Wound bed preparation in a skin wound area can be carried out by using a hydrogel sheet, wherein the hydrogel sheet is prepared by spreading a hydrogel containing a water-soluble polymer, glycerin, and water on a two-layered laminated film consisting of a polyurethane film and a hydrophobic fiber and the moisture permeability of the hydrogel sheet is 200-2000 (g/m/24 h).

Method for using hydrogel sheet for treating wound

Provided is a transdermal absorption-type patch containing a serotonin receptor antagonist, which has a short transdermal absorption delay time (lag time), and in which the maximum transdermal permeation rate of the drug can be reached within a short time and the drug can disappear from circulating blood rapidly. That is, provided is a patch containing a serotonin receptor antagonist, wherein the patch contains an adhesive layer comprising a non-functional acrylic adhesive, a water-soluble organic amine, a fatty acid ester, and a serotonin receptor antagonist such as granisetron as an active ingredient.

Water-based plaster

An external patch containing diclofenac hydroxyethylpyrrolidine prepared by laminating an adhesive layer on a backing, wherein said adhesive layer is characterized by comprising 5-50% by weight of styrene&#x2022;isoprene&#x2022;styrene block copolymer, 20-50% by weight of a tackifier resin, 5-70% by weight of a softening agent, and 0.5-20% by weight of one or more solubilizers selected from N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, propylene glycol and dimethyl sulfoxide as essential ingredients, and 0.5-20% by weight of diclofenac hydroxyethylpyrrolidine as an active ingredient. The patch has excellent transdermal absorption, less skin-irritation and excellent stability of the drug.

Anti-inflammatory analgesic adhesive patch for external use

A wound-covering hydrogel material which has excellent stretchability and absorbs exudates from wounds. It can maintain over long a wet environment which is suitable for accelerating the healing of wounds. There is no fear of causing pain or damaging the regenerated skin when the wound-covering hydrogel material is replaced with a fresh one. The wound-covering hydrogel material prepared by spreading a hydrogel comprising a water-soluble semi-synthetic polymer, glycerol and water, on a laminated two-layer film composed of a polyurethane film and hydrophobic fibers. The covering material has a moisture permeability as measured by the cup method in accordance with JIS Z0208 of 500-2,000 (g/m/24 h).

Wound-covering hydrogel material

An apparatus and a method for simulatively measuring an environment in a microspace between human skin and a wound dressing. The simulative environment-measuring apparatus includes a constant temperature-and-humidity chamber (); a heat exchanger () disposed in the chamber; a constant temperature water bath () and a pump () for supplying warm water to the heat exchanger; and a container () set on the heat exchanger. The container holds a water retentive member () therein, and is covered with a water vapor diffusion-controlling member (). A microspace () formed between the water vapor diffusion-controlling member and a wound dressing () is a simulatively reproduced space between human skin and the wound dressing. A thin temperature-and-humidity sensor () is set in the microspace to measure temperature and humidity. When plural containers are used, the environments of plural wound dressings can be measured at once.

Apparatus for simulatively measuring environment of wound dressing on skin and measuring method therefor

Disclosed is a water-based adhesive skin patch which has excellent storage stability, can achieve excellent accumulation of butenafine hydrochloride contained therein on a patched area such as the skin and a nail, and has a high therapeutic effect. Specifically disclosed is a water-based adhesive skin patch containing butenafine hydrochloride, which is characterized by containing butenafine hydrochloride, glycol salicylate and propylene glycol in a water-containing gel ointment. Specifically, butenafine hydrochloride is dissolved in a mixed solution of glycol salicylate and propylene glycol, and the resulting solution is dispersed in a water-containing gel. Particularly, the mixing ratio of glycol salicylate to propylene glycol is 1:2 to 1:30.
