A first electrical connection box includes a housing, a holder () that is provided inside the housing and holds an electrical component, and a terminal block () attached to the holder (). The terminal block () includes a terminal support base () attached to the holder (), and a busbar () supported on the terminal support base (). The busbar () includes a planar first connection surface () to which a first wire () is to be electrically connected, and a planar second connection surface () to which a second wire () is to be electrically connected, the second wire () being different from the first wire (). When a direction perpendicular to the first connection surface () is defined as a first direction (X), the second connection surface () is perpendicular to a second direction (X) that intersects with the first direction (X).

A first electrical connection box includes a housing, a holder () that is provided inside the housing, and holds an electrical component () to which a first wire () is to be electrically connected; and a terminal block () attached to the holder (). The terminal block () includes a terminal support base () attached to the holder (), and a busbar () supported on the terminal support base (). The busbar () includes a planar first connection surface (), and a planar second connection surface () to which a second wire () is to be electrically connected. Also, the first electrical connection box further includes a relay busbar () that is provided inside the housing, and includes a third connection surface () that is electrically connected to the first connection surface (), and a fourth connection surface () that is electrically connected to the electrical component ().

Electrical connection box

A cover-side peripheral wall includes an inner wall, which serves as a first wall, and a bent wall. The inner wall is located between an inner wall and an outer wall of a body-side double-wall. The bent wall extends inward and downward from an inner surface of the inner wall. The bent wall has a proximal end that is located upward from an upper end of the inner wall of a body-side peripheral wall. The bent wall further includes a portion between a distal end and the proximal end that is located inward and downward from the upper end of the inner wall of the body-side peripheral wall.

Electrical junction box

Provided is an electrical junction box including a relief terminal portion having a structure in which the relief terminal portion can be constituted with a small number of parts and high space efficiency. The electrical junction box includes: a box body; and a power supply distribution bus bar that is disposed in the box body and includes a power supply input terminal portion and power supply branch terminal portions that are connected by a plate-shaped conducting portion. The relief terminal portion is constituted by at least a portion of the plate-shaped conducting portion of the power supply distribution bus bar being disposed in a state of protruding from the outer surface of the box body and exposed to the outside.

An electrical junction box in which the interference between an inner wall of a rotating upper cover and an outer wall of a box body can be more reliably prevented and a waterproof property can be secured, while also meeting the demand for reduction in size of the electrical junction box. In a state in which an upper cover is attached to a box body, on one end side of the box body and one end side of the upper cover, an outer wall of the box body is located on an inner side with respect to an outer wall of the upper cover, an inner wall of the upper cover is located on an inner side with respect to the outer wall of the box body, and an inner wall of the box body is located on an inner side with respect to the inner wall of the upper cover.

An electrical junction box with a waterproof property where a box body and a lower cover are fitted to each other is provided. An electrical junction box includes a box body having a peripheral wall formed in a frame shape and a lower cover with which a lower opening portion of the box body is covered. A lower end portion of the peripheral wall is provided with a double wall portion in which an inner wall and an outer wall extending in a peripheral direction are arranged with a clearance therebetween. An insertion wall portion provided on a tip end portion of a peripheral wall of the lower cover is inserted between the inner wall and the outer wall. In such an electrical junction box, a flange portion that projects toward the outer wall is provided on a projecting end portion of the insertion wall portion of the lower cover.

An electrical connection box includes a terminal supporting wall that has a rescue terminal portion of a bus bar arranged on the front surface and is provided as a single piece with a block main body, and a cover member that exposes and covers the terminal supporting wall and the rescue terminal portion. Bearing holes are provided in the terminal supporting wall on one end side in the left-right direction, rotation support shaft portions that are rotatably fitted into the bearing holes are provided as protrusions on the cover member, the rescue terminal portion is exposed by rotating the cover member from an opening/closing end on the other end side in the left-right direction with the rotation support shaft portions serving as fulcrums, and ribs for holding the cover member in an isolating state are provided as protrusions on the opening/closing end side of the cover member and are semi-locked into latching depressions provided on the terminal supporting wall.

An electrical connection box for installation in a space that has a small vertical height. The electrical connection box includes horizontal terminal guide portion, an insertion hole for the tip of the terminal guide portion, a bolt fastening terminal connected to an end of an electrical wire, an electrical wire connection portion and an electrical contact portion. The terminal guide portion includes a side wall that has a step conforming to the shape of a barrel crimped portion of the bolt fastening terminal, a flat plate-shaped side wall that opposes the side wall that has the step, and upper and lower walls. The terminal guide portion is shaped so as to be fitted with and hold the electrical wire connection portion, and does not allow insertion of the bolt fastening terminal into the terminal guide portion in an opposite orientation. Visual check openings are provided in the upper wall of the terminal guide portion.

An electrical junction box, wherein as one set of the fitting portions provided at the plurality of locations, lock portions for being engaged with each other are formed in the box body and the external member, respectively; and as one set of the fitting portions provided at the plurality of locations, an engaging guide rib is formed in one of the box body and the external member, the engaging guide rib protruding from a wall surface of the box body or the external member so as to extend in a direction in which the external member is fitted to the box body and including locking portions that extend in opposite directions orthogonal to a direction of extension of the engaging guide rib, and an engaging guide groove for being engaged with the engaging guide rib is formed in the other of the box body and the external member.

An electrical connection box assembled by a lock structure has a first case, a second case, a plurality of lock pieces, an engagement protrusion, a plurality of lock recesses, and an engagement part. The plurality of lock pieces are provided to a peripheral wall of the first case and are elastically deformable toward an inner side of the first case. The engagement protrusion is provided to an outer surface of each lock piece. The plurality of lock recesses are provided to a peripheral wall of the second case. The engagement part is provided bridging each lock recess, the lock pieces being disposed between the lock recesses and the engagement parts, the engagement protrusions engaging the engagement parts to assemble the first and second cases, engagement between the engagement protrusions and the engagement parts being released by deformation of the lock pieces inside the lock recesses.

An electrical connection box has a first case, a second case, a drain hole, an upward-protruding outer wall, and a downward-protruding inner wall. The second case is assembled beneath the first case. The drain hole is formed in an overlap surface of the second case overlapping the first case, the drain hole vertically penetrating the second case. The upward-protruding outer wall is formed at an outer side of the drain hole of the overlap surface, the upward-protruding outer wall being disposed at an outer side of the first case and protruding upward. The downward-protruding inner wall is formed on the first case, the downward-protruding inner wall being disposed at an inner side of the second case and protruding further downward than the overlap surface.

An object of the present invention is to provide a direct-connect fuse unit for a battery terminal that can restrain from being upsized and can mount various kinds of electrical components. A conducting hardware is integrally provided with a connecting terminal. The connecting terminal is bent in a plate thickness direction of the conductive hardware to project from a surface of a casing. An electrical component housing contains and holds an external electrical component connected to the connecting terminal. The electrical component housing is separated from the casing and is adapted to be fitted in the casing.
