A panel retention structure includes a retention member including a head portion, a neck portion and a flange portion being provided in the aforementioned order from an end of the retention member. The neck portion includes a dimension which is set smaller than a dimension of a first hole and a dimension of a second hole, and passes through the first hole and the second hole. The head portion is in contact with a confronting surface serving as a surface of a retention wall facing a panel body in one of a state where the head portion is elastically in contact with the panel body, and a state where an elastic wall being elastically in contact with an opposing surface serving as a surface of the retention wall which opposes the panel body is provided.

A sunshade apparatus includes: a light blocking sheet to block light at an opening of a vehicle and open the opening; a winding member to which a first edge of the sheet is fixed and which is capable of winding and unwinding the sheet; turning members disposed on both sides of the opening in the width direction; a single rope member adjustably engaged with a second edge of the sheet in the operating direction, extending from both end portions of the second edge respectively toward the light-blocking side in the operating direction, and turning at both of the turning members respectively toward the opening side in the operating direction, and whose both side terminals are respectively fixed to both end portions of the winding member to be capable of being wound and unwound by the winding member; and an urging member to urge the winding member to rotate.

Sunshade apparatus

A sunshade apparatus for a vehicle includes a shading sheet, which opens and closes a light transmitting portion of a vehicle roof, a pair of holding members, which retain the shading sheet, a winding member, which winds the shading sheet and the holding members. The shading sheet is retained at edge portions of the shading sheet, which extend in the shading sheet opening-closing directions by the holding members. The holding members are retained to the winding member in a manner so that winding in at one end in turn winds off the other end and movement direction thereof is reversed at a direction change member positioned at a distance from the winding member in the shading sheet opening-closing directions and the winding member includes a biasing member, which balances tensional force acting in the shading sheet opening-closing directions at one end and the other end of each holding member.

Sunshade apparatus for vehicle

A roller shade apparatus for a vehicle includes a shade sheet placed selectively in wound-up and extended states, the wound-up state being established to uncover a light transmitting member mounted to the vehicle when the shade sheet is moved in an opening direction, the extended state being established to shield the light transmitting member when the shade sheet is moved in a closing direction, a pair of guide rails extending in the opening and closing directions, and guide belts slidably supported by respective guide portions of the guide rails along the opening and closing directions and connected to respective side end portions of the shade sheet, wherein each guide belt curved in the width direction includes a convex surface, a central portion of the convex surface is connected to each side end portion, and each guide portion includes a pair of lock portions locking side portions of the guide belt.

Roller shade apparatus for vehicle

A sunshade for a vehicle includes a plastic panel configuring a part of a roof of the vehicle and including a translucent portion, a shading sheet for unshading and shading the translucent portion, a pair of guide rails, which are fixed to the panel to face each other and extend in an opening-and-closing direction of the sheet to hold the sheet in a manner permitting the sheet to be opened and closed, a roll-up member for rolling up the sheet, a frame, which extends in a facing direction of the rails, that links the rails and holds the roll-up member, an elongated hole, which is formed in end portions of the frame and extends in the facing direction, and an engaging member inserted into the hole. The engaging member engages with the rails and the frame to permit relative movement of the rails and the frame in the facing direction.

Vehicle sunshade

A vehicle sunshade device is provided with guide rails arranged on both sides of an opening section provided on a vehicle roof and having guide grooves extending in a front-rear direction, a plurality of sunshade panels having sliders slidable along the guide grooves, and guide mechanisms for guiding the sliders of at least a rearmost sunshade panel of the sunshade panels upward or downward from the guide grooves in a transition from a spread-out state to a stored state. An elastic member is further provided on the vehicle roof and presses the rearmost sunshade panel on a front side sunshade panel, which is ahead of the rearmost sunshade panel, when the sliders of the rearmost sunshade panel enter the guide mechanisms.

An electrically moving apparatus for moving a movable body includes a security mechanism for detecting an abnormal increase of a load applied to the movable body during the movable body being moved by an operation of an electric motor. The electrically moving apparatus does not require an increase of a threshold value for judging the increase of the load applied to the movable body. The security mechanism is not operated when an increase of a load for lifting down an operative member being movable in response to the movement of the movable body.

A sliding roof device is made up of a pair of laterally spaced guide rails provided at inner peripheries of an open area formed in a vehicular roof panel, the guide rails supporting a movable panel in movable fashion in order to open and close the open area; a front frame connecting a front end of one of the guide rails and a front end of the other, the front frame and the pair of the guide rails constituting a sunroof frame; and a driving mechanism including a motor, a gear mechanism driven by the motor, an output gear associated with the gear mechanism, a geared cable engaged with the output gear in meshing fashion and connected to the movable panel for the movement thereof when the motor is turned on, and a casing pipe through which the geared cable is passed in movable fashion, characterized in that a housing and a box are provided, the housing placing the output gear outside the sunroof frame, the housing accommodating therein the gear mechanism, the box being formed integrally with the sunroof frame, the box covering the meshing engagement between the geared cable and the output gear.

Sliding roof device

A vehicle sun-roof device includes a movable panel for fully covering and uncovering an opening in the vehicle roof, a guide rail provided along a side of the opening in the vehicle longitudinal direction, and a link mechanism associated with the movable panel for tilting the movable panel. The link mechanism includes a bracket supporting the movable panel, a link member for restricting the rotational position of the bracket, a drive shoe slidably disposed in the guide rail and associated with the bracket via the link member, and a driven shoe slidably disposed in the guide rail and rotatably supporting one end of the bracket. A checking mechanism restricts the movement of the driven shoe in the vehicle longitudinal direction and includes a restriction portion formed at the bracket and a guide block fixed to the guide rail. When the rotational position of the bracket is within a range between a first rotational position at which the opening is fully covered by the movable panel and a second rotational position at which the movable panel is tilted at a maximum angle, the restriction portion and the guide block continue to be engaged in the vehicle longitudinal direction.

Sun roof device

A sunshade for a vehicle sunroof is structured to have a base member for shielding sunlight from striking the inside of the vehicle through an opening formed in the vehicle body when the sunshade is closed, which is housed within a housing space formed adjacent to the opening when the sunshade is opened, and an edge member integrally provided with a handle, which has a shield integrally mounted on the advancing-side end portion of the base member to shield the advancing-side terminal portion from the view of the vehicle occupant. This construction of the sunshade improves the productivity and reduces the cost of the sunshade.
