The torque measuring device includes: a casing made of a magnetic metal; a rotating shaft rotatably arranged inside the casing and having a magnetostrictive effect section whose magnetic permeability changes according to torque to be transmitted; and a torque sensor arranged around the magnetostrictive effect section and supported by the casing, the torque sensor including a coil unit formed in a cylindrical shape using a flexible substrate having a detection coil that changes voltage in response to changes in the magnetic permeability of the magnetostrictive effect section, and a holder made of rubber or synthetic resin, covering an outer peripheral surface of the coil unit, and having a portion that protrudes from the coil unit on both sides in an axial direction; and the torque sensor supported by the casing with an outer peripheral surface of the holder fitted into an inner peripheral surface of the casing.

Torque measuring device

A cable with sensor, including a cable including a plurality of electric wires and a sheath collectively covering the plurality of electric wires, and a sensor section provided at an end of the cable. The sensor section includes a plurality of magnetic sensors each including a detection section that includes a magnetism detection element and a cover covering the magnetism detection element, and a housing portion coating the plurality of magnetic sensors, the plurality of electric wires, and the sheath. The cable is extending out of the housing portion. The respective detection sections are arranged to be aligned with each other in a same direction as an extending direction of the cable from the housing portion of the cable.

Rotation detection device and cable with sensor

A cable with sensor, including a cable, and a sensor section provided at an end of the cable. The sensor section includes a plurality of magnetic sensors each including a detection section that includes a magnetism detection element and a cover covering the magnetism detection element, and a housing portion coating the plurality of magnetic sensors and the cable. The cable is extending out of the housing portion. The respective detection sections are arranged to be aligned with each other in a direction intersecting with an extending direction of the cable from the housing portion of the cable.

A rotation detection device that detects a rotational speed of a rotating member by using a magnetic sensor, includes a detected member mounted to the rotating member, and a sensor section mounted to a stationary member not rotating with rotation of the rotating member. A through-hole that penetrates in a direction intersecting with a rotational axis of the rotating member is formed at the stationary member. The sensor section includes the magnetic sensors each including a detection section that includes a magnetism detection element and a cover covering the magnetism detection element, and a housing portion coating the magnetic sensors. The housing portion is inserted into the through-hole in the direction intersecting with the rotational axis. The detection sections are arranged at a position shifted from the rotational axis along the detected member in a direction intersecting with an inserting direction that inserts the housing portion into the through-hole.

A magnetic detection sensor for being installed at an end of a cable with a pair of signal wires to detect a magnetic field from magnetic poles. The sensor includes a magnetic sensor including a detection section and a pair of lead frames, the detection section including a magnetic detection element for detecting the magnetic field from the magnetic poles, and the lead frames extending from the detection section and configured to output a detection signal of the detection section, a housing portion that houses the magnetic sensor, and a capacitor that is provided separately from the magnetic sensor and is housed in the housing portion. First joining portions respectively joining the pair of lead frames to the pair of signal wires and second joining portions respectively joining the pair of lead frames to a pair of lead wires of the capacitor are located inside the housing portion.

Magnetic detection sensor, rotation detection sensor, and cable with sensor

A turbo rotation sensor, which is configured to be mounted on a turbocharger provided with a compressor including a rotary driven compressor wheel housed in a compressor housing, to detect rotation speed of the compressor wheel, is composed of a magnet rotatable integrally with the compressor wheel and having a plurality of magnetic poles in a circumferential direction of the compressor wheel, and a sensor section attached to the compressor housing and including first and second magnetic detection elements capable of detecting a magnetic field in a radial direction of the compressor wheel due to the magnet. The first and second magnetic detection elements are arranged side by side in the radial direction of the compressor wheel. The rotation speed of the compressor wheel can be measured based on a difference between detection results of the first and second magnetic detection elements resulting from a difference between their respective distances from the magnet.

Turbo rotation sensor

A rotation detection device includes a detected member that is mounted to a rotating member and has a plurality of magnetic poles arranged in a circumferential direction about a rotational axis of the rotating member, and a sensor section that is mounted to a stationary member not rotating with rotation of the rotating member and is arranged to face the detected member. The sensor section includes plural magnetic sensors each including a plate-shaped detection section that includes a magnetism detection element for detecting a magnetic field from the detected member, a signal processing circuit for processing a signal output from the magnetism detection element, and a cover collectively covering the magnetism detection element and the signal processing circuit, and wherein the detection sections are stacked in a direction along which the sensor section and the detected member face each other.

A turbo rotation sensor includes a magnet magnetized with two different magnetic poles along a circumferential direction about a rotating shaft of a compressor wheel and provided at an end portion of the compressor wheel on the air intake side, and a sensor portion that is housed in a sensor hole formed on the housing, is arranged to face the magnet in a radial direction of the rotating shaft, and includes two magnetic field detecting elements capable of measuring variation in magnetic flux density caused by the magnet. The two magnetic field detecting elements are aligned in a direction parallel to the rotating shaft so that the respective detection axes are parallel to an axial direction of the rotating shaft. The rotational speed of the compressor wheel is detected based on a difference between the magnetic field strengths detected by the two magnetic field detecting elements.

Turbo rotation sensor and turbocharger

A method of manufacturing a cable with resin molded body, wherein the cable with resin molded body includes a cable and a resin molded body formed by resin molding, wherein the resin molded body includes a main body to cover the tip portion of the cable and a flange integrally molded with the main body, and wherein the flange includes a bolt hole through which a bolt is inserted so as to fix the flange to the attachment object. The method includes molding the resin molded body by injecting a resin into a mold, the mold including a main body-molding portion for molding the main body, a flange-molding portion for molding the flange and an outlet formed behind the flange-molding portion in relation to the main body-molding portion, and draining the resin through the outlet during the molding of the resin molded body.

Method of manufacturing cable with resin molded body

A molded connector () includes a terminal fitting () connected to a cable (), a terminal holding member () including a resin and holding the terminal fitting (), and a molded resin portion () formed by injection molding using a mold () and holding the terminal holding member () and an end portion of the cable (). The terminal holding member () includes a main body () holding the terminal fitting () and protruding portion () that is formed protruding from the main body () and includes a tip end surface () in contact with an inner surface of a cavity () in the mold () during injection molding. The protruding portion () is locked to a locking portion () provided on the mold (to restrict the movement of the terminal holding member () during injection molding. At least a part of the protruding portion () is fusion-bonded to the molded resin portion ().

Molded connector, method for manufacturing molded connector, and wire harness

A cord switch including a cord switch main body including a hollow tubular member having elasticity and electrical insulating property and a plurality of electrode wires provided to face each other with an interval at an inner surface of the tubular member and spaced from each other by the elasticity of the tubular member, and a mounting member having an elastic modulus greater than an elastic modulus of the tubular member and being provided along the cord switch main body. The cord switch also includes a strip-shaped impact absorption member having an elastic modulus lower than the elastic modulus of the tubular member, which is interposed between the cord switch main body and the mounting member.

A magnetic motion sensor has: two magnetic sensors aligned in a direction along which changes in a magnetic field shift for detecting an appearance of the changes; a differential means for taking out a differential signal of output signals from these two magnetic sensors; and a timing detection means for generating a pulse, indicating a timing at which the changes in a magnetic field pass through either of the magnetic sensors, when an output signal of the magnetic sensor in question strides over a threshold value, while generating a pulse, indicating a timing at which the changes in a magnetic field pass through in between the magnetic sensors, when the differential signal strides over the threshold value.
