched via a third heat-conduction member arranged in a through hole bored through each wiring board.

Battery for electric vehicle

An electric vehicle includes a double-sided swing arm that supports a motor shaft, an axle, and a wheel by supporting a motor on one side of the wheel and a reduction mechanism on the other side of the wheel. In this case, the swing arm is composed of, on the one side of the wheel, plural separable arm portions. The arm portions have respective separation points on an outside or outer periphery of the wheel. With the components arranged in this manner, weight balance of the electric vehicle is easily achieved, and the operational efficiency of mounting, removal, and replacement of the wheel and the motor is improved.

The apparatus also includes a specimen holder holding member for holding a specimen holder with a membrane filter at the bottom, taken out of a cultivator, a solution introduction tube for feeding fresh saline solution into the experimental vessel, and a solution discharge tube for sucking saline solution from the experimental vessel.
