A vehicle cooling system includes a wire harness WH electrically connected to a plurality of heat-exchange target electric devices, a J/B electrically connected to the wire harness and a high-voltage battery, electric device medium pipes routed along a routing path of the wire harness and used for circulation of a heat exchange medium through the heat-exchange target electric devices, and a path switching unit connected to the electric device medium pipes so that the heat exchange medium can be circulated, and configured to form a heat exchange medium path in which the heat exchange medium is circulated through the plurality of heat-exchange target electric devices. The path switching unit is provided in the J/B and forms the heat exchange medium path according to a heat generation state of the heat-exchange target electric devices.

Vehicle cooling system and wire harness cooling structure

A switch box includes a circuit substrate having a conductor pattern, a switching element that is mounted on the circuit substrate, a bus bar having a current input and output portion formed at one end thereof and a mounting portion formed at the other end thereof, the mounting portion being connected to the conductor pattern of the circuit substrate so as to be electrically conducted to the switching element through the conductor pattern, and a magnetic sensor that is mounted on the circuit substrate to detect a magnetic field generated due to a current flowing into the bus bar. The magnetic sensor is disposed in a gap formed between the circuit substrate and the bus bar.

Switch box and overcurrent preventing method

An angle sensor includes a first gear configured to be concentrically mounted to a rotor, a second gear configured to mesh with the first gear, and a first rotation angle detector configured to detect a rotation angle of the second gear, wherein the first rotation angle detector outputs absolute angle signals according to the rotation angle of the second gear, generates a first pulse based on rotation of the second gear, generates a second pulse having a different phase compared to the first pulse based on rotation of the second gear, generates a third pulse once per rotation of the second gear based on rotation of the second gear, varies each resolution of rotation angles of the first pulse, the second pulse, and the third pulse, and detects the rotation angle of the second gear in accordance with the resolution.

Angle sensor

A rotation angle sensor includes a first and a second detection gears rotatable with a steering shaft, a first detector configured to detect a rotation angle of the first detection gear, a second detector configured to detect a rotation angle of the second detection gear, a processor configured to calculate a rotation angle of the steering shaft based on the rotation angles detected by the first and second detectors and a discriminator configured to discriminate whether the rotational angle of the steering shaft, calculated by the processor, falls in an abnormal value, wherein a least common multiple between a cycle of the first detector and a cycle of the second detector is greater than a steering angle measurement range.

Rotation angle sensor

A combination switch which includes a lever member operable to move relative to a stationary portion, and a position detector for detecting a position of the lever member. The position detector includes a magnet and a Hall effect sensor for detecting a strength of a magnetic field of the magnet. The magnet and the Hall effect sensor are configured to have variable relative positions to each other when the lever member moves.
