A steering control device includes a steering control unit configured to control an actual steering angle of the steering member by controlling a steering output torque output from the steering actuator, and a turning control unit configured to control an actual turning angle of the turning tire by controlling a turning output torque output from the turning actuator. The turning control unit is configured to perform a gradual reduction control to gradually decrease the turning output torque during a linked control in which the steering control unit controls the actual steering angle in conjunction with the actual turning angle in response to a stop instruction. The turning control unit and the steering control unit are configured to cut energization to the turning actuator and the steering actuator after the gradual reduction control.

Before controlling the actual turning angle toward the target turning angle to follow a planned trajectory for the vehicle, the steering angle control unit controls the actual steering angle toward the target steering angle to follow the planned trajectory.

A steering control device is configured to control steering of a vehicle by a steering actuator. The steering control includes a trajectory following control unit and an angle following control unit. The trajectory following control unit is configured to adjust a target angle of a steering angle given to a tire of the vehicle by a trajectory following control that causes a state quantity containing a position of the vehicle to follow a target trajectory. The angle following control unit is configured to adjust an instruction value that is given to the steering actuator and corresponds to an actual angle of the steering angle by an angle following control that causes the actual angle to follow the target angle. The trajectory following control unit is configured to forcibly set the target angle to be a fixed angle in a stop control period.

The steering control device acquires a target value of physical quantity related to a steering. The steering control device performs a tracking control for generating a tracking command that generates an automatic steering torque for causing a detection value of physical quantity to track the target value.

Steering control device

A steering control device is configured to control steering via a steering actuator of a vehicle. The steering control device includes a condition determination unit and a steering maintenance unit. The condition determination unit is configured to determine whether a maintenance condition required to keep a steering angle at a stop control angle is satisfied, the steering angle being given by the steering actuator to a tire of the vehicle, the stop control angle being the steering angle which is to be given at a stop position where the vehicle stops traveling. The steering maintenance unit is configured to keep the steering angle at the stop control angle in a pre-stop traveling section in which the vehicle travels until the vehicle arrives at the stop position after the maintenance condition is satisfied.

An ultrasonic sensor includes: an ultrasonic element provided to transmit or receive an ultrasonic wave propagating along a directional axis; and an element housing case that includes a case diaphragm having a thickness direction along the directional axis. A resonant space is defined between the case diaphragm and the ultrasonic element for the propagating wave, by housing the ultrasonic element while separating the ultrasonic element from the case diaphragm. A horn shape is defined in the element housing case in which a width of the resonant space in a direction orthogonal to the directional axis is reduced as the resonant space extends in an axial direction parallel to the directional axis.

Ultrasonic sensor

An ultrasonic sensor includes: an element storage case including a case-side diaphragm having a thickness direction along a directional axis; and an ultrasonic element accommodated in the element storage case and spaced apart from the case-side diaphragm. The ultrasonic element includes an element-side diaphragm having the thickness direction along the directional axis and provided by a thin part of a semiconductor substrate. The semiconductor substrate is arranged to provide a closed space between the case-side diaphragm and the element-side diaphragm. The semiconductor substrate is fixed and supported by the element-storage case.

A steering control device (ECU) comprises a base assist unit for generating a basic assist torque and a steering torque correction unit. The steering torque correction unit outputs a corrected steering torque, which is decreasingly corrected so that an absolute value becomes smaller than an absolute value of a steering torque when a viscous load is requested to be applied to a driver by decreasing the assist torque. The base assist unit includes a target steering torque calculation unit and a servo controller. The target steering torque calculation unit calculates the target steering torque based on a steering torque. The servo controller calculates the basic assist torque to cause the corrected steering torque to follow the target steering torque.

In a steering control apparatus, a basic assistance torque calculating unit calculates a basic assistance torque. A return control unit calculates a return control amount to assist in returning a steering wheel to a neutral position, as a correction torque to be added to the basic assistance torque. In the return control unit, a target steering speed calculating unit calculates a target steering speed being that is a target value for a steering speed. A return control amount calculating unit calculates the return control amount such that the steering speed follows the target steering speed. A returning state determining unit determines whether the steering wheel is turning or returning. The target steering speed calculating unit gradually increases an absolute value of the target steering speed from an absolute value of the steering speed when the steering wheel is returning.

Steering control apparatus

A camera device which includes a holder which retains an optical member therein and a circuit board on which an image sensor is mounted. The holder is joined to the circuit board using an adhesive agent. The circuit board at least partially includes a metallic layer and a resinous layer stacked in a thickness-wise direction of the circuit board. The circuit board has a metallic layer-absent portion in which the metallic layer is partially omitted. The metallic layer-absent portion is located so as to overlap the joint between the holder and the circuit board in the thickness-wise direction of the circuit board, thereby minimizing the transfer of heat of the adhesive agent to the metallic layer. This achieves effective hardening the adhesive agent, which will facilitate the ease with which the camera device is assembled.

In the correction torque calculating unit, a returning state determining unit determines whether a steering wheel is turning or returning. A returning speed stabilization control unit calculates a returning speed stabilization torque to stabilize a returning speed of the steering wheel, as the correction torque. The returning speed stabilization control calculates the returning speed stabilization torque such as to bring a second-order time differential value of steering wheel position-related information correlated with a steering wheel position closer to zero, and such that an absolute value of the returning speed stabilization torque when the steering wheel is returning is relatively greater than that when the steering wheel is turning.

In a return control unit, a driver steering correcting unit calculates a correction amount outputted in relation to any calculation quantity in a calculation process for a return control amount, based on a steering torque and steering wheel position-related information, such that the return control amount is maintained or increased when a steering torque is applied in a returning direction towards a neutral position of a steering wheel, and the return control amount is reduced when the steering torque of which an absolute value is equal to or greater than a predetermined critical value is applied in a turning direction away from the neutral position of the steering wheel. The steering wheel position-related information is information of which a value when the steering wheel is at the neutral position is zero and the value is positive or negative based on a steering wheel position in relation to the neutral position.

A steering controller that controls a motor to output an assist torque to steer a steering member, including a steer property calculator calculating a steer state quantity that is an index of a steering state indicating one of (i) a steer-away state, (ii) a steer-back state, or (iii) a stay-still state, an adjusted torque calculator calculating an adjusted torque based on the steer state quantity, and an instruction value calculator calculating an assist torque instruction that is an instruction value regarding a drive of the motor by using the adjusted torque. In such manner, the steer state quantity, the steer-back operation, the stay-still operation of a steering wheel, and the adjusted torque are appropriately calculated, thereby enabling an appropriate adjustment of a steering feel.

Steering controller

A resin-bonded body of a fuel injection apparatus includes a first resin material and a second resin material, which are bonded together and have different properties, respectively. The resin-bonded body has a fuel seal portion to limit leakage of fuel from a boundary surface between the first resin material and the second resin material to an outside. The fuel seal portion is formed in a portion of the boundary surface and is surface-modified to increase hydrophilicity of the fuel seal portion.
