A water-type or oil-in-water type cosmetic provided with a watery feeling in use and high ultraviolet protection ability. The water-type or oil-in-water-type cosmetic according to the present invention is characterized by containing (A) a porous spherical powder having an average particle size of 1 to 4 μm and an oil absorption rate of 160 ml/100 g or lower; and (B) an ultraviolet absorption agent.

Provided is drive unit of a synchronous motor capable of improving the accuracy of magnetic flux operations with a simple configuration. To this end, the drive unit has a magnetic flux operation part which, in the case where a direction of a magnetic field pole of the synchronous motor is regarded as a d-axis and a direction orthogonal to the d-axis is regarded as a q-axis, calculates a magnetic flux of the d-axis and a magnetic flux of the q-axis on the basis of a current of the d-axis, a current of the q-axis, and a field current of the synchronous motor; and a magnetic flux operation error correcting part which calculates a phase difference between an input voltage and an input current of the synchronous motor and corrects an inner-phase difference angle calculated from the magnetic flux of the d-axis and the magnetic flux of the q-axis on the basis of the phase difference.

Drive unit of synchronous motor

There is provided a driving apparatus of an electric motor for a reduction roll that can improve maximization of rolling performance and a speed decrease amount by making maximal use of torque that various electric motors can generate during material entry. The apparatus includes an upper electric motor speed controller that acquires an upper electric motor torque current reference based on a deviation between an actual upper electric motor speed and an upper electric motor speed reference; an upper electric motor torque current limiter and current controller that control torque of the upper electric motor; a lower electric motor speed controller that acquires a lower electric motor torque current reference based on a deviation between an actual lower electric motor speed and a lower electric motor speed reference; a lower electric motor torque current limiter and current controller that control torque of the lower electric motor; and a torque distribution controller provided between the upper and lower electric motor speed controllers and the upper and lower electric motor torque current limiters, that compares the upper and lower electric motor torque current references and a torque current limit value, and when either the upper or lower torque current reference exceeds the torque current limit value, adds that exceeding amount to the other torque current reference.

Driving apparatus of electric motor for reduction roll

An improved system for treating waste material in a molten state wherein the waste material in the form of finely pulverized combustible waste material including incombustible material, e.g., pulverized coal, dried sludge derived from sewerage or the like is burnt in a primary combustion furnace and then burnt in a secondary combustion furnace, the incombustible material is molten to form a flow of molten slag and the resultant molten slag is taken to the outside of the system is disclosed. Floatable dust in the combustion waste gas is collected and agglomerated in the atmosphere of a swirling flow having a high temperature enough to keep the incombustible material in a molten state, whereby a flow of molten slag is produced and then it is cooled so as to allow it to be discharged to the outside of the system. The molten slag may flow back by its own gravity weight to the combustion furnace against a counterflow of the waste gas. Any combustible material in the waste material can be burnt in the combustion furnace at a high efficiency and a temperature in the interior of the furnace can be maintained constant at an elevated level. Further, the resultant molten slag can smoothly be discharged from the combustion furnace to the outside of the furnace.

System for treating waste material in a molten state

An electronic timepiece has an oscillator for generating a high frequency time standard signal which is frequency-divided by a multi-stage divider circuit. A memory stores time adjustment information for use in adjusting the time in the event the oscillator time standard signal is higher than a predetermined frequency. The memory is connected to a preset circuit for presetting the divider circuit in accordance with the content of the memory. The divider circuit comprises 16 dividing stages and when no time adjustment is needed, the divider output is taken from the 15th stage in the conventional manner whereas when time adjustment is being carried out, the divider output is taken from the 16th stage. A selecting circuit applies either the output form the 15th or 16th stage to a display device depending on whether or not time adjustment information is stored in the memory.

Disclosed is an analogue alarm electronic timepiece having a time hand. The time hand is used as both alarm setting time hand and time display hand. The analogue alarm electronic timepiece comprises a reversible motor, an electronic circuit including a driving circuit for the reversible motor and means for counting and storing at least two kinds of relative time differences selected from the group consisting of the relative time difference between the present time and alarm time, the relative time difference between the alarm time and the display time, and the relative time differences between the alarm time and the display time, and an electronic acoustic transducer.

Analogue alarm electronic timepiece

An electronic timepiece having a stepping motor which can be driven at a normal frequency and at a relatively faster correction frequency includes a manually actuable switch and circuitry responsive to two successive actuations of the switch within a first predetermined time period for effecting a change in the motor drive from the normal frequency to the correction frequency and responsive to a third actuation of the switch after a predetermined time period from said change, to return the motor drive to the normal frequency.
