Fixing mechanism, actuator, actuator for opening/closing vehicle door, and fixing method

An actuator is provided, in which second support shafts are protruded to an output shaft side in an axial direction of a second planetary carrier. A power transmission member having convex portions which are protruded radially outward and receive rotation forces from the second support shafts are arranged on a second planetary carrier side of the output shaft in the axial direction. An elastic member is arranged between the second support shafts and the convex portions in a rotation direction of the output shaft. Therefore, the rotation force of the second planetary carrier due to rotation drive of an electric motor is transmitted from the second support shafts to the convex portions of the power transmission member via the elastic member.

Actuator

A tubular housing, a motor part that is provided in the housing, and an end damper and a damper member, one of each is provided on opposing ends of the motor part in an axial direction of the motor part and absorbs vibration, wherein the motor part is supported in a floating state by the housing via the end damper and the damper member.

A torque limiter () includes a coil spring (), an inner shaft which is connected to a drive shaft () and is disposed to be inserted into a coil portion of the coil spring () so that the coil portion of the coil spring () is configured to come into close contact with an outer peripheral surface, a bottomed cylindrical outer member () which is disposed at the outside of the coil portion with a gap interposed therebetween and is provided relatively rotatable with respect to the inner shaft so that both end portions of a wire forming the coil spring () are locked thereto, and a drive gear () which is integrally formed with a plate portion () of the outer member () and is configured to transmit a rotational force to the screw shaft.

A vehicle door opening/closing actuator includes a tubular housing, a motor part accommodated in the housing, a feeding apparatus accommodated in the housing and that supplies power to the motor part, and a closed-bottom tubular seal section that has a circumferential wall arranged to be interposed between an inner circumferential surface of the housing and an outer circumferential surface of the feeding apparatus, and that is arranged to cover the feeding apparatus with an entire thereof, wherein a rib extending in a circumferential direction is formed at an inner circumferential surface of the circumferential wall of the seal section, and a concave section that receives the rib is formed at the outer circumferential surface of the feeding apparatus.

An opening/closing body driving device for driving an opening/closing body is provided. The opening/closing body driving device includes: a motor, having a rotation shaft; a screw shaft, being rotated by the rotation shaft; a moving nut, being screwed to the screw shaft and moved in an axial direction of the screw shaft; and a connection part, being provided at the moving nut, wherein an arm for opening and closing the opening/closing body is connected to the connection part. The rotation shaft and the screw shaft are respectively provided on the same axis, and the connection part is provided at a radially outer side of the screw shaft.

Opening/closing body driving device

The present invention is provided with: a first housing; a second housing; a guide tube; a third housing; a motor part that is incorporated in the first housing; a screw shaft that is driven to rotate upon reception of the rotational force of a shaft of the motor part and applies power to the third housing; a bearing holder that is provided in the first housing; an inner flange that is provided in the second housing; an outer flange that is provided in the guide tube and that is arranged at a position where the outer flange overlaps the inner flange in an axial direction; a seal that is sandwiched between the inner and the outer flanges; and a coil spring () that is provided between the second housing () and the guide tube () and presses the inner flange () toward the outer flange () side.

Actuator and vehicle door opening and closing actuator

An actuator includes a yoke having an inner circumferential surface; an armature including a rotary shaft provided inside the yoke; a drive shaft configured to be driven to rotate when receiving a rotating force from the rotary shaft; a cylindrical first housing; a second housing relatively movable with respect to the first housing; a speed reduction gear part is disposed between the rotary shaft and the drive shaft; and a driven member is connected to the drive shaft for moving in an axial direction of the drive shaft in response to rotation of the drive shaft. The yoke is disposed within the first housing and a damper member is disposed between the first housing and the speed reduction gear part.

Actuator for opening and closing a vehicle door

An actuator includes an actuator main body, an operating shaft attached to a tail gate, a vehicle body-side socket that fixes the actuator main body to an attachment surface of a bracket, and a guide part installed between the attachment surface of the bracket and the vehicle body-side socket, wherein the vehicle body-side socket is fixed to the bracket via the guide part, and the guide part restricts rotation of the vehicle body-side socket about an arbitrary straight line crossing a line in a direction normal to the attachment surface.

In addition, a groove portion () in a circular arc shape is provided to the sector gear (), and a gear cover () is fixed to the gear case () by a bolt () penetrating the groove portion () and a bolt () disposed on an outer periphery side than the sector gear (), and the gear cover () covers a mesh portion of the pinion and the sector gear () and presses the sector gear () toward the gear case ().
