Data is transferred between a DECT terminal and an LTE base station. A base unit includes a DECT communication unit and an LTE communication unit, the DECT communication unit performing DECT communication with a DECT terminal, and the LTE communication unit transmitting and receiving data with the DECT communication unit and performing LTE communication with an LTE carrier gateway through an LTE base station. The DECT communication unit, in a case where an adjacent frequency bandwidth that is adjacent to one of DECT communication sub-bands is used in the LTE communication, controls the DECT communication to be performed by using the other sub-band.

Data is transferred between a DECT terminal and an LTE base station. A benzoxazole resin precursor comprising a first repeating unit which is obtained by the reaction of a bisaminophenol compound and a dicarboxylic acid compound, at least one of which has the diamondoid structure; a benzoxazole resin precursor further comprising a second repeating unit which is obtained by the reaction of a bisaminophenol compound having no diamondoid structure and a dicarboxylic acid compound having no diamondoid structure; a polybenzoxazole resin obtained by the ring-closing reaction with dehydration of the above benzoxazole resin precursor; a resin film constituted with the benzoxazole resin precursor or the polybenzoxazole resin. A polybenzoxazole resin and a resin film having excellent heat resistance and a small permittivity and a semiconductor device using the resin film can be obtained from the benzoxazole resin precursor.

Disclosed is a resin composition comprising a benzoxazole resin precursor having a first repeating unit obtained by reacting a bisaminophenol compound and a dicarboxylic acid compound, and a cross-linking agent wherein at least one of the bisaminophenol compound and the dicarboxylic acid compound has a diamondoid structure. The benzoxazole resin precursor further comprises a second repeating unit obtained by reacting a bisaminophenol compound not having a diamondoid structure and a dicarboxylic acid compound not having a diamondoid structure. Also disclosed is a resin film comprising the resin composition.

An amplifying method and apparatus generates a plurality of constant envelope signals from an input signal and generates a plurality of pilot signals associated with the generated plurality of constant envelope signals, respectively. The plurality of pilot signals have predetermined amplitudes, predetermined phases, and predetermined frequencies, respectively, and the phases and frequencies are different from each other. The plurality of pilot signals are added to the generated plurality of constant envelope signals, and the sum is amplified. That is, the present invention provides: a resin composition for insulating material, comprising, as essential components: (A) a compound having an amphiphatic property, and (B) a heat-resistant resin having a glass transition temperature higher than thermal decomposition temperature of the compound (A), or a precursor thereof; and an insulating material produced by a process which comprises steps of; allowing, in the above resin composition for insulating material, the compound (A) and the heat-resistance resin or the precursor thereof (B) to form a structure of separated phases, and then heat-treating the resulting resin composition at a temperature higher than thermal decomposition temperature of the compound (A) but lower than glass transition temperature of the heat-resistant resin (B) or the heat-resistant resin obtained by ring closure of the precursor thereof.
