A manufacturing method of a reactor includes: assembling an assembly constituted by a coil and a bobbin by inserting the bobbin, which includes a tube portion and a flange portion, through the coil so that a tip of the tube portion protrudes from the coil; forming a cavity by installing the assembly in a first die so that a portion of a coil lateral face comes into contact with a cavity face of the first die, and closing a second die so that the second die is opposed to the first die; and extending first press rods from a cavity face of the second die toward the bobbin in the cavity, and injecting a resin into the cavity while pressing both ends of the bobbin in an axial direction of the coil from an opposite side to the portion of the coil lateral face.

Manufacturing method of a reactor

A reactor provided with a cooler, comprising: a coil, a core formed of a soft magnetic material, the core covers an inside of the coil and an outer periphery of the coil; the cooler being arranged on both sides of the core, the core and the cooler being pressed in a stacking direction of the core and the cooler; a thickness of the core in the stacking direction being smaller than a length of a height of a surface of the core that faces the stacking direction; and the thickness of the core in the stacking direction being smaller than a length of a width of the surface of the core that faces the stacking direction.

Reactor provided with a cooler

A reactor includes a coil, a magnetosensitive element attached to a lead wire of the coil, a magnetic shielding plate that shields the magnetosensitive element from a magnetic field of the coil, and a case body in which the magnetic shielding plate, the magnetosensitive element and the coil are housed. In the reactor, the magnetosensitive element and the coil are covered with a resin containing a magnetic material in the case.

In order to prevent an increase in temperature of a discharge resistance discharging an electric charge accumulated in a smoothing capacitor, the present description discloses a power module. The power module has a first lead frame, a second lead frame, first and second semiconductor switches connected in series between the first lead frame and the second lead frame, a resistor connected between the first lead frame and the second lead frame, and a resin package that encapsulates the first lead frame, the second lead frame, the first semiconductor switch, the second semiconductor switch, and the resistor. In this power module, a radiator portion for radiating heat from the first lead frame and/or the second lead frame is formed in at least a part of the package.

The present invention relates to a system that is capable of freely selecting one or two or more types of fuel and supplying the selected types of fuel to an internal combustion engine. Disclosed is a hydrogen-fueled internal combustion engine that operates upon receipt of one or more types of fuel that are selected from hydrogenated fuel and a dehydrogenated product and hydrogen, which are obtained by dehydrogenating the hydrogenated fuel. The hydrogen-fueled internal combustion engine comprises: a hydrogenated fuel storage section; reaction means for invoking a dehydrogenation reaction; separation means for separating hydrogen-rich gas and dehydrogenated product; and a dehydrogenated product storage section for storing the separated dehydrogenated product.
