The present invention is to improve a performance of a transformer having wound iron cores. The transformer having the wound iron cores which have multi-layer band-shape magnetic material, and a coil wound to pass through an inner circumference of the wound iron core, includes a wound iron core holding member that is a member longer than a width of the wound iron core for supporting an upper inner portion of the wound iron core, a coil holding member for supporting a lower outer portion of the coil, a first support structure including an upper beam arranged on an outer circumference of the wound iron core to support the wound iron core holding member, and a lower beam arranged on an outer circumference of the coil to support the coil holding member, and a second support structure including a pair of outer plates arranged on an inner portion of the upper frame and connected to a connection member that is longer than a width obtained by adding a diameter of the wound iron core and a diameter of the coil, and a wound iron core protection structure that is longer than a width of the wound iron core, for covering a portion where the outer circumference of the coil and an inner portion of the wound iron core face each other, and being connected to the outer plates.

Transformer

The invention is directed to a stationary induction electric device that can reduce loss. To this end, the stationary induction electric device is provided with a first iron core block erected and formed in an annular shape, a second iron core block configured to surround the outer periphery of the first iron core block, a winding wound around the first and the second iron core blocks, a first support plate supporting the upper portion of the first iron core block from below, and a second support plate supporting the upper portion of the second iron core block from below, and a curvature radius of a curved portion appearing on the outer periphery of the lower portion of the second iron core block is made larger than a curvature radius of a curved portion appearing on the outer periphery of the upper portion of the second iron core block.

Stator and rotary electric machine

A stator coil that is wound by concentrated winding and installed in a slot of a stator includes a winding part in which a conductor is wound pitch by pitch around a tooth of the stator and connection terminals which extend from both ends of the winding part. The winding part includes a plurality of unit winding subparts of a rectangular annular shape, a unit winding subpart including a pair of first straight-line segments, a pair of second straight-line segments, and curved corner segments which join the first straight-line segments and the second straight-line segments. In one of the pair of first straight-line segments, incline segments where the conductor is shifted by one pitch toward a winding axis direction are formed. In at least one of the unit winding subparts, a part of an incline segment is made by a part of each of the curved corner segments.

Stator coil, stator, electromagnetic device, and method of manufacturing stator coil

An improvement is achieved in the performance of a semiconductor-device. The semiconductor device includes MISFETs formed in the upper surface of a substrate, a plurality of wiring layers stacked over the upper surface of the substrate, and a plurality of plugs each coupling two of the wiring layers to each other. The wiring layers located under the uppermost wiring layer include wires. The uppermost wiring layer includes a pad, an insulating film formed over the pad, and an opening extending through the insulating film and reaching the pad. The MISFETs and the wires overlap the opening in plan view. None of the plurality of plugs overlaps the opening in plan view.

Semiconductor device and manufacturing method thereof

A stator for a rotating electric machine facilitates the assembly of the stator coils and restricts its length in the axial direction. The stator includes a stator iron core having a plurality of teeth and a plurality of stator coils each being wound on one of the teeth. The stator coils include terminal stator coils, each having a crossover wire and a lead wire. Each crossover wire is connected to one of the stator coils of the same phase and each lead wire being is connected to an object other than the stator coils of the same phase. Each end of the crossover wires and the lead wires is disposed at a different level; a first level being the closest to the stator iron core. At least one of the lead wires of the terminal stator coils is disposed at least one level apart within the range of levels.

Rotating electric apparatus and method for connecting stator coils thereof

A rotating electrical machine includes a stator and a rotor. The stator winding includes a plurality of conductor segments inserted through the slots from one end surface of the stator core with end portions of the conductor segments projecting out beyond another end surface of the stator core. The conductor segments include an undeformed portion, a plastically deformed portion formed at the end portions thereof and a tapered portion. The plastically deformed portion has a dimension of the plastically deformed portion along a circumferential direction that is greater than a dimension of the undeformed portion along the circumferential direction and so that a dimension of the plastically deformed portion along a radial direction is smaller than a dimension of the undeformed portion along the radial direction. The conductor segments are welded together at tops of the plastically deformed portions thereof.

Rotating electrical machine and method for manufacturing rotating electrical machine

A sputtering target contains high purity Nb of which Ta content is 3000 ppm or less and oxygen content is 200 ppm or less. Dispersion of the Ta content in all the sputtering target is within &#xb1;30% as a whole target. Dispersion of the oxygen content is within &#xb1;80% as a whole target. According to such sputtering target, an interconnection film of low resistivity can be realized. In addition, each grain of Nb in the sputtering target has a grain diameter in the range of 0.1 to 10 times an average grain diameter and ratios of grain sizes of adjacent grains are in the range of 0.1 to 10. According to such sputtering target, giant dust can be largely suppressed from occurring. The sputtering target is suitable for forming a Nb film as liner material of an Al interconnection.

A stator includes: a stator core with N pieces of slots ranging along an axial direction, which are formed side-by-side along a circumferential direction; and a stator winding installed in the slots at the stator winding. The stator winding includes a plurality of winding groups, each made up with N pieces of lap-wound coils each formed by winding a conductor wire a plurality of times. The winding groups are disposed in a plurality of layers set side-by-side along a radial direction at the stator core. One coil side at each of the lap-wound coils is inserted in a specific slot on an inner side along the radial direction in a specific layer and another coil side of the lap-wound coil is inserted in another slot on an outer side along the radial direction in the specific layer.

A manufacturing method for manufacturing a rotating electrical machine equipped with a stator that includes a continuously wound coil unit achieved by continuously winding concentrated winding-type coils via cross wires, with coil wire having a rectangular section. The manufacturing method includes: mounting core segments, at which the coil wire is yet to be wound, at a core segment forward/backward moving mechanism; winding the coil wire with a winding track secured by driving the core segments forward/backward via the core segment forward/backward moving mechanism; setting faces of the coil wire in alignment by holding orientations of winding start wire and winding end wire at the concentrated winding-type coils at approximately 90&#xb0; via open/close type chucks each equipped with a chuck forward/backward moving mechanism, with the open/close type chucks mounted at the core segment forward/backward moving mechanism; and forming the continuously wound coil unit by driving the core segments forward/backward via the core segment forward/backward moving mechanism, driving the open/close type chucks forward/backward and opening/closing the open/close type chucks.

In a rotating electrical machine, the concentrated winding coil includes a single-layer coil, corresponding to one layer, wound in a first turn advancing mode with the wire forming sequential coil turns starting from one end of the insulating bobbin toward another end of the insulating bobbin and another single-layer coil, corresponding to one layer, wound in a second turn advancing mode with the wire forming turns starting from the other end of the insulating bobbin toward the one end of the insulating bobbin, with the single-layer coil and the other single-layer coil layered alternately to each other. The insulating bobbin includes a winding portion where the concentrated winding coil is formed, collars each formed at one of two ends of the winding portion and at least one projecting portion configured to disallow misalignment at a turn changeover start area in the first and second turn advancing modes.

An interconnector line of thin film comprising 0.001 to 30 at % of at least one kind of a first element capable of constituting an intermetallic compound of aluminum and/or having a higher standard electrode potential than aluminum, for example, at least one kind of the first element selected from Y, Sc, La, Ce, Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy, Er, Th, Sr, Ti, Zr, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W, Mn, Tc, Re, Fe, Co, Ni, Pd, Ir, Pt, Cu, Ag, Au, Cd, Si, Pb and B; and one kind of a second element selected from C, O, N and H in a proportion of 0.01 at ppm to 50 at % of the first element, with the balance comprising substantially Al. In addition to having low resistance, such an Al interconnector line of thin film can prevent the occurrence of hillocks and the electrochemical reaction with an ITO electrode. The interconnector line of thin film can be obtained by sputtering in a dust-free manner by using a sputter target having a similar composition.

A rotating electrical machine includes a rotor, in which a plurality of magnetic poles are provided in circumferential direction, and a stator, within which the rotor is disposed. In the stator, two stator magnetic poles are formed by winding coils of one phase and by a stator core of the stator within 360&#xb0; of electrical angle defined by the magnetic poles of the rotor. The coils that form respective stator magnetic poles have angular widths in circumferential direction of less than 180&#xb0; of electrical angle, the coils that form the respective two stator magnetic poles are provided so as not to mutually overlap and are wound so that adjacent ones of the stator magnetic poles have mutually opposite polarities, and, in the stator, each winding of each coil consists of an external bridge wire, a turn portion, an internal bridge wire, and a turn portion, in that order.
