A decorative sheet and a decorative member having both excellent antiviral properties and high processability. The decorative sheet is provided with a colored layer, a pattern layer, and a surface protective layer, wherein: the surface protective layer is provided with a first surface protective layer containing an antiviral agent and at least one of a heat-curable resin, an ultraviolet-curable resin, and an electron beam-curable resin; the addition amount of the antiviral agent is 0.2% by mass or more and 10% by mass or less with respect to the surface protective layer; and the average particle size of the antiviral agent is 1 μm or more and 10 μm or less.

A decorative sheet is provided that includes a paper substrate, a printed pattern layer arranged to face a major surface of the paper substrate, and a single-layer or multilayered surface protective layer arranged to face the pattern layer, the surface protective layer comprising a coating layer as an outermost layer of the decorative sheet, the coating layer being comprised of a coating containing antiviral additive particles (e.g., antiviral agent), the antiviral additive particles comprising finely divided silver. Further, the coating layer may contain a silicone-based component or a fluorine-based component, which imparts contamination resistance to the coating layer; the amount of the antiviral additive particles in the coating layer may be 0.2 mass % or more and 12 mass % or less relative to the total solid content of the coating layer; and the thickness of the coating layer may be 3 μm or more.

A decorative sheet which ensures good incombustibility, processability and weatherability along with weatherability, contamination resistance and solvent resistance. An incombustible decorative sheet having incombustibility includes a weather-resistant resin layer and a fluorine resin layer laminated on a substrate layer in this order, wherein the weather-resistant resin layer is made of a mixture of an acrylic resin and an acrylic resin-based rubber having a ratio by mass between the acrylic resin-based rubber and the acrylic resin within a range of 30:70 to 60:40. The ratio between the fluorine resin layer and the weather-resistant resin layer is within a range of 10:90 to 40:60.

In response to a request, one of primary content data as a copyrighted work and incidental content data is received from a server. With a music editing and sharing application, the content data is used in a secondary usage fashion for editing in order to produce new incidental content data. Transmission of the specification information is performed each time the request is issued via polling communication by the information processing apparatus when the specified timing condition is met. In the information processing apparatus, if the specification information is received, the timing condition is set such that next polling communication is performed when the time condition specified by the specification information is met. The polling communication is started when the timing condition set by the setting unit is met to request the provision of specification information specifying the timing condition of further next polling communication.
