An object of the invention is to provide a non-chlorine polypropylene wrap film excellent in adhesion, transparency, heat resistance, flexibility, gas barrier properties, touch and cutting properties, and disclosed is a polypropylene wrap film, a multilayer film having a tensile modulus of 200 to 1,000 MPa, containing at least a surface layer and an inner layer having a gas barrier resin, and being stretched into a twice or more length in a machine direction and/or a transverse direction, wherein in its multilayer constitution, the surface layer is constituted by a composition comprising, for example, a mixture of a polypropylene resin, a softening agent, an adhering agent and a liquid adhering assistant at a suitable mixing ratio, and the inner layer is constituted, for example, by an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin.

Polypropylene-based wrap film

Provided is a polypropylene-based multilayer wrap film comprising (A) a surface layer containing a first composition comprising 50 to 80 wt. % of (S1) a crystalline polypropylene-based resin and 20 to 50 wt. % of (S2) at least one softener selected from amorphous or low-crystalline propylene-&#x3b1;-olefin copolymers and butene-1 polymers, and based on 100 parts by weight of the first composition, 5 to 15 parts by weight of (S3) a hydrogenated terpene resin and 10 to 20 parts by weight of (S4) an aliphatic hydrocarbon which is liquid at normal temperature, and (B) a core layer which is adjacent to the surface layer and contains 80 to 98 wt. % of (C1) a crystalline polypropylene-based resin and 2 to 20 wt. % of (C2) an aliphatic hydrocarbon which is liquid at normal temperature.

The present invention relates to wrap films, especially wrap films for food. More specifically, the present invention pertains to crosslinked laminated polyethylene wrap films which are excellent in adhesion, pulling-out ease from a dispenser box and heat resistance, does not emit much odor, permits preferable food wrapping and can be produced efficiently.

The present invention relates to a highly sensitive heat-sensitive film for stencil. This invention provides a highly heat-sensitive film for stencil, comprising a thermoplastic resin having a coefficient of temperature and melt viscosity (.DELTA.T/.DELTA. log VI) of not more than 100 and a thermal shrinkage (X%) at 100.degree. C. and a thermal shrinkage stress (Y g/mm.sup.2) at 100.degree. C. falling respectively in the ranges of the formulas; 15.ltoreq.X.ltoreq.80 and 75.ltoreq.Y.ltoreq.500; and both falling in the range of the formula; -8X+400.ltoreq.Y.ltoreq.-10X+1000; having a thickness in the range of 0.5 to 15 .mu.m, and excelling in low-energy perforation property. The film of this invention is superior in a low temperature perforation property, capable of being perforated with a low energy thermal head or with a low energy flash irradiation for making a plate; expansion of perforations is small when the film is perforated; and its change with time (dimensional change) is small and its sizes are stable.
