An information processing device includes an input device and an artificial intelligence processing unit including a processor. The input device is configured to input first information related to at least one of a state of a human-powered vehicle, a rider of the human-powered vehicle, and an environment of the human-powered vehicle. The artificial intelligence processing unit is configured to generate second information related to a recommended travel condition of the human-powered vehicle in accordance with the first information received from the input device.

The artificial intelligence processor is configured to generate second information related to at least one of deterioration, wear, and failure of an element of the human-powered vehicle from history information of the first information input to the input device.

The acceleration determiner is configured to determine whether the rotational acceleration has satisfied a predetermined condition based on the time-series data of the rotational acceleration. The brake time predictor is configured to set a prediction starting time based on a point of time at which the rotational acceleration has satisfied the predetermined condition and to predict a brake starting time of the spool based on the prediction starting time. The spool brake is configured to start braking the spool at the brake starting time.

A camera controller device of the present technique includes a switching operation unit for switching a camera to be controlled, an adjuster for adjusting adjustment elements of a camera to be controlled, and a controller for controlling the entire device. The adjuster has a start point and an end point of an adjustment range. The controller compares a setting value of the adjustment element of the camera before switching with a setting value of the adjustment element of the camera after switching, and when both the setting values do not match with each other, the controller prohibits an operation of the cameras until the setting value of the adjustment element of the camera after switching matches with a setting value set by the adjuster.
