A carburized steel part having excellent low cycle bending fatigue strength which is comprised of a steel material which contains, by mass %, C: 0.1 to 0.6%, Si: 0.01 to 1.5%, Mn: 0.3 to 2.0, P: 0.02% or less, S: 0.001 to 0.15%, N: 0.001 to 0.03%, Al: 0.001 to 0.06%, and O: 0.005% or less and has a balance of substantially iron and unavoidable impurities and which is carburized and quenched, and then tempered, which steel part has a surface hardness of HV550 to HV800 and a core hardness of HV400 to HV500.

A coin depositing and dispensing machine that enables reduction of the space required to be provided above the coin passage in order to transport coins, thereby enabling the machine body to be made more compact, or increasing the coin accommodating capacity of the accommodating and ejecting units by the amount equivalent to the volume of the reduction of the space. An endless transporting belt is provided above an identifying passage and a sorting passage. The transporting belt is stretched across a plurality of pulleys rotatably supported in a horizontal position by vertically extending shafts. As the space required to be provided above the coin passage to install the transporting belt can be reduced, it is possible to make the machine body more compact, or increase the coin accommodating capacity of the accommodating and ejecting units by the amount equivalent to the volume of the reduction of the space.

Coin depositing and dispensing machine

In a coin processing apparatus, coins are inserted in a lump in a coin receiving unit, and are transferred through a conveyor section to a temporary retainer section, while the identifying unit identifies the coins when they are successively conveyed, and data concerning the coins identified are produced. After all the coins have been transferred out of the coin receiving unit, the coins are transferred from the temporary retainer section back to the coin receiving unit. When an accept command is inputted by an operator the coins having been transferred to the coin receiving unit are transferred again to the conveyor section, and the identifying unit identifies the coins as to denomination, and the separating devices selectively separate the coins from the conveyor path of the conveyor section in accordance with the result of the identification. The coins separated are led to containers respectively associated with the separating devices.

Coin processing apparatus

In a coin classification device in a coin processing machine, coins of various denominations received in a coin receiving section and sent one after another into a coin passageway by a coin picking-up device are classified in-sequence from higher denomination to lower denomination by a plurality of respective rollers arranged along the coin feeding passageway with respective lowest parts at different heights above the passageway and operating to kick or flip coins of respective denominations off the passageway. The coins thus classified are then guided through a plurality of respectively separate passages to separate coin depositing positions to be processed as desired.
