A sliding screen door in which stretching force of a wire is easily adjusted when a screen is in a stretched condition, and expansion of the screen caused by wind or the like can be appropriately suppressed without increasing operation force to be applied to an operating doorframe for the operation to stretch the screen. The sliding screen door is constructed such that wires, whose one ends are fixed to a vertical frame member are drooped in the operating doorframe via a guiding member, which is provided in the operating doorframe, after being inserted into the screen, and a sinker is dangled at tip ends of the wires. A spring member is interposed between the sinker and a contacting portion to be a rising uppermost limit of the sinker, and a wire adjusting mechanism for adjusting a length and the stretching force of the wire is installed in the vertical frame member.

Sliding screen door

A net guide for a wire screen, made to absorb an impact by causing connections of many guide pieces of a net guide formed by the connections of the guide pieces to have a stretchability. A net guide going in and out from a lower end of a movable frame in compliance with an opening/closing of a net to thereby guide a lower end of the net is constituted by connecting, by a wire, many guide pieces formed approximately like a U-letter by a bottom part and a standing wall part. The wire is inserted through through-holes of the guide pieces, and the guide pieces under a connected state are pressed by a coil spring giving a tension to the wire.

Net guide for wire screen and wire screen apparatus having the same

A horizontal-pulling roll screen door for which the right/left hand can be set or changed easily and safely even by a layman and in a screen door in which a net wound up by a winding shaft of a movable stile is made capable of opening/closing by horizontal pulling. First and second caps rotatably supporting the winding shaft are mounted at the both ends of the movable stile capable of replacement by each other. A lock mechanism which can hold a locked state as necessary is provided between a connecting cylindrical shaft connected to the winding shaft and an intermediate support member connected to the first or the second cap unrotatably and removably. Rotation of the winding shaft by an urging force of a winding spring is prevented by this lock mechanism even when the both caps are removed for assembling or change of the right/left hand.

Sliding roll screen door

A lateral pull wire screen with a net attached, between a first longitudinal frame member in a wire screen frame and a movable frame for an opening/closing operation, to be openable/closable by a lateral pull; a net guide guiding the lower end of the net goes in and out in compliance with the opening/closing of the net. The left/right convenience in the net opening/closing can be altered by the first longitudinal frame member and the movable frame, together with the net attached between them, having substantially upside/downside symmetrical shapes, and reversing them in their upsides/downsides without reversing their fronts and backs. Also, the net guide can be altered in its attachment position by, upon the upside/downside reversions, selectively attaching the net guide to attachment parts provided in both ends of the first longitudinal frame member fixing one end of the net guide.

A retractable screen device including a screen frame formed by upper and lower frame members and right and left side frames, each having a fixed cross section along its entire axis, and corner linking members linking the ends of the frame members and side frames together at four corners of the screen frame. One of a pair of corner linking members situated at the ends of the side frame carrying a screen winding shaft includes a winding mechanism that is movable into and out of the winding shaft to cause the winding shaft to wind a screen thereon with aid of an adjustable spring force, while the other corner linking member includes a stopper mechanism that is movable into and out of the winding shaft to define an adjustable limit to a degree of unwinding of the screen from the winding shaft.
