The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for producing a resin powder or an inorganic powder and capable of easily removing the metal component generated from the sieving wire mesh itself in addition to space saving and a high processing speed in the sieving step while maintaining the classification capacity of the sieving wire mesh. The method including: a sieving step of sieving a resin powder to be processed or an inorganic powder to be processed using a sieving wire mesh having a Vickers hardness of 220 HV or more; and a magnetic separation step of removing, from a resin powder or an inorganic powder containing a metal component after the sieving step, the metal component using a magnetic separator. The apparatus including: a sieving wire mesh having a Vickers hardness of 220 HV or more; and a magnetic separator.

An actuator capable of attaining high output. The actuator includes a frame structure part that forms a frame structure surrounding a housing part, and a volume change part housed in the housing part. The volume change part increases a volume thereof by input of external energy. The frame structure part has a higher Young's modulus than a Young's modulus of the volume change part. The housing part has an anisotropic shape, with a maximum width in first direction of the housing part longer than a maximum width in second direction different from the first direction of the housing part.

Vehicle wiper device

A wiper motor has an output shaft, which is reciprocally pivoted forward and backward upon energization of the wiper motor and outputs a drive force for driving first and second wiper arms. A crank arm is integrally pivotably fixed to the output shaft. First and second connecting rods are pivotably connected to first and second connecting points, respectively, of the crank arm. A first lever arrangement is connected between the first connecting rod and the first wiper arm to reciprocally pivot the first wiper arm upon reciprocal movement of the first connecting rod. A second lever arrangement is connected between the second connecting rod and the second wiper arm to reciprocally pivot the second wiper arm upon reciprocal movement of the second connecting rod.

Wiper system for vehicle

A wiper support shaft supports a wiper, which wipes a windshield glass. The wiper support shaft projects outward through an opening of a cowl louver that is placed on a vehicle front side of the windshield glass. A four-bar linkage drives the wiper support shaft to move the wiper support shaft in the opening of the cowl louver in such a manner that a wiping range of the wiper, which is installed to the wiper support shaft, changes on the windshield glass. A covering member is supported by the wiper support shaft at a location inside the cowl louver to limit direct viewing of the four-bar linkage through the opening of the cowl louver.

Wiper system

Wiper blades are connected to wiper arms, respectively, to wipe a wiping surface of a vehicle front window glass. One of the wiper arms includes a cover portion, which at least partially covers at least one of the other wiper arm and the wiper blade connected thereto to continuously arrange the wiper arms one after the other along a lower edge of the wiping surface when each of the wiper blades is placed in a corresponding storage position thereof.

The wiper pivot unit for smoothly absorbing a load applied from the outside of a vehicle. The wiper pivot () has a pivot shaft (), a pivot holder () and a toothed washer (). The pivot shaft has a small-diameter section () and a large-diameter section (). The toothed washer is fitted on the large-diameter section to constrict it with a predetermined force. The toothed washer slips off the large-diameter section when a load of a predetermined value or more acts upon the pivot shaft. When the toothed washer is shifted to the small-diameter section, the pivot shaft descends smoothly along the pivot holder.

Wiper pivot device

An arm head of a windshield wiper device is provided on a backside thereof with an undulated groove formed by sidewalls. The sidewalls have plural hill portions protruding in opposite directions alternately in a width direction of the arm head so as to be opposed to one another in a longitudinal direction thereof. Tops of the hill portions on one width side of the arm head are integrally provided at upper surfaces thereof with projections extending perpendicularly to a depth direction of the groove to overhang the groove. A hose for delivering washer liquid to a washer nozzle is accommodated in the groove and firmly held by the hill portions and the projections without using an extra part such as a clip.

A metal electrodeposition process that can provide an anti-corrosive and protective metal coating tightly bonded on the surface of a substrate is disclosed, said process comprising positively charging a metal vapor in steam or an inert gas maintained at a low pressure and electrically depositing the metal on the surface of a substrate which is negatively charged. When the so formed metal coating is impregnated with an organic silicon compound such as ethyl silicate and is subjected to a high temperature treatment, the metal coating is stabilized and the corrosion resistance of the metal coating is further improved.
