A semiconductor device includes a substrate, an adhesive layer formed on a lower surface of the substrate, a semiconductor element adhered to a lower surface of the adhesive layer, a through hole extending through the substrate and the adhesive layer and exposing a first electrode arranged on an upper surface of the semiconductor element, a via wiring formed in the through hole, a wiring layer formed on an upper surface of the substrate and electrically connected to the first electrode through the via wiring, and a protective insulation layer formed on the lower surface of the adhesive layer. The protective insulation layer covers an entirety of all side surfaces of the semiconductor element and a peripheral part of a lower surface of the semiconductor element and exposes a central part of the lower surface of the semiconductor element.

A resistor has a structure including a resistor substrate that has paired electrodes and a resistive element formed on an insulating substrate, an insulating exterior material that covers at least the upper and the side surface of the resistor substrate, and harness electric wires that have one end parts connected to the respective electrodes, pass through the exterior material, and extend outside. The paired electrodes are formed on areas other than the end parts of the insulating substrate, and junctions of the end parts of the harness electric wires and the paired electrodes are at positions where creepage distance of insulation from the junctions to the bottom ends of the insulating substrate is a predetermined distance or longer. Such structure provides the resistor having a secured creepage distance of insulation between the conductor parts of the resistor and the metal case in which the resistor is installed.

The purpose of the present invention is to create a color conversion table with good gradation using a plurality of inks from a printer. Provided is a method for creating a color conversion table, the method comprising: a virtual color value determination process in which a plurality of virtual color values at a lattice point in a color conversion table in a virtual color space are determined; and an ink amount determination process in which a combination of ink amounts at the lattice point in the color conversion table is determined on the basis of a predetermined conversion coefficient and the virtual color values. At least one of the virtual color value determination process and the ink amount determination process is executed using a cubic spline function that is defined from the plurality of virtual color values or the ink amounts.
