A sheet metal member forming method comprises placing a fiber bundle of a predetermined length, via a thermosetting resin, in a predetermined position on a surface of a sheet metal member, forming a coating film on at least a part of the sheet metal member after the placing of the fiber bundle, and while heating and drying the coating film, heat-curing the thermosetting resin to bond the fiber bundle to the sheet metal member.

A synthesis device comprises a plurality of pipes, a feeding unit, a reaction vessel, and a measurement mechanism. The pipes extend from a plurality of storage containers, respectively, in which a plurality of types of solutions are stored. The feeding unit is configured to feed the solutions in the storage containers through the pipes. The solutions selectively fed from the storage containers are put in the reaction vessel to generate a synthesized product by chemical synthesis. A three-dimensional modeling method comprises modeling a shell layer of a three-dimensional modeling object using a shell material, and modeling a core portion inside of the modeled shell layer using a core material. The modeling of the shell layer is performed by an additive manufacturing technology, and is divided into multiple steps in a lamination modeling direction of the three-dimensional modeling object. The modeling of the core portion includes filling the core material inside of the modeled shell layer subsequent to each modeling of the shell layer that has been divided into the multiple steps, and correctively curing the core material by irradiation with an active energy ray or by application of heat energy after the multiple steps of the modeling of the shell layer and the filing of the core material are all completed.

With a nozzle being moved in one direction to a substrate unit, conductive ink is discharged out of a slit of the nozzle in a belt-like manner to the substrate unit. The conductive ink is discharged in a belt-like manner to the substrate unit on which a liquid-repellent region having a liquid repellency to the conductive ink and a lyophilic region having a lyophilic property to the conductive ink and having the same form as a desired circuit pattern are formed. Thereby, the conductive ink is applied to the lyophilic region, while the conductive ink is repelled at the remaining liquid-repellent region and flows into the lyophilic region.

Circuit substrate and method of forming circuit pattern

A solar cell module includes a plurality of solar cells arranged next to one another in a first direction orthogonal to a second direction. The solar cells each include a lower conductive layer, an upper conductive layer, and a power generating layer. Adjacent solar cells include edge portions overlapped and electrically connected with each other. Each of the solar cells further includes end processed regions at both ends thereof and a main power generating region in a middle portion thereof. The end processed regions prevent a short-circuit between the upper conductive layer and the lower conductive layer. The main power generating region performs photoelectric conversion. The edge portion of one of the adjacent solar cells overlaps from above with the edge portion of the other one of the adjacent solar cells within a range of the main power generating region of the other one of the adjacent solar cells.

Solar cell module and manufacturing method thereof

A solar cell module manufacturing apparatus includes a stage, a holding member, a moving mechanism, and a pushing member. The stage suctions a plurality of elongated solar cells that is arranged to form a solar cell module. The holding member releasably holds a portion of a solar cell to be placed on the stage. The moving mechanism moves the holding member forward and backward with respect to the stage. The moving mechanism moves the holding member backward in a state that an end portion in a front side of the cell held by the holding member that has been moved forward is suctioned on the stage, and then the portion of the cell is released by the holding member. The pushing member moves over the cell such that the pushing member pushes a lift portion of the cell down to the stage while the holding member moves backward.

Solar cell module manufacturing apparatus and solar cell module manufacturing method

A solar battery module has a structure in which a solar battery cell formed by a transparent electrode, a power generating element, and a back electrode is formed on a substrate, and it is sealed with a resin material such as EVA. However, there has been a problem that water enters from a gap between the substrate and a resin sealing material, thereby resulting in the corrosion of the resin or the solar battery cell. A barrier layer made of inorganic substances having portions in contact with the substrate and the second electrode is provided. Here, the barrier layer is formed by laminating at least SiOand an inorganic layer having a lower density than SiO, and the film having a lower density than SiOis directly formed on the substrate and the second electrode.

Applicator device

There is provided a melt spinning apparatus capable of reducing the unevenness of fineness of a yarn. The nozzles of the spinning plate are arranged annular in at least one circle, and a cylindrical filter is disposed at an exit of a cooling wind in the cooling device so as to enclose around a spun yarn discharged from the spinning plate. The annular diameter of the nozzles is from no less than 0.6 times to no more than one time of the internal diameter of the cylindrical filter, and the flow velocity of the cooling wind blown from the cylindrical filter is distributed gradually higher according to the downstream of the spun yarn.

Melt spinning apparatus

The yarn manufacturing process is monitored by detecting a yarn tension while the yarn spun by a spinning device is wound by a winding device. The yarn tension detected by the yarn tension sensor is corrected based on the rate of change in a winding condition such as a traverse speed or a winding speed, and whether the yarn manufacturing process is in a normal condition or not is judged based on the corrected tension. Also, an abnormal judging reference is corrected based on the rate of change in a winding condition, and whether the yarn manufacturing process is in a normal condition or not is judged based on the corrected abnormal judging reference.

Method for monitoring yarn tension in yarn manufacturing process

An apparatus, for measuring a yarn tension, capable of preventing a filament breakage or loop from being generated while eliminating the necessity of adjustment and keeping a desired precision of measurement. The apparatus is constructed by an unit 1 for an application of a vibration to a yarn being moved, an unit 2 for measuring an apparent transverse wave propagation velocity of the yarn, and a unit 3 for calculating a true transverse wave propagation velocity based on the yarn speed and the calculated apparent transverse wave propagation velocity of the yarn. Method and apparatus for detecting yarn tension and method for winding

A yarn winder in which a fluctuation of winding tension is avoided and the winding characteristics are made uniform from the most inner to the most outer layer. Yarn is wound by a winder in which a spindle 2 having a positively driven pressure roller 5 is positively driven, the pressure roller 5 being positioned so that it is not in contact with a tube 100 immediately after the yarn setting operation. After a predetermined amount of yarn layer has been wound on the tube 100, the pressure roller 5 is moved so that it contacts the yarn layer on the tube 100. The surface speed of the pressure roller 5 is controlled to be higher than that of an empty tube until the yarn is switched to the empty tube, wherein the controlled speed is approximately the same as or lower than the surface speed of a fully loaded tube, and the surface speed of the pressure roller is controlled to be approximately the same as the surface speed of the empty tube after the yarn has been switched to the empty tube.
