A linear actuator is provided that has a configuration capable of inhibiting contact between an inner core and a plate spring that is connected to the inner core and an outer core, and which is realized by a configuration that is easy to assemble. A stator is arranged in an opening section of a through-hole in the inner core, and has a spacer through which a shaft passes. An outer frame section of the plate spring is connected to the outer core, and a fixed section of the plate spring is connected to the inner core through the spacer in a state in which the shaft passes therethrough. The spacer includes a penetration section having an insertion hole which the shaft is inserted through, and restriction sections and which restrict a displacement of a predetermined amount or more of the plate spring to the inner core side.

Linear actuator

The linear actuator includes an inner core (), and an outer core () provided outside the inner core in a radial direction while being supported by a pair of flat springs (and). Permanent magnets (and) are formed at one of the inner core and the outer core, and magnetic pole portions (and) are formed at the other of the inner core and the outer core to face the permanent magnet with predetermined gaps formed therebetween. Spacers (and) are respectively provided between the inner core and the flat springs, abutting portions are respectively configured by abutting facing surfaces of the spacers and the inner core and facing surfaces of the spacers and the flat springs adjacent to the spacers in the axial direction, and at least an engagement portion including a recess and a protrusion are arranged at the abutting portions.

A linear actuator includes an inner core, and an outer core that is provided outside the inner core in a radial direction while being supported by a pair of flat springs. Permanent magnets are formed at one of the inner core and the outer core, and magnetic pole portions are formed at the other of the inner core and the outer core to face the permanent magnet with predetermined gaps formed therebetween. Spacers are respectively provided between the inner core and the flat springs, abutting portions are respectively configured by abutting facing surfaces of the spacers and the inner core and facing surfaces of the spacers and the flat springs adjacent to the spacers in the axial direction, and a plurality of engagement portions including recesses and protrusions are arranged at the abutting portions.

There is provided a movable iron core linear actuator, which includes a magnetic circuit which causes a moving element to reciprocate. The magnetic circuit includes an iron core constituting the moving element, a stator core including a facing portion which faces the iron core, a pair of permanent magnets disposed in the facing portion along a reciprocating direction and having inverted magnetic poles at their surfaces which face the iron core, and a coil wound around the stator core. Energization to coil causes the moving element to reciprocate. When the coil is energized, the spring force of magnetic spring which changed in accordance with a relative position of the moving element with respect to the stator core is superimposed on the electromagnetic driving force produced by the energization of the coil and is applied to the moving element by the magnetic flux produced by the permanent magnets.

Movable iron core linear actuator

There is provided a movable iron core linear actuator, which includes a magnetic circuit (mc) which causes a moving element () to reciprocate. The magnetic circuit (mc) includes an iron core () constituting the moving element (), a stator core () including a facing portion () which faces the iron core (), a pair of permanent magnets () disposed in the facing portion () along a reciprocating direction and having inverted magnetic poles at their surfaces which face the iron core, and a coil () wound around the stator core (). Energization to coil () causes the moving element () to reciprocate. When the coil () is not energized, offset force (F) is applied to the moving element () by the magnetic flux produced by the permanent magnets ().

A damping apparatus for an automobile is provided, capable of ensuring a high level of reliability while obtaining excellent damping effect with simple configuration. The damping apparatus for an automobile that reduces vibrations of an automobile body may include an actuator that is attached to the automobile body and drives an auxiliary mass; a current detector that detects a current flowing through an armature of the actuator; a section that detects a terminal voltage applied to the actuator; a calculation circuit that calculates an induced voltage of the actuator, and further calculates at least one of the relative velocity, relative displacement, and relative acceleration of the actuator, based on a current detected by the current detector and the terminal voltage; and a control circuit that drive-controls the actuator based on at least one of the relative velocity, relative displacement, and relative acceleration of the actuator calculated by the calculation circuit.

A linear actuator includes a linear actuator body (), a casing () for housing the linear actuator body (), and insulating oil (L) that fills the casing () with a coil () of the linear actuator body () submerged therein. In such a configuration, heat generated by the coil () is quickly released to the oil (L) and is then conducted to the casing (). The oil (L) fully spreads into gaps in the coil (), of course. Therefore, heat is released very efficiently. Thus, by improving the heat-releasing characteristic, a linear actuator having a reduced size and a reduced weight is provided.

The present invention provides a vibration damping device which can enhance a vibration damping effect even in a case where a vibration damping target position and a vibration damping force generation position are different from each other. The vibration damping device includes a vibration detecting unit for detecting a vibration which is caused by a vibration generating source and is transmitted to a position at which the vibration is to be damped; a vibration application unit which generates a vibration damping force to cancel the vibration, and is provided at a position different from the position at which the vibration is to be damped; a vibration application command generating unit for outputting a vibration application command to generate the vibration damping force in the vibration application unit, based on the vibration detected by the vibration detecting unit; and a vibration application command correcting unit which imparts to the vibration application command, a reverse property of a vibration damping force transmission path including a vibration transmission property from a position at which the vibration application unit is mounted to the position at which the vibration is to be damped, and then outputs the vibration application command to the vibration application unit.

Vibration damping device and vehicle

An object of the present invention is to provide a linear actuator in which reliability is improved, and performance is also easily improved. The present invention provides a linear actuator including a stator, a movable element having an iron member, and being reciprocatable with respect to the stator, a permanent magnet fixed to the stator so as to be opposed to the iron member, and a coil fixed to the stator. Because both the coil and the permanent magnet are fixed to the stator, electrical current does not have to be supplied to the movable element, and the feeder lines connected to the coil will not be broken due to the movement of the movable element. In addition, the weight of the movable element will not be increased even when the weigh of the permanent magnet is increased in order to obtain high magnetic flux density for improvement in performance. Moreover, because the movable element does not include a magnet, a magnetizing operation does not have to be applied to the movable element. The permanent magnets may be a pair in which the directions the magnetic poles thereof differ from each other, and two pairs of permanent magnets may be provided. The number of magnetic fluxes that run through the magnetic pole elements and the iron member can be increased by providing a magnetic reluctance section around the permanent magnets.
