The problem of the present invention is to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for skin adhesion, having an adhesive layer, which can be formed without using an organic solvent, shows superior adhesion performance to the skin, and shows extremely mild irritation to the skin and stratum corneum damage. To solve the problem, the present invention provides a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for skin adhesion, which has a substrate and an adhesive layer laminated on the substrate, wherein the adhesive layer is obtained by curing an adhesive composition containing polyether polymer (A) having at least one alkenyl group on the terminal, compound (B) having 1-10 hydrosilyl groups in a molecule and hydrosilylation catalyst (C).

The present medical pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet, comprises: a supporting base material; and an adhesive layer laminated directly or indirectly on the supporting base material, wherein the supporting base material contains: 1 to 50 parts by weight of at least one selected from the group consisting of a fatty acid, a fatty acid ester, a fatty acid amide, a higher alcohol, and a metal soap; and 100 parts by weight of at least one resin selected from the group consisting of an olefin thermoplastic elastomer, a styrene thermoplastic elastomer, and a polyester thermoplastic elastomer.

Medical pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet, and first aid adhesive tape

To 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin such as polypropylene resin, a blend of polypropylene resin and elastomer, or a copolymer of polypropylene resin and elastomer, 10 to 200 parts by weight of a silicic acid compound such as zeolite or talc were added to form a film for a supporting substrate. A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for skin adhesion in which an adhesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive on the backing film does not lower greatly even with the lapse of long term and the initial adhesive force is substantially maintained, and a first-aid adhesive plaster using the same are disclosed. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for skin adhesion comprises a backing film and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer for skin adhesion formed on one side of the backing film, wherein the backing film comprises about 40 to about 70 parts by weight of a polyester plasticizer having a number average molecular weight of about 1,500 to about 3,000, an appropriate amount of a stabilizer comprising at least one metallic soap selected from the group consisting of fatty acid calcium, fatty acid zinc and fatty acid barium, and about 0.1 to about 1.0 part by weight of hydrotalcite per 100 parts by weight of a vinyl chloride polymer.

A medical adhesive dressing comprising a polyolefin-based backing film having a medical pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one surface thereof and a print layer on the other surface thereof, the adhesive dressing having surface properties that cause no wrinkle upon winding and unwinding thereof. For example, the surface of the polyolefin-based film preferably has a surface roughness (10-point average roughness) of 2 to 12 &mgr;m on the side where a print layer is to be formed. The olefin-based film is preferably an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer film or a three-layer film comprising an ethylene-methyl methacrylate copolymer layer/A-B-A type block copolymer layer/ethylene methyl methacrylate copolymer layer. It is used for application to skin as a first-aid adhesive tape, large-size adhesive tape, dressing, or draping used in the field of medical and hygiene fields. It can provide medical adhesive dressing and first-aid adhesive tape whose surface causes no printing failure.

A medical adhesive sheet comprising a support having a laminate structure comprising a non-porous sheet and a porous-sheet, and a pressure-sensitive layer comprising an acrylic polymer prepared by polymerizing an alkyl (meth)acrylate as a main component monomer, and an organic liquid component which is compatible with the acrylic polymer, formed on the porous sheet side of the support, the layer being subjected to a crosslinking treatment, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is embedded in the porous sheet, reaching the laminate interface between the non-porous sheet and the porous sheet. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises an acrylic copolymer prepared by copolymerization of a monomer mixture comprising a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester and a functional monomer as the essential components, a fatty acid ester having a specified number of carbon atoms, a monoglyceride having a specified number of carbon atoms, and ISDN, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is crosslinked. Since its skin adhesive property is improved by the inclusion of the monoglyceride, release of ISDN is improved and the area of the preparation can be decreased.
