A reactor includes a coil having a winding portion, a magnetic core, and a holding member holding an end surface of the winding portion and the outer core portion of the magnetic core, the holding member having a through hole into which an end portion of the inner core portion of the magnetic core is inserted. One of the inner core portion and the outer core portion is a hybrid core composed of a powder compact and a resin core molded on an outer periphery of the powder compact, and the other of the inner core portion and the outer core portion is a hybrid core or a resin core. The resin core of the inner core portion and the resin core of the outer core portion are continuous with each other via the through hole of the holding member so as to form a seamless single body.

Reactor

A reactor includes a coil including a winding portion; a magnetic core including an inner core portion and an outer core portion; and an inner resin portion filled between an inner circumferential surface of the winding portion and an outer circumferential surface of the inner core portion. The outer core portion includes a plurality of core pieces coupled in a vertical direction via a dividing plane that intersects the vertical direction, and the inner core portion does not have a dividing plane passing therethrough from a surface thereof on one end side toward a surface thereof on another end side in the inward-outward direction.

A reactor includes an assembly formed by assembling a coil and a magnetic core, a case for accommodating the assembly inside, a grip member for sandwiching the assembly from the bottom plate portion side and the opening side inside the case, and a screw member for fixing the grip member to the bottom plate portion by penetrating into the case from outside of the bottom plate portion. The grip member includes a first piece to be held in contact with a surface of the assembly on the opening side, a second piece to be held in contact with a surface of the assembly on the bottom plate portion side, and a third piece connecting the first piece and the second piece in a depth direction of the case.

A reactor includes a coil, a magnetic core, and a holding member holding an end face of the wound part in an axial direction and an outer core part of the magnetic core. The holding member is a frame-shaped body having a through hole into which an end portion of the inner core part is inserted. The outer core part has an inward surface opposing the inner core part, an outward surface on an opposite side to the inward surface, and a plurality of peripheral surfaces joining between the inward surface and the outward surface. Provided is a reactor including a coil that has wound portions formed by winding a winding wire, and a magnetic core that includes inner core portions arranged inside of the wound portions and outer core portions arranged outside of the wound portions. The reactor includes an outer resin portion covering at least outer surfaces of the outer core portions. A terminal platform is formed in one piece protruding on the outer surface of an outer resin portion among the outer resin portions and has fastening portions configured to fasten terminal fittings connected to end portions of the winding wire to terminals of an external wiring. A fixing portion is formed in one piece on the terminal platform and fixes the reactor to an installation target. The terminal platform and the fixing portion are integrated and the thickness of the terminal platform is less than that of the fixing portion.

A reactor that includes a coil having a wound portion; a magnetic core; a holding member provided at both ends of the wound portion; a mold resin by which the coil and the holding member are integrated into one piece; a casing that houses an assembly that includes the coil, the magnetic core, and the holding member; and a potting resin that fills up the casing to seal at least a part of the assembly.

Provided is a reactor including a coil and a magnetic core that includes inner core portions arranged inside of a wound portions and outer core portions arranged outside of the wound portions. A sensor measures a physical amount that is related to a combined body of the coil and the magnetic core. A wiring locking portion locks a wiring of the sensor. The wiring locking portion includes a first claw member and a second claw member. A wiring path is formed inside a bent portion of the claw members. The second claw member is spaced apart from the first claw member a distance L between the leading end of the first claw member and the leading end of the second claw member in the Y direction is greater than 1 times the diameter of the wiring and less than or equal to 1.5 times the diameter of the wiring.

Provided is a reactor that includes: a coil provided with a wound portion that is obtained by winding a winding wire, and has an exposed region with which a liquid coolant comes into direct contact; a magnetic core that is arranged inside and outside the wound portion, and forms a closed magnetic circuit; a sensor member configured to measure the temperature of the coil, the sensor member including a rod-shaped sensor body portion attached to the exposed region of the wound portion, and a wire coupled to the sensor body portion; and a sensor cover portion that covers surfaces of the outer periphery of the sensor body portion, except for a mounting surface for mounting to the wound portion and at least part of a coupling surface to which the wire is coupled.

A reactor including: a coil having a winding portion; a magnetic core having a plurality of core pieces; and an inner interposed member interposed between the winding portion and an inner core portion of the magnetic core. An inner resin portion fills an internal space of the winding portion, the inner interposed member includes core holding portions holding the core pieces to be decentered relative to the inner interposed member when seen in the axial direction of the winding portion, a separation distance between the inner circumferential surface of the winding portion and the outer circumferential surface of the inner interposed member on a displacement direction side is longer than a separation distance between the inner circumferential surface of the winding portion and the outer circumferential surface of the inner interposed member on the side that is opposite the displacement direction side.

Reactor and method for manufacturing reactor

A reactor that includes a coil that includes a winding portion; a magnetic core that includes a plurality of core pieces that are located inside and outside the winding portion, and one or more gap portions that are interposed between core pieces that are adjacent to each other; an interposed member that is interposed between the coil and the magnetic core; and a resin mold portion that covers at least a portion of an outer circumferential surface of the magnetic core without covering an outer circumferential surface of the winding portion so that the outer circumferential surface of the winding portion is exposed.

Provided is a reactor that can prevent a temperature sensor from being attached to a wound portion of a coil in a wrong direction. The reactor includes a temperature sensor having a sensor main portion attached to an outer peripheral surface of a wound portion and a wire extending from the sensor main portion. A sensor housing portion houses the sensor main portion. The sensor main portion has a detection surface facing the wound portion and a projecting portion protruding from a back surface of the sensor main portion opposite of the detection surface. The sensor housing portion has a pair of side wall portions opposing respective side surfaces of the sensor main portion. A height of a portion of the sensor main portion that has the projecting portion is larger than a width of that portion and larger than the distance between the side wall portions.

Provided is a reactor including: a coil having winding portions formed by winding a wire; a magnetic core that forms a closed magnetic circuit with inner core portions arranged inside of the winding portions and outer core portions arranged outside of the winding portions; end surface interposed members that are interposed between axial direction end surfaces of the winding portions and the outer core portions; and an inner resin portion that fills spaces between inner circumferential surfaces of the winding portions and outer circumferential surfaces of the inner core portions, the end surface interposed members including turn storage portions that store at least a portion of turns of the axial direction end portions of the winding portions.

Reactor and reactor manufacturing method

A reactor including: a coil including a winding portion formed by winding a winding wire; and a magnetic core that forms a closed magnetic circuit constituted by an inner core portion located inside the winding portion and an outer core portion located outside the winding portion. The reactor further includes an inner resin portion that fills a gap between the inner circumferential surface of the winding portion and the outer circumferential surface of the inner core portion, and when a side, of the outer core portion, that faces the inner core portion is defined as an inner side, and the opposite side is defined as an outer side, the outer core portion is provided with a through hole that is open to both the inner side and the outer side, and the through hole is filled with a portion of the inner resin portion.

A reactor including: a coil that includes a winding portion; a magnetic core that includes a plurality of core pieces that are located inside and outside the winding portion; an interposed member that is interposed between the coil and the magnetic core; and a resin mold portion that includes an outer covering portion that covers at least a portion of an outer core piece of the magnetic core, the outer core piece being located outside the winding portion. The interposed member includes an outer interposed portion that is interposed between an end surface of the winding portion and an inner end surface of the outer core piece, and the outer interposed portion has a hole on the outer core piece side, through which a portion of the inner end surface of the outer core piece is exposed from the resin mold portion.

A reactor includes: a coil having winding portions; a magnetic core including inner core portions and a pair of outer core portions sandwiching the inner core portions; end surface interposed members including main body portions between end surfaces of the winding portions and outer core portions, and resin filling holes communicating with interiors of the winding portions; inner resin portions where spaces between inner circumferential surfaces of the winding portions and inner core portions are filled; and outer resin portions covering part of the outer core portions and are connected to the inner resin portions through the resin filling holes. At least one of the pair of outer core portions and an end surface interposed member are formed integrally. The end surface interposed member includes a core holding portion extending to the outer core portion side and interposed between the core holding member and the main body portion.
