An integrated shielding protector and a wire harness are provided so that the man-hours concerning the wiring operation can be reduced, and the number of components also can be reduced. A conductive integrated shielding protector, including a first high voltage accommodating part, a second high voltage accommodating part and a low voltage accommodating part, is used when first high voltage wires the voltage of which is high, second high voltage wires the voltage of which is high but lower than that of the first high voltage wires, and low voltage wires the voltage of which is low are wired in parallel in the same course. A wire harness, including the integrated shielding protector, the first high voltage wires, the second high voltage wires and the low voltage wires, is wired inside a vehicle compartment.

A method of manufacturing an automobile high voltage wire harness includes setting a shrinkable tube which has a color to make the wire harness recognized as a high voltage one outside a metal pipe body which is an exterior member of one or a plurality of high voltage electrical pathway(s) wired in an automobile, making the shrinkable tube shrink to cover part of or all of the outer surface of the metal pipe body, and bending the metal pipe body to a predetermined position to be formed into a three-dimensional shape.

Method of manufacturing an automobile high voltage wire harness

A wire harness includes a high-voltage wire and a pipe member for receiving the high-voltage wire. The pipe member is provided, at a plurality of points thereon, with crushed portions formed by crushing a pipe outer surface inward. The crushed portions are formed as portions to which clamps are to be attached. The crushed portions are formed and positioned in correspondence with positions of L-shaped brackets. The crushed portions are formed as portions for generating protrusions on a pipe inner surface, and the protrusions serve as a contact supporting point for the high-voltage wire.

Provided are a braided shield member, a manufacturing method of a braided shield member and a wire harness which make it possible to demonstrate shielding performance sufficiently. The braided shield member constituting the wire harness includes a tubular body part and a tubular terminal part. The braided shield member is formed so that the terminal part is formed in a two-folded structure of an outside terminal part and an inside terminal part. Further, the braided shield member is formed so that metal wires are in a loose state inside stitches of the outside terminal part.

It is possible to reduce the size of a magneto-optical device, increase the speed of optical control, simplify power supply structure and its control, and maintain a Faraday rotation angle in an arbitrary state even after shut-off of the excitation current. The magneto-optical device includes a magnetic yoke () made of a high-permeability magnetic material, the magnetic yoke including a tabular portion () and four pillar portions () protruding from one side of the tabular portion (), a coil () wound on each of the pillar portions, and a magneto-optical element () arranged in an open-magnetic-circuit region surrounded by the end portions of the four pillar portions. A twin-core ferrule structure is provided which is miniaturized in size, facilitated for accurate positioning the optical axes of two optical fibers, and improved both in degree of freedom of determining a shape and in high-volume productivity. The twin-core ferrule 21 comprises a cylindrical sleeve 22 having a first optical fiber element fitting hole 23 provided in the front region of a circular cylindrical body thereof to extend along the center axis of the same, a second optical fiber element fitting hole 24 provided in the same to extend eccentric to the center axis of the circular cylindrical body and in parallel with the first optical fiber element fitting hole 23, and an eccentric cylindrical hole 25 provided in the rear region of the circular cylindrical body to extend with the center axis coinciding with the center line between the first and second optical fiber element fitting holes 23 and 24, into which an optical fiber core is fitted, wherein the cylindrical sleeve 22 is monolithically formed by injection molding of a metal material.

Twin-core ferrule structure for an optical connector

A cast aluminum alloy vehicle wheel has a central disk, a rim, and a rim carrying portion located between the rim and the central disk. The rim has an end or tip portion that is the farthest portion of the rim from the disk, and a barrel portion is located between the rim carrying portion and the rim end. The microstructure of the metal provides a dendritic arm spacing (DAS) that is smaller at the rim end than at the rim barrel. Additionally, the DAS of the barrel portion is less then at the central disk. The DAS of the rim carrying portion is equal or less then the DAS of the barrel portion on the rim. A high strength wheel is provided, especially at the rim.

A casting mold has a main body provided with a vent hole opened up in a casting space of said main body. The improvement is characterized in that the vent hole is provided with air discharging means and air feeding means which are disposed at the vent hole and the air discharging means and air feeding means are suitably selected so that air within the casting space can be discharged and a pressurized air can be fed toward the casting space through the vent hole.

A process for manufacturing a vehicle wheel includes the steps of preparing a wheel raw material blank in which rim raw material is integrally formed at a peripheral edge of a disk member. The rim portion is formed by spinning the rim raw material while rotating the wheel material about the axis of the disk member. Thereafter, such spin molded raw material is heat treated, and then machined by cutting. The center portion of the rim is spin formed to its final thickness while the rim edge portions are left with a thickness after spin molding that requires machine cutting to the final dimensions.
