A plated steel includes: a steel; a zinc based electroplated layer formed on a surface of the steel; and an organic resin coating layer formed on a surface of the zinc based electroplated layer, in which the surface of the zinc based electroplated layer has hairline extending in a predetermined direction, Ra (ML) measured on the surface of the zinc based electroplated layer is 0.10 to 0.70 &#x3bc;m, on the surface of the zinc based electroplated layer, a peak number PPI measured in a hairline orthogonal direction with a reference level of 10 &#x3bc;inch satisfies PPI&#x2265;350&#xd7;Ra (MC) with respect to Ra (MC), on a surface of the organic resin coating layer, Ra (CC) satisfies Ra (CC)/Ra (CL)&#x2265;1.10 with respect to Ra (CL), and Ra (CC) satisfies Ra (CC)&#x3c;Ra (MC) with respect to Ra (MC).

Plated steel

A plated steel sheet including an alloy plating layer formed on a surface of the steel sheet consisting of, in mass %, Cr: 5 to 91%, Fe: 0.5 to 10%, and the balance: Ni and unavoidable impurities, the Ni concentration gradually decreases from an outermost surface of the alloy plating layer to a side of the steel sheet, Ni/Cr&#x3e;1 in an area extending 300 nm or more from the outermost surface of the alloy plating layer, the Fe concentration in the alloy plating layer gradually decreases from the side of the steel sheet to the outermost surface, the Fe concentration in the outermost surface 0.5% or less, the total thickness of an alloy layer formed in the alloy plating layer and containing Cr and Fe is 500 to 2000 nm, and the total amount of the alloy plating layer deposited to the steel sheet is 4.5 to 55.5 g/m.

Plated steel sheet and method producing same

The chemical treatment steel sheet includes a steel sheet, a mat finished Sn plating layer that is provided as an upper layer of the steel sheet and is formed of a &#x3b2;-Sn, and a chemical treatment layer that is provided as an upper layer of the Sn plating layer. The Sn plating layer contains the &#x3b2;-Sn of 0.10 g/mto 20.0 g/min terms of an amount of metal Sn. A crystal orientation index of a (100) plane group of the Sn plating layer is higher than crystal orientation indexes of other crystal orientation planes. The chemical treatment layer includes a Zr compound containing Zr of 0.50 mg/mto 50.0 mg/min terms of an amount of metal Zr, and a phosphate compound.

Sn plating steel sheet, chemical treatment steel sheet, and method of manufacturing the same

This eddy-current retarding device includes: a magnet holding member that is coaxially provided to a rotating shaft and holds plural permanent magnets in a circumferential direction; a brake member that includes paired disk portions disposed on both sides of the magnet holding member in the axial direction of the rotating shaft, a connecting portion that connects the paired disk portions, and an eddy-current generating portion that causes eddy current due to rotation of the permanent magnets, and this brake member being supported in a relatively rotatable manner with respect to the rotating shaft; and a friction brake that causes a friction member to press against the brake member at the time of braking to bring the brake member to a stop.

Eddy-current retarding device

This fluid-type retarding device includes: a rotating disk provided to a rotating shaft; a rotating housing that includes paired disk portions and a cylinder portion connecting outer circumferential portions of the disk portions so as to surround the rotating disk, and is rotatably supported with the rotating shaft; and a friction brake that presses a friction member against the rotating housing at the time of braking to bring the rotating housing to a stop. On at least one surface of the rotating disk, a disk vane extending from an inner circumference of the surface toward an outer peripheral side is formed, and on an inner surface of each of the paired disk portions corresponding to the disk vane, a housing vane extending from an inner circumference to an outer periphery is formed. Furthermore, working fluid is accommodated within the rotating housing.
