A skin stimulation brush pin includes an elongated tubular body, a base bottom member, an electrode member, and a metal shaft. The elongated tubular body has a proximal end portion. The tubular body includes a radially contracted portion on a distal end side of the tubular body. The base bottom member is made of a metal to allow conduction of electricity from an electric circuit. The base bottom member is at the proximal end portion of the elongated tubular body. The electrode member is connected to an opening of the tubular body on the distal end side thereof and has an exposed distal end, the radially contracted portion of the tubular body radially protruding toward the electrode member. The metal shaft is in a tubular inner portion of the tubular body to couple the base bottom member and the electrode member.

Skin stimulation brush

A skin stimulation brush includes stimulation brush pins, each including a base bottom member made of a metal, which is connected to an electric circuit so as to allow conduction of electricity from the electric circuit; a body member being an elongated tubular body, which has a proximal end portion at which the base bottom member is disposed; an electrode member connected to an opening of the body member on a distal end side, and having a distal end being exposed; and a metal shaft inserted into a tubular inner portion of the body member with an air gap, which is configured to couple the base bottom member and the electrode member while being in a compressed state in a length direction of the body member. The metal shaft has pliability that allows bending in a radial direction. The body member has elasticity that allows bending in a radial direction.

It is possible to ensure welding of an exposed portion of an electrode core member protruding from one end surface of an electrode group to a desired connection portion of a current collector plate by constituting a battery wherein an end portion of a first electrode is protruding from an end portion of a second electrode and an end portion of a separator on one end surface of an electrode group, the protruding end portion of the first electrode includes an exposed portion of a first electrode core member, the exposed portion of the first electrode core member is welded to a connection portion on one surface of the first current collector plate, and an insulating layer is formed in an area except for a reverse face portion of the connection portion on the other surface of the first current collector plate.

Battery and method for producing the same

A double acting electromagnetic valve is composed of a tubular main body internally having a valve chamber, a pair of magnetic cores each having a concentric polar arrangement thereby to provide an E-shaped axial section, secured respectively on both sides of the main body, the cores being made of a magnetic material exhibiting high residual magnetism, a magnetic member slidably received in the valve chamber, two coils each encased in an annular recess formed between the central pole leg and the circumferential pole leg of the magnetic core, fluid passages provided through the central pole legs of the magnetic cores, a valve seat formed at an end of each fluid passage exposed to the valve chamber, and valve means provided on the slidable magnetic member to abut against the valve seats.

Double acting electromagnetic valve

A solenoid operated valve has a valve body forming a chamber provided with a valve seat at its center. A fluid port communicating to an aperture formed in the center of said valve seat and another fluid port communicating to said valve chamber through a passage. An electromagnet body of a ring shaped cross section is mounted to the valve body from above overlying the valve chamber. The electromagnet body is divided by a central yoke and an outer enclosure formed with an outer yoke at its end facing said valve chamber. The lower ends of said central yoke and that of said outer yoke have tightly fit therebetween a lower flange of a solenoid coil bobbin of inserted in the coil chamber, formed thereby and seals off the valve chamber from the coil chamber. A movable block having a valve located at its center within said valve chamber is, normally, forced downwards by way of a spring to close off said valve seat and is attracted, when said coil is energized, toward said central yoke and said outer yoke to open said valve seat.
