In a valve apparatus, a housing includes a plurality of through holes through which a fluid flows. A first valve member opens and closes a first through hole. A second valve member opens and closes at least one second through hole. A fixed core does not move relative to the housing. A coil forms magnetic field. A first movable core moves integrally with the first valve member. When the coil forms the magnetic field, a magnetic attractive force is generated between the first movable core and the fixed core. A second movable core moves integrally with the second valve member. When the coil forms the magnetic field, a magnetic attractive force is generated between the second movable core and the fixed core. A magnetic constriction portion is provided between the fixed core and the first movable core. The second through hole is opened after the first through hole is opened.

Valve apparatus

A characteristic determining device is provided which determines fuel injection characteristics of a plurality of fuel injectors for an internal combustion engine. The characteristic determining device includes a pressure sensor and a plurality of pipes each of which connects between the pressure sensor and one of the fuel injectors. The pressure sensor is designed to have a plurality of pressure inputs from the respective fuel injectors through the pipes and outputs a signal indicative of a level of pressure in each of the fuel injectors. The characteristic determining device analyzes the signals from the first pressure sensor to determine the fuel injection characteristics of the respective fuel injectors. These arrangements result in a simplified structure of the characteristic determining device and a decreased manufacturing cost thereof.

Characteristic determining apparatus and control device using same

A second rotor and a third rotor are accommodated in a first rotor. A fitting portion of the third rotor is located in an engagement hole of the second rotor to engage the third rotor with the second rotor. The third rotor is rotational about an axis, which is eccentric to an axis of the first rotor, to vary a relative rotational phase of the first rotor to the second rotor and to accelerate and decelerate rotation of the second rotor. When friction arises between the second rotor and the fitting portion, a frictional force acts in a direction to reduce a rotational moment acting on the third rotor. A friction coefficient between the second rotor and the fitting portion is greater than a friction coefficient between ferrous objects.

Fuel injector and method for manufacturing fuel injector

A fuel injection system includes a first injection valve, a second injection valve, a communication pipe, and an ECU. The communication pipe makes a second passage of the second injection valve and a back pressure chamber of the first injection valve communicate with each other. The ECU controls an electric actuator of the second injection valve so as to switch first injection control and second injection control according to the required injection amount. In the first injection control, a second valve body is opened for a predetermined time or more so that back pressure lowers to the pressure of opening a first valve body. In the second injection control, the second valve body is opened for less than the predetermined time so that the back pressure does not lower to the pressure of opening the first valve body.

Fuel-injection system

In a combustion pressure sensor, a sensor holder is installed in a housing. The sensor holder has an end contact surface. A load transfer member is installed in the housing. The load transfer member has a contact surface facing the end contact surface of the sensor holder. The contact surface of the load transfer member is in contact with the end contact surface of the sensor holder. One of the contact surface of the load transfer member and the end contact surface of the sensor holder has a concavely curved shape, and the other thereof has a convexly curved shape.

Combustion pressure sensor

A gaseous fuel feed apparatus includes a first injector and a second injector which are provided in each cylinder of a gas engine. The first injector injects a gaseous fuel into an intake passage. The second injector injects the gaseous fuel in an injecting direction intersecting with an injecting direction of the gaseous fuel injected by the first injector, such that the gaseous fuel injected by the second injector collides with the gaseous fuel injected by the first injector. Thus, the gaseous fuel injected by the first injector can be forcibly pressed toward a flow of an air by utilizing an injection energy of the gaseous fuel injected by the second injector. Further, the first injector and the second injector may be placed at the same position of the intake passage, and can be placed at a position of the intake passage that is adjacent to a combustion chamber.

Gaseous fuel feed apparatus

A torque control device includes a seal structure sealing a clearance between a hollow object and a rotation shaft. The seal structure includes a particle seal, a liquid seal, an intermediate fluid which fills a middle chamber defined between the particle seal and the liquid seal, and a coating film having a hardness higher than that of magnetic particle. The coating film is arranged to at least at a seal perimeter part of the rotation shaft, and a seal gap is defined between the particle seal and the seal perimeter part.

Torque control device and valve timing control apparatus

With the effect of alcohol, components of athlete's foot medicine penetrate deeply into the skin and athlete's foot is cured early and completely. The athlete's foot treatment liquid is a mixture of athlete's foot medicine and alcohol, which has a feature of penetrating into the skin well. The athlete's foot treatment liquid permeates well into the inner sock. It permeates all over the sock by capillarity. The impermeable bag, which does not have liquid medicine leak out, is worn on the inner sock. The impermeable bag is filled with the athlete's foot treatment liquid. The opening of the impermeable bag is closed tightly with the rubber band so as not to have the athlete's foot treatment liquid permeate, evaporate or leak out. The outer sock is worn on the impermeable bag. The impermeable bag is compressed inward, so that the athlete's foot treatment liquid is pushed up to an upping line.

Athlete's foot treatment tool

There is disclosed a pressure regulating valve which effectively reduces a noise of a fuel pressure regulating valve without relation to a flow amount of a fuel. In this valve, a flow collision preventing member ( ) is fitted to an upper end opening portion of a bush ( ), and an upper portion of the flow collision preventing member ( ) is protruded to a side of a valve body ( ) rather than a valve seat ( ) (an upper end surface of the bush ( )). A plurality of flow passages ( ) for flowing the fuel in an axial direction thereof (in a downward direction) along an inner peripheral surface of the bush ( ) are formed in an outer peripheral portion of the flow collision preventing member ( ) with a uniform interval. A runoff recess portion ( ) running off a protruding portion of the flow collision preventing member ( ) is formed in the valve body ( ) positioned immediately above the valve seat ( ). Since the upper portion of the flow collision preventing member ( ) protrudes out to an inner peripheral side of an annular gap formed between the valve body ( ) and the valve seat ( ), a collision of a flow of the fuel flowing through respective portions of the annular gap toward the inner peripheral direction is prevented by the flow collision preventing member , a pressure pulsation due to the collision of the flow of the fuel is not generated in a lower side of the valve body , and a noise due to the pressure pulsation is reduced.

Fuel pressure regulating valve

A radiation part, a refrigerant tank having heating elements mounted thereon, and an inverter case are bonded together by welding or brazing. A cooling fan is provided at the back surface of the radiation part. IGBT modules are fastened to a side surface of the refrigerant tank and further fastened together to the inverter case together. A press worked thin plate materials are bonded together to the refrigerant tank by brazing. The IGBT modules, which are heating elements, are mounted to the inverter case by bolts through the component materials of the refrigerant tank. According to this invention, as these components can be fixed in a very simple construction without using any seat cock, the manufacturing cost thereof can be reduced.

Cooling apparatus using boiling and condensing refrigerant

According to the present invention, a cooling apparatus using boiling and condensing refrigerant, includes a refrigerant tank placed in a sealed space formed in a casing, and a radiator placed in a non-sealed space in the casing. Refrigerant is sealed in the refrigerant tank. The refrigerant tank has a metal base plate joined to one wall surface of an extrusion member constituting the refrigerant tank. A base plate has a first heating element having a high heating density fastened thereto with bolts. To another wall surface of the extrusion member is joined a heat-receiving fin which transmits the heat received from the air in the sealed space to the refrigerant in the refrigerant tank and is covered with a cover which also serves as a passage for the air from a fan. In the sealed space where the refrigerant tank is placed, plural second heating elements having low heating densities are placed without being directly attached thereto. In this way, it is possible to cool at least two heating elements having different heating densities and to reduce the size of the apparatus as well as the manufacturing cost.
