A rotating electrical machine includes a rotor, in which a plurality of magnetic poles are provided in circumferential direction, and a stator, within which the rotor is disposed. In the stator, two stator magnetic poles are formed by winding coils of one phase and by a stator core of the stator within 360&#xb0; of electrical angle defined by the magnetic poles of the rotor. The coils that form respective stator magnetic poles have angular widths in circumferential direction of less than 180&#xb0; of electrical angle, the coils that form the respective two stator magnetic poles are provided so as not to mutually overlap and are wound so that adjacent ones of the stator magnetic poles have mutually opposite polarities, and, in the stator, each winding of each coil consists of an external bridge wire, a turn portion, an internal bridge wire, and a turn portion, in that order.

An object of the present invention is to provide a small, high-power rotating electrical machine by suitably forming a distributed winding coil such that two stator magnetic poles each formed of in-phase coil turns are arranged within an electric angle of 360 degrees formed by magnetic poles of the rotor. A rotating electrical machine includes: a rotor to which a plurality of magnetic poles are provided along its circumferential direction; a stator core laminating a plurality of core plates, and having a cylinder portion with teeth extending radially outwards; and a stator coil received in a slot between the teeth; wherein each of the teeth includes: a tooth body portion extending radially outwards from the cylinder portion; and a pair of projecting end portions, provided at an end of the tooth body portion, that are in radially extended state before receiving the stator coil in the slot, and that are in curved state in which they are bent in circumferential direction after receiving the stator coil in the slot; and wherein, in the curved state, a vacant space is defined at the slot side of a curved portion that communicates the base portion and the projecting end portion.

Rotating electrical machine and manufacturing method of a stator thereof

A rotating machinery is to be provided wherein coils can be wound round a stator core in a minimized state of connected parts. In a rotating machinery comprising a stator formed annularly and a rotor disposed rotatably on the inner periphery side of the stator, the stator comprises a stator core, the stator core having in the circumferential direction a plurality of slots each having a coil inserting portion on the inner periphery side, and coils wound by lap winding within the slots, at least the lap-wound winding portion of the coils in each slot being constituted by a continuous line and wound at a coil end so as to straddle the inner periphery side and the outer periphery side of the slot. According to this construction there is no increase in the number of connected parts even if the number of turns in the winding portion is increased.

Winding arrangement for stator of rotating machinery

A concentrated winding coil includes a plurality of coil layers each of which comprises a plurality of wire turns wound in alignment winding; and a bobbin including an inner flange, an outer flange and a bobbin body on which the wire is wound, wherein: each of the coil layers includes a turn shift portion where the wire is shifted from an n-th turn to an (n+1)-th turn; the turn shift portion is located only on a side of a coil end section of the coil; and the bobbin body has no guide grooves. A method of manufacturing the concentrated winding coil includes steps of: winding the wire on the bobbin; and pressing the wire by a wire guiding/holding member toward the inner flange or toward the outer flange.

Concentrated winding coil and method of manufacturing same

The stator includes a plurality of concentrated winding coils disposed coupled into an annular form through yokes, and a plurality of conductors that couple the coil ends of the concentrated winding coils to each other in a multi-phase connection fashion. Conductors for a U-phase, a V-phase, a W-phase, and neutral points P are each formed of a plurality of holes for inserting therethrough coil ends and are substantially circular with different diameters, and are disposed on the same plane. A connection plate provided with a wall is inserted between the conductors and the concentrated winding coils. In a distribution winding stator using a coil for a rectangular conductor, a coil end is made smaller than before, and the reduction in the current density is aimed, so that a rotary electric machine of a small size and a high power output is obtained. A conductive wire of a rectangular shape in cross section is double-wound, and is allowed to be shifted by the whole width of the wire having double-wound the crowns of both ends, and is formed to crank shape so as to become a length within the range of the intervals of the adjacent slots, so that the conductive wire is formed by being inserted into the slot of the stator.

In a liquid cooling system, comprising: a heat-receiving jacket for receiving heat from a heat-generation body therein; a heat-radiator for radiating the heat therefrom, which is received within the heat-receiving jacket; and a tank for accumulating refrigerant therein, which is connected with the heat-receiving jacket and the heat-radiator through flow passages, thereby enclosing a refrigerant within the heat-receiving jacket, the heat-radiator and the tank, including the flow passages provided therebetween, and further comprising: a liquid transfer means for generating a circulation flow of the refrigerant enclosed therein, wherein the tank is built up on one side surface of a substrate having superior heat-conductivity and heat-resistance, defined between a flexible film or sheet having superior heat-conductivity and heat-resistance, and the heat-radiator having a heat-radiation flow passage on the other side surface thereof, defined between the flexible film or sheet having superior heat-conductivity and heat-resistance.

In an electronic apparatus having a heat-generating element therein, a cooling jacketfor transmitting heat generated from the heat-generating elementinto to a liquid coolant flowing therein, comprises: a coverbuilding up a heat transfer surface to be in contact with a surface of the heat-generating element; a passagefor the liquid coolant, which is formed neighboring with the heat transfer surface and wound round in a 'S'-like manner within an inside of a main bodyof the cooling jacket; and an inletand an outletattached at both ends of the flow passage of the liquid coolant, and further a dispersion memberis disposed in the flow passage, being built up by gathering a plural number of members, each of which has a 'U'-like cross-section of an aspect ratio from 10 to 20, thereby diffusing the liquid coolant therein, so as to transfer the heat from the heat-generating element thereto with high efficiency, and thereby enabling to cool down the heat-generating element, fully, even with a relatively small amount or volume of the liquid coolant.

Cooling jacket

A liquid cooling system is disclosed for use in an electronic apparatus. The system is constructed to be of a reduced size and thickness, thus allowing it to be used for cooling heat-generating devices such as semiconductor elements, while maintaining corrosion resistance. The system includes a pump, a heat-receiving jacket, and flow passages through which the cooling liquid is circulated. An ion exchange bag having a water-permeable bag is disposed within the liquid cooling system. The water-permeable bag further contains an ion exchange resin therein.

A liquid cooling system which is utilizable in a personal computer includes a pump for supplying a cooling liquid; a heat receiving jacket supplied with the cooling liquid and positioned to receive heat generated from a heat generation body, a heat radiation pipe for radiating heat which is supplied by the cooling liquid passing through the heat receiving jacket, and a passage for circulating the cooling liquid passing through the heat radiation pipe into the pump. The heat radiation pipe is made of material having a corrosion resistance that is higher than that of the heat receiving jacket.

An electronic apparatus includes a case mounting a semiconductor element within an inside thereof, a heat-receiving member thermally connected with the semiconductor element, a heat-radiation member disposed on an inner side surface of the casing, and a liquid driver for driving a liquid coolant between the heat-radiation member and the heat-receiving member. The apparatus further includes a tank accumulating the liquid coolant therein with at least a predetermined volume of the coolant to delimit a coolant surface within the tank, wherein the tank, the heat-radiation member and the heat-receiving member are connected with tubes, and a suction end portion of a suction pipe connected into the tank is located at a position which is always below the coolant surface irrespective of change of position of the tank.
