An air conditioner control system, a server apparatus, and an air conditioner control method that ensure the safety of a worker when an emergency operation is started. An air conditioner control system includes an air conditioner; a server apparatus communicably connected to the air conditioner; and a control unit configured to transmit setting information for an emergency operation to the air conditioner after instructing to stop operation of all indoor units of the air conditioner, in response to receiving a report indicating malfunction from the air conditioner.

Air conditioner control system, server apparatus and air conditioner control method

A rack type power source device includes a plurality of battery packs, a rack to house the plurality of battery packs being arranged, and a connector plate fixed to the rack at a far side in a direction in which the battery packs are inserted into the rack. The connector plate is provided with a plurality of connectors designed to be electrically connected to terminals of the plurality of battery packs. The connector plate includes a side wall that constitutes a part of a first-side wall of the rack, and a connector mount wall disposed at an inner position in the rack so as to form a depth difference from the side wall. The connector mount wall is provided with the plurality of connectors arranged corresponding to the battery packs housed in the rack.

Rack type power source device

An air conditioner switches between a normal refrigeration cycle and a defrosting refrigeration cycle, and includes: a refrigerant circuit that connects a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger, a radiation panel, and an expansion valve that regulates a flow rate of a refrigerant flowing through the radiation panel; and a controller that causes the air conditioner to switch between the normal refrigeration cycle and the defrosting cycle. During the normal refrigeration cycle, the radiation panel performs cooling or heating. During the defrosting cycle, the first heat exchanger serves as a radiator and the second heat exchanger serves as an evaporator. During the defrosting cycle, the controller causes the expansion valve to be in a fully closed state.

Air-conditioning apparatus

A battery block includes a plurality of cylindrical batteries, a battery holder having a plurality of accommodating parts into which axial one end portions of the cylindrical batteries are inserted, and a pair of terminal plates, that connect the cylindrical batteries in parallel. Each of the accommodating parts includes the partition wall formed along an outer peripheral surface of cylindrical battery, an extending portion that extends on the first end surface so as to surround a part of the first end surface on which the safety valve is disposed and is formed integrally with the partition wall, and an opening that exposes the part of the first end surface on which the safety valve is disposed.

Battery block

A temperature detector detects a temperature of an electricity storage unit installed in a casing. A controller estimates a temperature outside the casing on the basis of a detection temperature of the electricity storage unit detected by the temperature detector. The controller estimates an outdoor air temperature outside the casing on the basis of a change amount of detection temperature per a predetermined period detected in a state where a cooling unit is operated and a change amount of detection temperature per the predetermined period detected in a state where the cooling unit is stopped.

Electricity storage device and management device

A semiconductor device includes a silicon carbide semiconductor layer, a termination region disposed in the silicon carbide semiconductor layer, an insulating film covering part of the termination region, an electrode disposed on the silicon carbide semiconductor layer, a seal ring disposed on remaining part of the termination region and surrounding the electrode, and a passivation film covering the insulating film and the seal ring. Semiconductor device

A semiconductor device according to an exemplary embodiment includes a semiconductor substrate, an interlayer insulating layer, at least one electrode, an inorganic protective layer, and an organic protective layer. The interlayer insulating layer is formed on the semiconductor substrate and has at least one opening. The at least one electrode has part formed on an edge of the at least one opening, and has other part electrically connected, in the at least one opening, to the semiconductor substrate. The inorganic protective layer includes an inner edge portion and an outer edge portion. The inner edge portion covers an edge of the at least one electrode. The inorganic protective layer, except for the inner edge portion, is formed on the interlayer insulating layer. The organic protective layer covers the inorganic protective layer. One of the inner edge portion and the outer edge portion of the inorganic protective layer has an undercut.

Semiconductor device and method for manufacturing the same

A storage battery rack includes bottom frame portion, ceiling frame portion, long support posts, and side panels installed facing the support posts. Each support post has a plurality of attachment holes with a predetermined pitch along the longitudinal direction. Side panel has a plurality of female screw holes with a pitch corresponding to the predetermined pitch. Each side panel is attached to a pair of the support posts with screws fastened to attachment holes and the female screw holes. Side panel has a plurality of parallel support portions. A distance between support portions is set substantially equal to a total value of a predetermined height dimension of a refrigerant passage formed between a plurality of storage batteries and a predetermined height dimension of each storage battery.

Storage battery rack and power storage device

A battery block includes a holding unit that holds a plurality of cells. The holding unit is made of a material having a heat conductivity. The holding unit includes openings that are open over the entire length of the side surfaces of the cells in the longitudinal direction. Each opening is formed so that, on the side surface of each cell, the area of a first region exposed to the outside through the opening is smaller than that of a second region other than the first region.

A power storage device includes a plurality of battery modules, a rack for arranging and housing the plurality of battery modules, and a wall plate attached so as to close a back side-surface of the rack. The wall plate is transparent at least in part and is provided facing the connector terminal detachably connected to the battery module.
