A fuel cell system includes a reformer, fuel cell stacks, and an exhaust-gas combustor. The reformer has a tubular shape extending in an axial direction and reforms raw fuel into combustion gas. The fuel cell stacks generate electric power from the fuel gas and oxidant gas. The fuel cell stacks are arranged radially outward of the reformer in a circumferential direction to face the reformer in a radial direction. The exhaust-gas combustor burns fuel gas that is not used and included in exhaust gas from the fuel cell stacks. The exhaust-gas combustor is arranged radially inward of the reformer to face the reformer in the radial direction. Each fuel cell stack includes flat plate type cells stacked in the radial direction. This achieves downsizing of the fuel cell system.

Fuel cell system

A temperature conditioning unit includes a first temperature conditioning unit part, a second temperature conditioning unit part, and a blower (centrifugal blower). The first temperature conditioning unit part includes a first housing, a first air hole part, a first air chamber, a first object to be temperature-conditioned, and a second air chamber. The second temperature conditioning unit part includes a second housing, a second object to be temperature-conditioned, a second air hole part, and a third air chamber.

Temperature conditioning unit () includes impeller (), rotary drive source (), fan case (), housing (), intake-side back-end chamber (), intake-side front-end chamber (), and isolation wall (). Intake-side back-end chamber () adjoins an object to be temperature-conditioned. Intake-side front-end chamber () is where the air flows in from outside and flows out toward the intake-side back-end chamber. Isolation wall () separates intake-side back-end chamber () from intake-side front-end chamber ().

A stator of a motor comprises a stator core including a plurality of plate members stacked together; the stator core including: a yoke of a tubular shape; and teeth each of which includes an extending portion extending inward in a radial direction of the yoke from the yoke and an increased-width portion formed at a tip end of the extending portion so as to have a greater width than the extending portion in a circumferential direction of the yoke; wherein the extending portion has a constant-width portion extending radially in a straight-line shape so as to have a constant circumferential width, a narrower portion having a smaller circumferential width than the constant-width portion, and a clamp portion for securing the plurality of plate members to each other; and wherein the clamp portion is provided in the constant-width portion.

A stator of a motor comprises a stator core including a plurality of plate members stacked together; the stator core including: a yoke of a tubular shape; and teeth each of which includes an extending portion extending inward in a radial direction of the yoke from the yoke and an increased-width portion formed at a tip end of the extending portion so as to have a greater width than the extending portion in a circumferential direction of the yoke; wherein the extending portion has a constant-width portion extending radially in a straight-line shape so as to have a constant circumferential width, a narrower portion having a circumferential width smaller than a circumferential width of the constant-width portion, and a clamp portion for securing the plurality of plate members to each other; and wherein at least a portion of the clamp portion is located in the narrower portion.

The N(s) turns of a first output winding is divided by a split ratio &#x3b1; into N(s) turns of a lower-layer first output winding and N(s) of an upper-layer first output winding. The lower-layer first output winding is continuously wound around all slots as the undermost layer. A second output winding is continuously wound around all slots over the lower-layer first output winding. An upper-layer first output winding is continuously wound around all slots over the second output winding. The split ratio &#x3b1; is adjusted only in the slots where the detection accuracy decreases. This equalize the contribution of the first output windings and the second output winding to the flux linkage, thereby achieving high angle detection accuracy.

The N() turns of an output winding is divided by a split ratio &#x3b1; into N() turns of an output winding () and N() turns of an output winding (). The output winding () is continuously wound around all slots as the undermost layer. Output winding, which is different in phase by 90 degrees from the output winding (), is continuously wound around all the slots over the output winding (). An output winding () is continuously wound around all the slots over output winding. This equalizes the contribution of the output winding and output windingto the flux linkage, thereby achieving high angle detection accuracy.

A plurality of stator teethare arranged at a constant interval in a circumferential direction on the inner circumferential face side or the outer circumferential face side of a ring-shaped stator corethat is made of a plurality of steel plates. The winding wireis wound about the stator teeth. An insulatorthat electrically insulates the stator core and the winding wire is provided therebetween. A gapis formed between the winding wire and the insulator. Accordingly, a desired distance can be secured between the stator teeth and the winding wire regardless of the thickness of the insulator, and, thus, the influence of leakage magnetic fluxes that acts on the winding wire can be reduced. Accordingly, the influence of leakage magnetic fluxes formed near the stator teeth that acts on the winding wire can be reduced regardless of the thickness of the insulator.

Stator and electrical apparatus

A rotor () is an interior permanent magnet rotor formed of a rotor core () in which a plurality of permanent magnets () are embedded at predetermined intervals. First protruding portions () and second protruding portions () are formed on an outer peripheral face of the rotor, the first protruding portions () each opposing the vicinity of a central portion of each of the permanent magnets and having a substantially arc-shaped cross section protruding outward and the second protruding portions () each opposing the vicinity of an end portion of each of the permanent magnets and protruding outward. One first protruding portion and two second protruding portions correspond to one permanent magnet. The formation of the first and second protruding portions as described above on the outer peripheral face of the rotor makes it possible to sufficiently reduce the torque ripple and the noise caused by the distortion of air-gap magnetic flux distribution.

A first conductive contact connecting a first electrode of an inspection circuit board and one external electrode of a semiconductor integrated circuit is arranged in a fixed member. A second conductive contact connecting a second electrode of a wiring board and the other external electrode of the semiconductor integrated circuit is arranged in a movable member. A third conductive contact connecting one third electrode of the inspection circuit board and the other third electrode of the wiring board is arranged in the movable member. The other third electrode is connected to the second electrode. When the movable member moves to the contacting position, the second conductive contact makes contact with the other external electrode, and the third conductive contact makes contact with the one third electrode.

Inspection device and inspection method

On a surface of an electronic component facing a substrate, a plurality of electrode terminals are provided which are of circular plane shapes. On regions of the main surface of the substrate facing the electrode terminals, a plurality of interconnect electrodes are provided which are of circular plane shapes.

Semiconductor device

An aluminum alloy ring (the outside diameter D.sub.1) which is an element of a rotary head cylinder, is inserted in a cavity (the inside diameter D.sub.2 &gt;D.sub.1) of a fixed metal mold, with a clearance gap (D.sub.2 -D.sub.1) Then, the cavity of the fixed metal mold is closed by a movable metal mold, and the inner space of the aluminum alloy ring is filled with molten synthetic resin material. The filling resin is pressurized so that the aluminum alloy ring elastically expands until the outer diameter thereof D.sub.1 becomes exactly or almost equal to D.sub.2. After that, the filling synthetic resin material is cooled. Thus, the aluminum alloy ring and the synthetic resin material are integrated, resulting in a rotary head cylinder molding.
