An electronically controlled fuel injection or feeding device for use in an internal combustion engine is disclosed. The device comprises means for storing respective engine speeds corresponding to respective positions of an accelerator pedal, and means for increasing the intake mixture of fuel and air to the engine corresponding to the engine speeds by a given amount when a decrease of the actual engine speed is detected under the condition wherein instant pedal position is not changed at a relatively low engine speed.

Electronically controlled fuel injection device

A method and device for controlling the air-fuel ratio of an internal combustion engine are disclosed. In this method and device the actuator for controlling the air-flow rate is selected as an actuator capable of causing change with passage of time frequently, and the deviation of air-fuel ratio is detected by an air-fuel sensor from a small air-flow rate point corresponding to, for example, an idling speed of engine and a large air-flow rate point corresponding to a predetermined engine speed during running thereby correcting the parameters a and b.

Method of controlling air-fuel ratio of an engine

A method of controlling air-fuel ratio of an internal combustion engine is disclosed. An oxygen sensor is mounted to the engine to detect oxygen concentration in the exhaust gas from the engine and generate a voltage signal therefrom. The air-fuel is a controlled ratio in accordance with the detected result. The oxygen concentration is sampled in synchronism with the rotational speed of the engine, and sampled results are stored as a correction factor by taking the engine rotational speed into account. The air-fuel ratio is controlled by correction factor previously stored in the preceding sampling time of a given sampling time when a change of the air-fuel ratio is detected by comparing its voltage signal with a reference voltage of the oxygen sensor.
