A cooling device includes an upper flat plate-shaped member and a lower flat plate-shaped member disposed with a predetermined interval therebetween, a heat radiation fin configured to extend from the upper flat plate-shaped member toward the lower flat plate-shaped member and to form a flow path through which air flows between the upper flat plate-shaped member and the lower flat plate-shaped member, and a centrifugal fan having an inlet as an opening and an outlet configured to be open in a direction intersecting an opening direction of the inlet, wherein the centrifugal fan is disposed at a position separated from the upper flat plate-shaped member by a predetermined interval so that the outlet is open toward the flow path, and a protruding part that protrudes toward the centrifugal fan is provided on the upper flat plate-shaped member.

Cooling device

A vehicle on-board power conversion device includes an inverter configured to convert power output from a power supply of a vehicle and processing circuitry configured to control the inverter. The inverter includes a first inverter circuit configured to convert power, output from the power supply, into single-phase two-wire alternating-current power and supply the single-phase two-wire alternating-current power to the one or more interior power supply ports, and a second inverter circuit configured to convert power, output from the power supply, into single-phase two-wire alternating-current power and supply the single-phase two-wire alternating-current power to the one or more exterior power supply ports. The processing circuitry is configured to determine whether the vehicle is traveling, and, when determining that the vehicle is traveling, stop or limit supply of power to at least one exterior power supply port of the one or more exterior power supply ports.

A communication terminal device includes a first communication unit that is configured to communicate with another communication terminal device by a first communication method; and a second communication unit that is configured to communicate with the other communication terminal device by a second communication method that is different from the first communication method. A heatsink is used with a fluid flow generator that rotates about a central axis extending vertically. The heatsink includes a main body section having a top surface facing the fluid flow generator in a vertical direction, and fins that extend upward from the top surface so as to define a plurality of flow passages. The plurality of flow passages form a plurality of fluid paths, each of which has an inlet for the fluid discharged from the fluid flow generator to flow in, and an outlet for discharging to outside the fluid that has entered through the inlet. At least one of the plurality of fluid paths has a first branch section for branching from a first fluid path on downstream of the inlet, and a first joining section for joining a second fluid path having another inlet, on downstream of the first branch section.

Heatsink and cooling device

A heatsink, which is used with a fluid flow generator that rotates about a central axis extending vertically to generate a flow of fluid, includes a main body section having a top surface facing the fluid flow generator in a vertical direction, and fins that extend upward from the top surface so as to define a plurality of flow passages. Four regions defined by an X axis and a Y axis, which cross each other at an intersection between the central axis and the top surface and extend in an extending direction of the top surface, are referred to as a first region, a second region, a third region, and a fourth region, in order in a direction opposite to a rotation direction of the fluid flow generator. In a plan view from above, the plurality of flow passages form a plurality of fluid paths, each of which has an inlet disposed in at least one of the four regions for the fluid discharged from the fluid flow generator to flow in and an outlet disposed in the first region, and a fluid flow direction changes at an acute angle in the middle in at least one of the fluid paths having the inlet in the fourth region.

A cooling structure includes: a main body receiving heat from a heat source and releasing the heat through a heat dissipation surface and a plurality of heat dissipation fins; a lid member having an air inlet and a fastened portion fastened to the main body; and a fan mechanism. The lid member is disposed to cover a plurality of heat dissipation fins from a side of respective top ends and thereby form a flow path. The fan mechanism has a fan main body that generates airflow, and a seating that holds the fan main body and attaches the fan main body to the lid member. The seating is subjected to an urging force applied from the main body to the seating, or fastened to the main body by a fastener. The cooling structure has a configuration that can suppress generation of vibration of the lid member forming the flow path.

Cooling structure and electrical apparatus

A cooling structure includes: a main body including a base, and heat dissipation fins and a protrusion that protrude from a heat dissipation surface; a lid member disposed to cover the protrusion and the fins and form a flow path; and a fan mechanism. The fan mechanism includes a vane portion, a driving portion that rotates the vane portion, and a conductive wire for supplying electric power to the driving portion. The protrusion includes a first through hole, and the base includes a second through hole communicating with the first through hole. The conductive wire includes a first portion connected to the driving portion and disposed between the lid member and the main body, and a second portion continuing from the first portion and inserted in the first through hole and the second through hole. The cooling structure enables enhancement of the heat dissipation and shielding performance.
