The plug-integrating container includes a container body having an opening part having external threads formed on its outer circumferential surface, a plug having a locking groove for connection to a socket, and a cap having formed on its inner circumferential surface internal threads fastened to the external threads. In the plug-integrating container, the container body has an open end formed at an axis directional end of the opening part, the plug has an annular part formed at an axis directional end and having the same diameter as that of the open end, the open end and the annular part are joined together by welding as they are butted against each other, and the opening part and the plug are accommodated inside the cap when the external threads and the internal threads are fastened together.

Provided is a flow rate adjustment device including: a valve body portion configured to be movable along an axis line; a body portion having a valve bore and an upstream-side fluid chamber formed therein, the valve body portion being inserted into the valve bore, the upstream-side fluid chamber being configured to circulate a fluid; and a thin film-like first diaphragm portion which is coupled to the valve body portion and configured to isolate the upstream-side fluid chamber from a spring accommodation chamber adjacent to the upstream-side fluid chamber. The first diaphragm portion is formed of a conductive fluororesin material including a fluororesin material and carbon nanotubes dispersed in the fluororesin material, and the conductive fluororesin material has a volume resistivity of more than 1.0&#xd7;10&#x3a9;&#xb7;cm and less than 1.0&#xd7;10&#x3a9;&#xb7;cm.

To improve connectivity with tubes to be connected to an inlet and an outlet of a flow passage, while increasing the rapidity of an operation of changing a fluid to be passed through the flow passage and also increasing the safety. Provided is a pressure detecting device including a pressure detecting unit detecting a pressure transmitted to a diaphragm, a flow passage unit having a diaphragm for transmitting a pressure of a fluid flowing through the flow passage to the diaphragm, and a nut for removably mounting the flow passage unit onto the pressure detecting unit. The nut mounts the flow passage unit onto the pressure detecting unit when a position of a positioning groove of the pressure detecting unit about an axis coincides with a position of a positioning projection of the flow passage unit about an axis.

Provided is a pressure detection device including: a pressure detection unit; and a flow channel unit provided with a flow channel and a pressure receiving portion. The pressure detection unit includes a pressure sensor including a diaphragm, and a pressure transmission portion which is disposed in a state where one end of the pressure transmission portion is in contact with the diaphragm and the other end thereof is in contact with the diaphragm, and transmits a pressure of a fluid received by the diaphragm to the diaphragm. The pressure transmission portion is disposed in a state where the diaphragm is displaced toward the flow channel and an urging force directed from the diaphragm to the diaphragm is received.

The valve-integrating container includes a container body and a valve mechanism switching whether a liquid stored in the container body is allowed to flow out. The valve mechanism has a spring, a spring supporting part, and a valve plug. The spring supporting part has a liquid flow channel formed in a cylindrical shape extending along the axis, a lower end portion mounted to an internal threads of a reduced-diameter portion, an upper end portion projecting toward the enlarged-diameter portion, and a guide groove formed on a lower end side outer circumferential surface for guiding a liquid stored in a connecting portion downwardly. The valve plug has on its outer circumferential surface a guide groove guiding the liquid guided by the guide groove downwardly to an opening portion.

A liquid storage container has a double structure provided with an outer container forming an outer shell and a liner arranged in the outer container, the liner accommodating a liquid, wherein the liquid is pushed out from the liner by gas pressure introduced into the outer container so as to flow out to an exterior of the container from a siphon of a plug attached to a stopper portion of the outer container, a substantially concentric drop tube is arranged on an outer periphery of the siphon so as to form a space portion serving as a liquid flow passage, a through hole is formed on a tube wall of the drop tube, and an outlet opening for making the inflow liquid coming from the through hole flow out from the liquid flow passage.

Liquid storage container

A connector is described that is capable of reducing an amount of liquid remaining in a container when the liquid is drawn out therefrom. The connector includes a connecting unit having a threaded portion that is screwed onto a container-side threaded portion; a main body coupled so as to have a common a central axis with the connecting unit, and a siphon tube that is secured to the main body and that extends to a bottom portion of the container. The connecting unit and the main body are connected so as to be capable of relatively rotating about the central axis.

Coupling device

In a joint structure for coupling a first component () to a second component () in a joint portion of a fluid flow passage, the second component () has a portion thereof inserted into the first component () to engage with the first component (). The second component () is provided with a flange portion (), which is disposed adjacent to a bottom surface of the first component () and welded or bonded to the bottom surface, so that these components () are coupled with each other in an easy and a fluid-tight manner in a condition in which they are prevented from rotating relative to each other without using any locking pin. There is no fear that the components () dissolve in a fluid or gaseous material passing through the fluid flow passage. The joint structure is easy in maintenance.

A replaceable orifice unit is disposed outside a pressure or a flow regulator valve, and therefore easy in maintenance, requires the smallest possible number of components, is compact in construction to save space, free from any fear that fluid impurities in a fluid circuit bank up against an upstream side of an orifice piece () of the unit, advantageous in replacing one type of chemicals flowing through the circuit with another type, and also advantageous in manufacturing cost. The replaceable orifice unit is constructed of a tube member (), in which the orifice piece () assuming two symmetrically arranged similar triangular shapes in longitudinal cross section is fixedly mounted. Formed between vertexes of the triangle shapes is an orifice (). An O-ring is coaxially disposed between the tube member () and the orifice piece () to prevent the fluid from passing through therebetween.
