An unbalanced failure detector circuit according to one aspect of the present disclosure is provided for detecting an unbalanced failure of an electronic device apparatus including electronic devices, and the electronic device apparatus includes a plurality of current paths connected in parallel. The unbalanced failure detector circuit includes a detector unit, and a controller. The detector unit has a plurality of coils connected in series and arranged to surround the plurality of current paths, respectively, and is configured to output a coil sum voltage which is a sum of induced voltages generated across the plurality of coils by currents flowing through the plurality of current paths. The controller is configured to detect the unbalanced failure of the electronic device apparatus when the coil sum voltage outputted from the detector unit exceeds a predetermined value range.

A power supply control device according to one or more embodiments may be provided to: control a power conversion device that has a configuration in which a resonant circuit is provided on an output side of a matrix converter including switching circuits having snubber elements, and that performs AC-AC conversion of output from a multi-phase AC power supply. The power supply control device performs control such that: the output current, which has a phase difference caused by the resonant circuit, is negative during a period in which an absolute value of a positive-going output voltage that is output from the power conversion device increases while the output current is positive during a period in which the absolute value of a negative-going output voltage increases; and a polarity of the output current does not change within a period in which the snubber element is discharged.

Power supply control device, power conversion system, and power supply control method

A power supply control device according to one or more embodiments may be provided, in which a power conversion device has a configuration in which a resonant circuit is provided on an output side of a matrix converter using switching circuits including snubber elements so as to perform AC-AC conversion of output from a multi-phase AC power supply. The power conversion device is controlled to make an amplitude of an output current, a phase of the output current and an instantaneous reactive power as close to a control target as possible. The amplitude and the phase of the output current and the instantaneous reactive power are derived based on: an input voltage and a phase of a multi-phase current input to the power conversion device; and characteristics of the resonant circuit.

A low-voltage circuit in a bidirectional DC-DC converter converts output AC power from a high-voltage circuit to DC power to charge a smoothing reactor and discharge the smoothing reactor, and includes an active snubber circuit including switching elements and each having a backward diode and a snubber capacitor. The snubber capacitor of the active snubber circuit has its one end connected to a drain end of the switching elements, and has its other end connected to a node between a center tap of a high-frequency transformer and a smoothing reactor.

A current resonant type DC voltage converter includes: a switching circuit configured to generate an AC voltage from a DC input voltage; a LC resonance circuit configured to resonate in response to application of the AC voltage to a resonant capacitor and a resonant coil; a transformer having a primary side connected in series to the LC resonance circuit; a parallel resonant inductance present in parallel to the transformer; a rectifier circuit configured to rectify a current appearing on a secondary side of the transformer to generate a DC output voltage; and a parallel resonant inductance adjustment circuit configured to change the parallel resonant inductance.

Current resonant type DC voltage converter, control integrated circuit, and current resonant type DC voltage conversion method

A power conversion device includes: a bridge circuit; a filter provided on an alternating current side of the bridge circuit, and connected to a neutral point; a reactor between the bridge circuit and the filter; a smoothing circuit provided on a direct current side of the bridge circuit; a snubber circuit between the bridge circuit and the smoothing circuit; and a switch circuit provided between the smoothing circuit and the snubber circuit. The smoothing circuit includes two smoothing capacitors connected in series between a positive line and a negative line. The neutral point is connected between the two smoothing capacitors. The snubber circuit includes two snubber capacitors connected in series between the positive line and the negative line. The neutral point is connected between the two snubber capacitors. The switch circuit includes a first switch provided on the positive line and a second switch provided on the negative line.

Power conversion device and control device

A power conversion circuit uses a multiphase AC power source as an input and has a plurality of bidirectional switches each of which is connected to each phase of the multiphase AC power source. A switching control circuit controls the states of the plurality of bidirectional switches and switches a combination of two phases of the multiphase AC power source, relating to interphase voltage to be outputted from the power conversion circuit to a load side. A resonant circuit is connected to an output side of the power conversion circuit. The switching control circuit, at a time of switching of the combination of the two phases that output the interphase voltage to the load side, switches the states of the bidirectional switches relating to the switching, by soft switching.
