An information collection server obtains relevant information relating to legislation, regulations, or standards (vehicle emissions control) from an external server group and a local server and provides the obtained relevant information to an information processing server. When the information processing server receives the relevant information from the information collection server, it performs conversion processing on each piece of information included in the relevant information in accordance with each piece of information to convert each piece of information into an index relating to a degree of influence on revision of the emissions control. The information processing server provides each resultant index to a prediction creation server. When the prediction creation server receives each resultant index from the information processing server, it predicts a stage of revision of the emissions control based on each index.

A separator for solid polymer-type fuel cell is produced by molding the resin composition which comprises an electroconductive agent and a radical-polymerizable thermosetting resin system by a resin molding method. The electroconductive agent comprises a carbon powder. The radical-polymerizable thermosetting resin system may comprise a radical-polymerizable resin (especially, a vinyl ester-series resin) and a radical-polymerizable diluent. It is preferred that the double bond equivalent of the radical-polymerizable resin may about 200 to 1,000 and that the hardened radical-polymerizable thermosetting resin system has a glass transition temperature of 120&#xb0; C. or more. The weight ratio of the electroconductive agent to the radical-polymerizable thermosetting resin system may be about 55/45 to 95/5. Such a separator is suitable for fuel cell (in particular, solid polymer-type fuel cell), and can be produced with advantageous for commercial production.

The present invention presents an SMC with which the electrically conductive layer does not break down or become non-uniform during molding and with which molded articles with excellent electromagnetic wave shielding capability and electric conductivity can be produced. This SMC is a thermosetting resin sheet molding compound having at least one continuous layer of electrically conductive fibers with a fiber length of 50 &mgr; to 5 mm, and it is further preferred that electrically conductive powder is uniformly dispersed throughout the entire molding compound. These SMCs can be produced by impregnating a reinforcing material with a thermosetting resin composition which is combined with the above-mentioned electrically conductive fibers, or the electrically conductive fibers and electrically conductive powder, and forming at least one continuous layer of these electrically conductive fibers adjacent to this reinforcement layer.

An unsaturated polyester resin composition having excellent vibration-damping properties, comprising an unsaturated polyester resin (A) having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0&deg; C. or more and less than 60&deg; C. In the composition, the unsaturated polyester resin (A) may be blended with an unsaturated polyester resin (B) having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 150&deg; C. or more and less than 200&deg; C. or an unsaturated polyester resin (C) having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 200&deg; C. or more. Since the unsaturated polyester resin composition has excellent vibration-damping properties and moldability in a wide temperature range, it is very useful to provide molded articles such as vibration-damping structural components, especially automobile engine-related components, having excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance as well as having excellent vibration-damping properties and moldability.

An intestinal juice level regulator comprising, as the active ingredient, creosote or phenolic derivatives constituting creosote. As having the activities to promote the absorption of intestinal juices and/or to retard the secretion of intestinal juices, the active ingredient lowers the intestinal juice level in intestines. As the phenolic derivatives, usable are one or more of guaiacol, creosol, phenol, cresol and xylenol. The regulator is especially effective for retarding the hypersecretion of intestinal juices to be caused by heat-labile or heat-stable enterotoxin of enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli.
