A disk device including a first disk holder movable with disk conveyance, a second disk holder opposed to a groove portion formed in the first disk holder and holding a disk grippingly in cooperation with the first disk holder when the first disk holder holds the disk, and a supporter which supports the first disk holder and which causes a support position for the first disk holder to be shifted in accordance with the movement of the first disk holder to be shifted in accordance with movement of the first disk holder, realizes reducing in size and number of parts, prevention of damage to disks, shortening operation time for plurality of operations, improved vibration resistance and less expensive manufacturing cost.

Disk device

A rack and pinion gear mechanism includes a rack forming member having a rack; a pinion gear which engages releasably with the rack of rack forming member; and an elastic member which contacts with one portion of the rack forming member and deformed by an elastic deformation corresponding to a displacement of the rack forming member by a confliction of tooth points, the one portion is located opposite side to a tooth of the rack that contacts firstly with a tooth of the pinion gear and the gear mechanism further includes a positioning means to fix the elastic member in a cantilever manner to define a positioning of a free end of the elastic member in height.

A disk device capable of storing a plurality of disks therein includes a disk holder capable of changing its vertical position to hold a disk, a driver to drive the disk holder, and the disk holder performs a rotational movement and the changing of its vertical height by means of the same driving mechanism of the driver. The disk device realizes a reduction in size and number of parts, prevention of damage to disks, a shortened operation time for a plurality of operations, improved vibration resistance, and a reduced manufacturing cost.

A disk device for reproducing information includes a clamper that is used to clamp exchangeable disks. The disk device has a movement regulating member which is engaged with a sliding hole made on a base. A clamper base is engaged with a cam hole made on the movement regulating member to swing around a swinging axis on the base as a center. A clamper arm is supported on the clamper base to hold the clamper which clamps the disk. A positioning member is arranged on the base to abut with the clamper base when the clamper base swings. An energizing member urges the movement regulating member along a direction substantially perpendicular to the sliding direction of the movement regulating member.

A disk device including a movable portion which supports pivotally and enably to swing a feed screw axis, a thread motor to drive a small gear and the like which engage with a gear interlocked in an end portion of the feed screw axis thereby to rotate the feed screw axis, and a control screw to perform a height control of the movable portion.

Disc drive

A disk device in which a precut portion of sub cam plate and a protruding portion of locking plate are made in a slanted shape and at the same time the sub cam plate is rotated by a pressure when the protruding portion is inserted into the precut portion.

By a disk device including: a reproducing base which is supported pivotally and enably to swing on a base, and on which a turntable is set; a supporting member which is supported pivotally and enably to swing on the base and which supports the reproducing base in a predetermined position; a clamper which is supported pivotally and enably to swing on the base and which opposes to the turntable to pinch and hold a disk; and a movement regulating member which regulates swing movements of the supporting member and the clamper, supporting by the supporting member in relation to the reproducing base is made sure to prevent deformation of the reproducing base by a clamping force of the clamper.

The disk device capable of storing a plurality of disks loosely fitted and supported at its inner diameter, including separable loose mandrel mechanisms, when the mandrel mechanism is loosely fitted to the disk, the disk holder holds the disk, and one end of the a second mandrel mechanism is connected to another end of a first mandrel mechanism in a state that the disk is raised to a height abutting upon a support of a ceiling side formed on the first mandrel mechanism.

In the disk device when a disk is reproduced, a disk reproducing mechanism is moved to become a center of disk coincident with a center of turntable thereof, a first disk holding mechanism is moved downward to load the disk on the disk reproducing mechanism, then a disk clamping mechanism is moved to clamp the disk loaded on the disk reproducing mechanism, and the disk is reproduced after the first and second disk holding mechanism release the disk and are taken away from the disk.

The bearing device comprises a bearing,, a washer,and a coupling piece,that couples the bearing,to the washer,and/or separates itself from the washer,and the bearing,by a pressure force applied thereto, wherein the bearing, the washer and the coupling piece are integrally formed with each other, and the base flap,is formed with a projection,. Due to this construction, an operator can easily hold the bearing,and the washer,as one component, and as the coupling piece,can be readily removed by the projection,, a working efficiency for installing this device can be drastically improved, and the automated mounting operation thereof can also be easily implemented.
