A switch includes a first fixed contactor, a second fixed contactor, a movable contactor, permanent magnets, and a yoke. The movable contactor extends in a first direction, includes a first movable contact at a first end portion, and is provided to be contactable with and separatable from the first fixed contactor in a second direction. The permanent magnets are arranged to sandwich the movable contactor, and to cause their surfaces facing the movable contactor in the third direction of the movable contactor to have the same polarity. The yoke surrounds a periphery of the movable contactor in the first direction and the third direction and is connected to surfaces of the permanent magnets on opposite sides of their surfaces facing the movable contactor. The yoke includes a protrusion protruding toward the movable contactor at a position facing the first end portion of the movable contactor in the first direction.

Switch

A switch includes: a first stationary contact having a first stationary contact point; a second stationary contact having a second stationary contact point; a movable contact having a first movable contact, and a second movable contact point; a first magnet pair defined by magnets having surfaces facing each other, the magnets of the first magnet pair being disposed with the first stationary contact point and the first movable contact point therebetween in such a manner that the magnets of the first magnet pair become farther from each other outwardly; and a second magnet pair defined by magnets having surfaces facing each other, the magnets of the second magnet pair being disposed with the second stationary contact point and the second movable contact point therebetween in such a manner that the magnets of the second magnet pair become farther from each other outwardly.

Switch configured to form magnetic fields relative to contact points

A contactor includes a fixed iron core, a movable iron core, an operation coil, a first crossbar, a tripping spring, and a second crossbar. The contactor includes a push spring to push a movable contact toward a fixed contact, a trip coil connected to the fixed contact, and a plunger that is operated by an electromagnetic force generated in the trip coil when a current of a predetermined value or higher flows through the trip coil. The contactor includes an opening lever to push the second crossbar in a direction away from the first crossbar in conjunction with the operation of the plunger.

Contactor having fixed and movable iron cores and a movable contact

A switch includes a first fixed contact, a second fixed contact, a movable contact, a drive shaft, a first outside yoke, a second outside yoke, a first inside yoke, a second inside yoke, and a permanent magnet. The permanent magnet magnetically couples the first outside yoke, the second outside yoke, the first inside yoke, and the second inside yoke, and produces a magnetic field component in a direction in which the first fixed contact point and the second fixed contact point are aligned, between the first fixed contact point and the first movable contact point and between the second fixed contact point and the second movable contact point.

A lower electrode, an upper electrode provided above the lower electrode, a semiconductor chip provided between the lower electrode and the upper electrode, a pressure pad provided between the lower electrode and the upper electrode to be overlapped with the semiconductor chip, and a spiral conductor provided between the lower electrode and the upper electrode to be overlapped with the semiconductor chip and the pressure pad are provided. The spiral conductor has an upper spiral conductor, and a lower spiral conductor which is in contact with a lower end of the upper spiral conductor and faces the upper spiral conductor, and by forming grooves in the upper spiral conductor and the lower spiral conductor, a direction of a current flowing through the upper spiral conductor coincides with a direction of a current flowing through the lower spiral conductor in plan view.

Semiconductor device

According to an electromagnetic switch of the present invention, a crossbar operating in conjunction with a movable core slides in response to magnetization or demagnetization of an operating coil to cause attraction or separation between a fixed contact point and a movable contact point on the supply-side and between a fixed contact point and a movable contact point on the load-side. The electromagnetic switch further includes a first crossbar sliding part and a second crossbar sliding part, as well as a first casing sliding part and a second casing sliding part that allow the first and second crossbar sliding parts to slide. A contact between the first casing sliding part and the first crossbar sliding part or between the second casing sliding part and the second crossbar sliding part causes the crossbar on the side of the movable core to be tilted in a direction opposite to the direction of gravity with respect to the horizontal.

Electromagnetic switch

A small-size switch having an arc runner is provided. The switch includes fixed contacts each of which is bonded with each one end of fixed contactorsU; movable contactsU each of which is bonded with each of movable contactorsand each of which can contact with or leave from each of the fixed contacts; an interphase barrierthat is disposed so as to partition the movable contactsU one by one and that is an insulator; and an arc runner that has an arc extinguish portionA and that is disposed so as not to intrude in a space where the interphase barrierand the movable contactorare most closely located.

An arc runner has a pair of side panels covering movable contacts and fixed contacts from a width direction of a movable contactor, a back panel covering the movable contacts and the fixed contacts from a longitudinal direction of the movable contactor, and a top panel covering the movable contacts and the fixed contacts from above, is formed of a magnetic material, and guides arcs to be generated between the movable contacts and the fixed contacts when the movable contacts and the fixed contacts separate from each other, toward an upward direction of the movable contactor. Furthermore, the arc runner includes, in a central portion of the top panel, a top panel hole flow-path area which is larger than top-panel to side-panel gaps formed between the side panels and the top panel.

A semiconductor device accurately monitoring temperature of a semiconductor chip even in a noisy environment, while not requiring a highly accurate detection circuit. A PTC element is bonded onto an IGBT chip. Then, a constant current flows from a constant current source through the PTC element, and an output voltage of the PTC element is detected by a voltage monitor. When output voltage increases, a voltage applied to a gate electrode by a detection circuit is decreased. Since the PTC element is directly arranged on the IGBT chip, the temperature of the IGBT chip can be monitored with high accuracy. Further, since the change in output voltage of the PTC element per 1&#xb0; C. is large, a highly accurate detection circuit is not necessary, thereby allowing accurate monitoring of the temperature of the IGBT chip even in a noisy environment.
