The molten metal nozzle includes a molten metal nozzle body and an orifice part having an inside diameter equal to or smaller than an inside diameter of the molten metal nozzle body, and a material of the orifice part is harder than a material of the molten metal nozzle body.

An objective of the invention is to provide a Ni-based forged alloy article based on a superhigh precipitation-strengthening Ni-based alloy material that has mechanical properties balanced at higher level than before, and a turbine high-temperature member formed of the forged alloy article. There is provided a Ni-based forged alloy article comprising crystal grains of the &#x3b3; phase and precipitation particles of the &#x3b3;' phase, and having a chemical composition enabling to precipitate a &#x3b3;&#x2032; phase in an amount of 50-70 volume % at 700&#xb0; C. within a matrix of a &#x3b3; phase. The &#x3b3;&#x2032; phase comprises: aging precipitation &#x3b3;&#x2032; phase particles precipitating within the &#x3b3; phase grains; and eutectic reaction &#x3b3;&#x2032; phase particles precipitating between/among the &#x3b3; phase grains. The eutectic reaction &#x3b3;&#x2032; phase particles comprise a higher content of Ni and Al than the aging precipitation &#x3b3;&#x2032; phase particles and have an average particle size of 2 to 40 &#x3bc;m.

The Ni based forged alloy has a composition containing, on the basis of mass percent, Al: 0.5 to 1.0%, Cr: 17 to 21%, Fe: 17 to 19%, Nb: 4.5 to 5.5%, Ti: 0.8 to 1.3%, W: 3.0 to 6.0%, B: 0.001 to 0.03%, C: 0.001 to 0.015%, and Mo: 1.0% or less, the balance being Ni and inevitable impurities. It is an objective of the invention to provide a Ni-based forged alloy having good large ingot formability and good hot formability as well as high mechanical strength at high temperature. A ground surface as an image acquiring object is acquired by a synthetic aperture radar mounted on an artificial satellite at a usual time before occurrence of a disaster and thereby radar image data are obtained. After the occurrence of the disaster, an image of the ground surface as the image acquiring object is acquired within days shorter than the number of orbit returning days and by comparing this radar image data with the radar image data acquired at the usual time so as to try to early grasp a damaged situation. At a recovering and rebuilding time after the occurrence of the disaster, images of the image acquiring object are periodically acquired so as to prepare a recovering and rebuilding plan and prevent secondary disasters.
