An impact rotary tool includes a hammer, an anvil, an output shaft, a housing, a bearing (first bearing), and a buffer member. The buffer member includes an elastic member. The anvil has a first facing region. The output shaft has a second facing region. The buffer member is interposed between the anvil and the output shaft. The buffer member regulates a gap distance between the second facing region and the first facing region such that when a maximum load is transmitted from the hammer to the elastic member, the second facing region faces the first facing region with a gap left between the second facing region and the first facing region in a thrusting direction.

Impact rotary tool

An impact tool includes a motor, a control unit, an output shaft, a transmission mechanism, and an impact detection unit. The transmission mechanism includes an impact mechanism. The impact mechanism performs an impact operation according to magnitude of torque applied to the output shaft. The impact detection unit determines, based on at least one of an excitation current (current measured value) to be supplied to the motor or a torque current (current measured value) to be supplied to the motor, whether or not the impact operation is being performed. The control unit fulfills an impact response function by performing restriction processing in response to detection of the impact operation by the impact detection unit as a trigger. The restriction processing includes at least one of lowering the number of revolutions of the motor or stopping rotating the motor.

Impact tool, method for controlling the impact tool, and program

An impact rotary tool includes a hammer, an anvil, an output shaft, a housing, and a bearing (first bearing). The bearing (first bearing) is held by the housing. The anvil includes a first contact portion. The output shaft includes a second contact portion. The second contact portion receives, from the first contact portion, force that causes the output shaft to rotate. The bearing (first bearing) is in contact with at least one of the first contact portion or the second contact portion and supports at least one of the output shaft or the anvil rotatably.

An impact tool includes a motor, an impact mechanism, an output shaft, a control unit, and an angular lead measurer. The impact mechanism includes a hammer and an anvil. The anvil rotates upon receiving impacting force from the hammer. The angular lead measurer measures an angular lead in rotation of the anvil over the hammer. The control unit changes, according to the angular lead measured by the angular lead measurer, a control mode for controlling the rotational velocity of the output shaft from one of a plurality of modes to another.

An electric power tool includes: a motor; an output shaft; and a power transmission mechanism that transmits a rotational output of the motor to the output shaft. A motor control unit controls rotation of the motor in accordance with an on operation of the user operation switch performed by a user. A detector detects physical quantity data while the motor is being rotated. A status determination unit determines whether the electric power tool is in a deteriorated status, by using the physical quantity data. A notification interface communicates that the electric power tool is in a deteriorated status while the motor is not being rotated.

Electronic power tool and electric power tool system

An impact tool includes an electric motor, an impact mechanism, an acquisition unit, and a behavior decision unit (retreat detection unit). The electric motor includes a permanent magnet and a coil. The impact mechanism performs an impact operation that generates impacting force by receiving motive power from the electric motor. The behavior decision unit makes, based on at least one of a torque current acquisition value (current measured value) which is a value of a torque current acquired by the acquisition unit or an excitation current acquisition value (current measured value) which is a value of an excitation current acquired by the acquisition unit, a decision about behavior of the impact mechanism.

Impact tool

An impact tool includes a motor, a control unit, an output shaft, a transmission mechanism, and an impact detection unit. The transmission mechanism includes an impact mechanism. The impact mechanism applies impacting force to the output shaft while performing an impact operation. The impact detection unit determines, based on at least one of an excitation current (current measured value) to be supplied to the motor or a torque current (current measured value) to be supplied to the motor, whether or not the impact operation is being performed. The control unit places a limit on an increase in the number of revolutions of the motor before the impact detection unit detects the impact operation and removes the limit on the increase in the number of revolutions of the motor when the impact detection unit detects the impact operation.

An impact rotary tool includes a hammer and an anvil that transmits rotational impact force from the hammer to a tip tool. The anvil includes a first member and a second member. The first member holds the tip tool thereon. The first member is fitted into the second member. The rotational impact force is applied to the second member. The first member and the second member are arranged to be fitted into each other in a fitting portion. The fitting portion has a tolerating mechanism. The tolerating mechanism tolerates misalignment of a first rotational axis with a second rotational axis. The first rotational axis is a rotational axis of the first member. The second rotational axis is a rotational axis of the second member.

An electric power tool includes: an output shaft on which a front-end tool is adapted to be mounted; and a power transmission mechanism that transmits a rotational output of a motor to the output shaft. A posture information acquisition unit acquires posture information for identifying a posture of the electric power tool. A torque information acquisition unit acquires torque information indicating a measured value of tightening torque produced by the front-end tool. A transmission unit transmits the posture information, the torque information, and time information related to a time when respective information is acquired to an external apparatus.

Power tool and processing device

An electric power tool includes a bearing retainer that retains a bearing for supporting a motor shaft, a transmission mechanism that transmits a rotational output of a motor to a front-end tool and a rotating body attached to an end of the motor shaft. The bearing retainer includes an extension that extends in a direction of axial line from an end face position on the bearing. At least a part of the rotating body is provided in front of a rear end of the extension.

Electric power tool

A secondary hammer support structure in a rotary impact tool is structured such that a plurality of steel balls are disposed between a secondary hammer and a retaining member. The plurality of steel balls are arranged between the first retaining groove of the secondary hammer and the second retaining groove of the retaining member. The retaining member is formed as a member separate from the spindle and has a retaining surface for retaining steel balls and a mounting surface mounted to the spindle so as not be rotatable. The mounting surface of the retaining member is mounted to a front member of a carrier.
