An embodiment provides an optical image measuring apparatus capable of acquiring images with high lateral resolution and global sharpness. An optical image measuring apparatus of an embodiment includes an optical system, image forming part, controller and composite-cross-sectional-image forming part. The optical system includes a scanner that changes an irradiation position of signal light on an object and a focus position changing part that changes a focus position of the signal light. The optical system detects interference light of returned light of the respective signal light from the object and reference light. The image forming part forms a cross-sectional image based on detection results of a plurality of interference light corresponding to a plurality of irradiation positions of the signal light. The controller controls the optical system to irradiate the signal light onto the plurality of irradiation positions repeatedly while changing the focus position. The composite-cross-sectional-image forming part forms one composite cross-sectional image based on two or more cross-sectional images formed by the image forming part on the basis of results of repetitive irradiation of the signal light.

Optical image measuring apparatus

A measuring optical system of an ophthalmologic observation apparatus of an embodiment performs OCT of an eye. An image forming part forms an image based on information acquired by OCT. A preliminary operation performing part performs a plurality of preliminary operations for OCT. Storage stores, for at least one specific preliminary operation among the plurality of preliminary operations, operating condition information including a transferring condition for transferring to a different preliminary operation and a terminating condition for terminating a specific preliminary operation in advance. A controller controls the preliminary operation performing part to commence a specific preliminary operation, controls the preliminary operation performing part to commence a different preliminary operation when the transferring condition of this specific preliminary operation is satisfied, and controls the preliminary operation performing part to terminate this specific preliminary operation when the terminating condition of this specific preliminary operation is satisfied.

Ophthalmologic observation apparatus using optical coherence tomography

An ophthalmologic apparatus which is capable of preferably executing position matching between an eye and optical system is provided. An ophthalmologic apparatus of an embodiment includes an examination optical system, supporting part, driver, two or more imaging parts, analyzer and controller. The examination optical system is used for an examination of the eye. The supporting part supports a face of a subject. The driver moves the examination optical system and the supporting part relatively and three-dimensionally. The two or more imaging parts substantially simultaneously photograph an anterior eye part of the eye from different directions. The analyzer obtains a three-dimensional position of the eye by analyzing two or more photograph images acquired by the two or more imaging parts substantially simultaneously. The controller controls the driver based on the three-dimensional position to relatively move the examination optical system and the supporting part.

Ophthalmologic apparatus

An ophthalmologic apparatus capable of performing suitable examination according to the state of the eye includes an examination optical system used to examine an eye, a drive part, two or more imaging parts, an analyzer, and a controller. The drive part moves the examination optical system. The two or more imaging parts substantially simultaneously photograph the anterior segment of the eye from different directions. The analyzer analyzes photographic images captured by the two or more imaging parts to obtain the three-dimensional position of the eye, and displacement information indicating the displacement direction and displacement amount of the eye due to eye movement. The controller performs a first alignment process of controlling the drive part based on the three-dimensional position to move the examination optical system and a second alignment process of controlling the drive part based on the displacement information to move the examination optical system.

An ophthalmologic apparatus includes an examination optical system, drive part, two or more imaging parts, analyzer, storage, position corrector, and controller. The examination optical system examines an eye. The drive part moves the examination optical system. The imaging parts substantially simultaneously photograph the anterior segment of the eye from different directions. The analyzer analyzes two or more photographic images captured substantially simultaneously by the imaging parts to obtain a three-dimensional position of the eye. The storage stores correction information in advance. The correction information is acquired based on optical properties of eyeballs, and used to correct the position of the eye in the optical axis direction of the examination optical system. The position corrector corrects the three-dimensional position obtained by the analyzer based on the correction information. The controller controls the drive part based on the three-dimensional position corrected to move the examination optical system.

A room pressure controlling system having a supply air valve, a common exhaust air valve, controllers, and a differential pressure sensor. The controller gradually changes a supply and an exhaust airflow rates when there is an airflow rate change controlling operation, and calculates, based on a setting value and a pressure difference that is measured by the differential pressure sensor, a correction control output value for the valve being operated as the room pressure controlling valve, and if the sum value of the control output value and the correction control output value is a value that causes operation of the room pressure controlling valve in the direction opposite of the desired direction, suspends the output of the sum value, but if the value causes the room pressure controlling valve to operate in the desired direction, outputs the sum value to the room pressure controlling valve.

Room pressure controlling system

A room pressure controlling system having a local exhaust valve, a supply air valve, a common exhaust air valve, controllers and a differential pressure sensor. The controller calculates a correction control output value for the valve operated as the room pressure controlling valve, which is either the supply air valve or the common exhaust air valve, based on a setting value and a room pressure measured by the differential pressure sensor. The controller evaluates whether or not the supply airflow rate and/or the exhaust airflow rate is changing, and if an airflow rate is changing, emphasizes rapid responsiveness of the room pressure control than a reduction in the frequency of actuation of the room pressure controlling valve, if the airflow rate is stable, the controller emphasizes the reduction in the frequency of actuation of the room pressure controlling valve than the rapid responsiveness of the room pressure control.

To provide a synthetic aperture radar for achieving a compact polarimetric SAR easily by using a general-purpose phased array antenna for vertical and horizontal polarizations. An antenna section is a phased array antenna for vertical and horizontal polarizations capable of switching to the vertical or horizontal polarizations in transmission at every transmission/reception module, and receiving two of the horizontal and vertical polarizations simultaneously. The control system divides electrically the phased array antenna in the elevation direction in transmission to set one of them for horizontal polarization transmission and the other for vertical polarization transmission, and sets the antenna for dual polarization simultaneous reception to receive the horizontal and vertical polarizations. The SAR processor takes complex data of horizontal and vertical polarization receiving data as a target vector, and obtains a calculation result corresponding to a covariance matrix of a target vector in full polarimetry so as to perform polarimetric SAR processing.
