Provided is a vial rubber stopper using multiple types of rubber to prevent the vial rubber stopper from being scraped and from sticking to a presser plate. The vial rubber stopper includes: a cap portion having a flange; a piercing area formed to have a recess at a top surface of the cap portion and configured to traverse longitudinally the cap portion in an axial direction from the recess to a bottom surface of the cap portion; and a leg portion formed on the bottom surface of the cap portion in a way of extending downward and located outside the piercing area with respect to an axial center of the cap portion. The piercing area is formed of rubber having rubber hardness from 20 to 35, and the top surface other than the recess of the cap portion is formed of rubber having rubber hardness from 58 to 90.

Vial rubber stopper

In a pre-filled syringe having an intermediate gasket, a liquid drug is enclosed in the second chamber located on the base end side with respect to the intermediate gasket while a powdered drug is enclosed in the first chamber located on the front end side with respect to the intermediate gasket. The intermediate gasket has at least two layers including a front end layer corresponding to a wall of the first chamber and a base end layer corresponding to a wall of the second chamber, and also has a low water-absorptive layer in the layer on the base end side with respect to the front end layer. The base end layer is formed of a material having low water-absorptivity and not lowering a pH of the liquid drug.

Pre-filled syringe

A gripper which is structurally simple and can reliably and quickly grip small articles of various different shapes. The gripper has a base including a fixed portion and a movable portion movable longitudinally toward and away from the fixed portion, a first gripper portion provided on the fixed portion, a second gripper portion provided on the movable portion, and a moving/fixing mechanism for gripping a small article of an indefinite shape by moving the second gripper portion toward the first gripper portion.

Gripping device

A gripping device which can grip small articles of different shapes without the need to work its chucking surfaces or to use blocks and liners in combination, and which can position articles in parallel to or perpendicular to a reference surface with a single gripping device. A fixed yoke, a movable yoke and an anvil-side yoke are connected to two columns so that all the yokes can pivot relative to the columns and the movable yoke can further slide relative to the columns to form a parallel crank mechanism. The fixed yoke is provided with a threaded shaft for moving the movable yoke. V grooves are formed in opposed surfaces of the movable yoke and the anvil-side yoke. A plurality of cuts are formed at the portion where the V-grooves are formed in parallel to the columns. The cuts define plate members having V-grooved gripping portions meshing with each other.
