A closure includes: a body having a skirt wall in which an internal thread is formed; and a cylindrical tamper evident bottom portion which is connected to the skirt wall via a plurality of breakable bridge portions, and in which an engaging pieces to be engaged with an engaging jaw portion is disposed on an inner peripheral surface of the tamper evident bottom portion. A protruding piece protruding downward is disposed on the skirt wall of the body. An unbroken connecting piece is disposed to connect the skirt wall of the body and the tamper evident bottom portion and to allow the body to be moved upward with respect to the tamper evident bottom portion. An extending portion is formed at an engaging piece serving as the engaging pieces at least in an angle region where the protruding piece is present.

A container closure of synthetic resin is for a container having a mouth-and-neck portion with an external thread on an outer periphery thereof and an engaging jaw portion positioned below the external thread. The container closure includes a body and a tamper evident skirt portion, and is configured to not be entirely separated from the mouth-and-neck portion of the container even after unsealing the container at the mouth-and-neck portion. At least in an angle region in which a protruding piece on a skirt wall of the body is present, an extending portion is defined at an engaging piece on the tamper evident skirt portion. When the container closure is mounted on the mouth-and-neck portion of the container, the extending portion of the container closure is positioned between the engaging jaw portion of the mouth-and-neck portion of the container and the tamper evident skirt portion of the container closure.

A plastic cap, which is a highly producible one-piece type cap when molded, but becomes a two-piece type cap excellent in sealability and openability when used, and enables a small-diameter pouring opening to be formed, is provided. The plastic cap comprises: a cap body which is composed of a top plate section and a skirt section, has a pouring nozzle formed on an outer surface of the top plate section so as to surround an opening-scheduled portion, and is fitted and fixed to a container mouth; and a top lid composed of a top face, and a circumferential wall suspending from an outer peripheral edge of the top face. On an inner surface of the annular sidewall, an engaged portion vertically engageable with the engaging portion of the protrusion is formed.

Composite container lid

A container lid () can be removed from a mouth-neck section () of a container without the need for a tool. Following the breakage of a breakable thin-walled line () in a transition region (), the breakage of a breakable thin-walled connection wall () in a side wall separation region () can be started sufficiently smoothly in the container lid (). For this purpose, the breakable thin-walled line () formed in a side wall () in the transition region () is brought into a form in which at least a part thereof extends obliquely downwardly in a counterclockwise direction.

Synthetic resin container lid

A synthetic resin container lid () has a shape including a body (), which is mounted on a mouth-neck portion () of a container by locking a locking means () to a locked means () of the mouth-neck portion (), and an upper lid () coupled to the body () via a hinge means (). To prevent a decrease in luminance of the flashed high-beam headlights caused by ambient temperature in a vehicle headlight system using a liquid crystal element. The vehicle headlight system for selectively irradiating light in front of an own vehicle includes: a light source; a liquid crystal element for forming an image using light from the light source where the liquid crystal element is a normally closed liquid crystal element having a relatively low transmittance when no voltage is applied thereto; a driving circuit for driving the liquid crystal element; and a control part that determines whether or not the light source is in a light-off state and controls the driving circuit to set the liquid crystal element to a transmission state when the light source is in the light-off state.

Vehicle headlight system

To form a light distribution pattern having a light illuminance distribution desirable for a vehicular lamp while reducing the temperature bias of a liquid crystal element. A vehicular lamp system capable of variably setting an irradiation pattern of light irradiated to the surroundings of an own vehicle including a light source, a first optical system for making uniform the intensity distribution of light from the light source, a liquid crystal element for modulating light emitted from the first optical system to form an image, a driving unit for driving the liquid crystal element, and a second optical system for projecting the image formed by the liquid crystal element, wherein the vehicular lamp system has a central axis in which the image incident on the plane including the central axis is projected at a relatively large enlargement ratio as it is farther from the central axis.

Vehicular lamp system configured to change the extent of high-low ratio of the illumination distributions

Provided is a vehicular headlight that is capable of generating a clear light distribution pattern using a monolithic array light source of surface emitting lasers. The vehicular headlightincludes a VCSEL array, an image generation unit including a lens arraywhich outputs incident light from the VCSEL arrayas collimated light so that an image of a light distribution pattern as an illuminance distribution is generated on an output side, a light distribution pattern forming unithaving an image forming surface on which the image is formed by the incident light from the image generation unit, and a projection unitoutputting the incident light from the light distribution pattern forming unit to an irradiation region in front of the vehicle.

A lighting device comprising: a light source for emitting lights along optic axis toward field of view; a liquid crystal element disposed on the optic axis, having electrode pattern in far field FF corresponding region and having no electrode pattern in near field corresponding region; a pair of polarizers including input side and output side polarizers sandwiching the liquid crystal element, constituting crossed Nicol polarizers; driver circuit for forming voltages applied to the electrode pattern; and phase shift forming element disposed between the pair of polarizers in the near field corresponding region of the liquid crystal element; wherein the far field corresponding region constitutes normally black optic system together with the pair of polarizers, and the near field corresponding region constitutes normally-on optic system together with the phase shift forming element and the pair of polarizers.

Lighting device

A method for adjusting output light color from a vehicular headlamp unit to correct the difference or change of white light of a light source by a liquid crystal element. The vehicular headlamp unit includes a light source; an information acquisition unit that acquires information in front of a own vehicle; an irradiation pattern calculation unit that determines an irradiation pattern on the basis of the information; a voltage application unit that applies a voltage to a liquid crystal element on the basis of the irradiation pattern; the liquid crystal element that changes a transmittance of each of light control regions on the basis of the voltage; and a projection optical system that performs light distribution control of light controlled to be transmitted by the liquid crystal element. The method includes adjusting color of light emitted from the vehicular headlamp unit by the voltage applied to the liquid crystal element.

A lighting tool for a vehicle that radiates light from a vehicle toward a road surface, the lighting tool for a vehicle including a light source device, a light modulation device that modulates light emitted from the light source device to form multi-gradation light including a high gradation part, a low gradation part and a zero gradation part, a projection unit that projects the multi-gradation light emitted from the light modulation device to the road surface as a light distribution pattern, and a control unit that controls the light source device and the light modulation device, wherein the light modulation device forms a drawing pattern as the high gradation part which is surrounded by the low gradation part in the light distribution pattern.

Lighting tool for vehicle

A container lid is composed of a synthetic resin inside plug to be mounted on the mouth of a container, and a synthetic resin lid to be mounted on the inside plug. A breakable thin-walled line formed in a closing wall has an outer arcuate portion extending from a breakage start end portion, and an inner arcuate portion extending from the breakage start end portion, and defines an arcuate deformation region. A locked element is annexed to the deformation region, and a locking element is in the lid. When the lid is rotated in a predetermined direction, the locking element is locked to the locked element. When the lid is rotated further in the predetermined direction, a force is exerted on the deformation region via the locking element and the locked element, so that the breakable thin-walled line of the inside plug is broken and the deformation region is deformed.

A vehicle headlamp unit for irradiating light in front of the vehicle with a high contrast ratio and is capable of sufficiently cutting off the illumination light is provided. The unit includes a light source, a parallel optical system that produces parallel light, a polarizing beam splitter that splits light emitted from the parallel optical system into two polarized beams having polarization directions orthogonal to each other, a reflection-type liquid crystal element capable of switching between a first state where the light emitted from a first surface of the polarizing beam splitter is reflected without rotation of the polarization direction, and a second state where the light is reflected with rotation of the polarization direction, in each predetermined section, and a projection optical system that projects light, reflected by the reflection-type liquid crystal element and passed through the polarizing beam splitter once again, in front of the vehicle.
