An energy management device includes: an acquirer that acquires a reduction target period, a reduction target amount, an equipment type, a presence of a special operation schedule, a scheduled time of a special operation, and a status; a generator that generates multiple control patterns on the basis of the information acquired by the acquirer; a selector that selects a control pattern to execute from among the multiple control patterns; and a controller that transmits control information to the equipment to be controlled on the basis of the control pattern to execute. At least one of the multiple control patterns is a control pattern for shifting the scheduled time of a special operation to outside the reduction target period, and reducing the power consumption amount by the reduction target amount or more during the reduction target period.

A linear actuator includes a first tube and a second tube inserted into the first tube to be free to slide. The first tube includes an outer tube and a cap provided detachably on an end portion of the outer tube, while the second tube includes a base portion and an inner tube provided detachably on the base portion and inserted into the outer tube to be free to slide. A first sliding member that slides against an outer periphery of the inner tube is provided on an inner periphery of one end of the outer tube. A second sliding member that slides against an inner periphery of the outer tube is provided on an outer periphery of an end portion of the inner tube corresponding to the other end of the outer tube.

The holder includes a tubular coil holding portion that is provided in an annular space formed between the rod and the inner tube and holds the coils. A linear actuator is provided with an outer tube and an inner tube inserted in the outer tube so as to be free to slide axially. A rod is erected at a central axis part of the inner tube, forming an annular space between the rod and the inner tube. Permanent magnets are retained along an axial direction in the rod, and a holder is fixed to the outer tube for retaining coils which are disposed face to face with the permanent magnets. The holder includes a cylindrical coil holding portion inserted in the annular space such that an extreme end of the cylindrical coil holding portion can move further into and backward from the annular space. The coil holding portion retains the coils within an inner peripheral surface, and a flange portion joined directly to a proximal end of the coil holding portion is fixed to the outer tube.

A linear actuator includes a first tube, a second tube inserted into the first tube to be free to slide, a rod fixed at one end of the rod to the first tube, a rod guide provided on the other end of the rod so as to slide relative to the second tube, a plurality of permanent magnets held by the rod, a holder that is fitted into the second tube and holds a plurality of coils, a first chamber defined between one end of the holder and an end portion of the first tube, and a second chamber defined between the other end of the holder and the rod guide. An insertion hole which connects the first chamber to the second chamber and through which the rod passes is formed in the holder. A connecting groove that connects the first chamber to the second chamber is formed in the second tube to extend in an axial direction.

A refrigerant compressor includes a compressor section, driver, a first contact section and a second contact section. The compressor section is accommodated in a closed container for compressing refrigerant gas. The driver drives the compressor section. The first and second contact sections are brought into contact with each other or they slide with each other by driving the compressor section. On the surface of each one of the contact sections, at least one of plural recesses uniformly placed or a mixed layer, to which molybdenum disulfide (MoS) is bound, is formed.
