Provided is a method of manufacturing an imprint mold formed with a highly accurate fine pattern by the use of a mask blank. In a mask blank having a thin film for forming a pattern on a transparent substrate, the thin film comprises an upper layer formed of a material containing Cr and nitrogen and a lower layer formed of a material containing a compound mainly composed of Ta and capable of being etched by dry etching using a chlorine-based gas. The upper layer and the lower layer of the thin film are etched by dry etching using a chlorine-based gas substantially free of oxygen and then the substrate is etched by dry etching using a fluorine-based gas, thereby obtaining an imprint mold.

In the wigprovided with a wig baseand hair materialsattached to the wig base, the wig baseis zoned in its front portionto an artificial skin portionfrom a virtual hairline of the wearer's forehead portion toward a top portion and to a net patternconnected thereto, the artificial skin portion is made of a synthetic resin film integrated with a shape retention net, provided with a front edge regionof the pre-determined width from a front edge' positioned on the wearer's virtual hairline toward inside and with a rear regionconnected to the front edge region, and the front edge regionis bent to a sharper inclination than the wearer's corresponding head outline, giving a curved ridge line, resulting in an arc-shaped warp up prevention structure.

Wig and method of making the same

In a wigcomprising a wig baseand hairstied thereon, the wig baseis made with a base memberof artificial skin and a second base membermade of a net member provided on its backside, hairsare knotted to the second base member, and inserted and pulled out from the lower side of the first artificial skin base memberto the surface side, thereby a wigis obtained in which a needle foot is not formed on the backside of a wig base, and which has such natural appearance as if the hairgrows from skin pores, and excels in appearance.
