A laser marking device () includes a laser light source () that emits a laser beam, and a beam splitter () receiving the laser beam and allowing a part of the laser beam to be reflected thereat and a remaining part of the laser beam to be transmitted therethorogh. The beam splitter () has an unpolarized film () into which the laser beam is entered to divide the laser beam into a plurality of laser beams that travels in different directions, at a predetermined rate regardless of change of a polarized characteristic of the laser beam.

Laser marking device

A laser marker capable of emitting laser light with its optimum intensity in accordance with a level of illuminance at any environment where the laser marker is used. The laser marker includes a stand and a cover rotatably provided on the stand. The cover accommodates therein a laser unit that emits laser light outside of the cover through a window formed in the cover. Laser light intensity changing unit is provided, which changes the intensity of the laser light to be emitted from the laser unit in accordance with the illuminance at the environment, the illuminance being detected by a illuminance sensor provided on the cover.

The present invention makes possible recording motion pictures accurately starting at a point where a start recording event is received. To make the above recording method possible, the present invention provides a signal processor and a photographic device that can search a motion vector for changing the object searching range properly, set an compression amount allocation for each picture type, and allow optimized parameters to be set when a start recording event is generated. The pictures processed before the start recording event is generated are stored in a memory buffer and on a recording medium so as to be used for recording or reproduction data entered after the recording starting time.
