This achieves an increase in gas permeability of the pressure valve and a high operating pressure maintained in the pressure valve.

The method includes a first cooling step and a subsequent second cooling step. The invention provides a crosslinkable aromatic resin having a protonic acid group and a crosslinkable group, suitable for electrolytic membranes and binders used in fuel cells, etc., and electrolytic polymer membranes, binders and fuel cells using the resin. The crosslinkable aromatic resin has a crosslinkable group, which is not derived from the protonic acid group and can form a polymer network without any elimination component. This resin exhibits excellent ion conductivity, heat resistance, water resistance, adhesion property and low methanol permeability. Preferably, the crosslinkable group is composed of a Cto Calkyl group directly bonded to the aromatic ring and/or an alkylene group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms in the main chain in which at least one carbon atom directly bonded to the aromatic ring bonds to hydrogen, and a carbonyl group, or a carbon-carbon double bond or triple bond. The aromatic resins such as aromatic polyethers, aromatic polyamides, aromatic polyimides, aromatic polyamideimides, aromatic polyazoles, etc., which contain such a crosslinkable group, are preferred as the crosslinkable aromatic resins having a protonic acid group and a crosslinkable group.

There are disclosed, a polyether ketone having a primary particle size of 50 &#x3bc;m or less; and a method of producing a polyether ketone by a desalting polycondensation, which contains a step of conducting a polymerization reaction under a condition of deposition of the polymer. The polyether ketone obtained by the present invention has small particle size, high molecular weight and sufficiently small content of impurities such as alkali metal components.

The present invention provides a magnetic core whose outer surface has been coated without handling brittle ribbon to thereby impart insulating properties and shape retention properties to the magnetic core after annealing heat treatment, and further provides an adhesive resin composition for a magnetic core, which is useful for efficiently producing the above-mentioned magnetic core without using any organic solvent and which per se is stable to heat and elapse of time. By forming a coating film having a certain thickness or more on an outer surface using a composition containing a resin of specific properties, there can be obtained a magnetic core whose outer surface has been coated without handling brittle ribbon to thereby impart insulating properties and shape retention properties to the magnetic core after annealing heat treatment. The adhesive resin composition containing particles of a resin having specific properties is useful for efficiently producing the above-mentioned excellent magnetic core without using any organic solvent, and this composition is stable to heat and elapse of time.
