A semiconductor integrated circuit device includes cells A-1, B-1, and C-1 that have the same logic. Cell B-1 has cell width Wlarger than a cell width of cell A-1, but gate length Lof a MOS transistor is equal to that of cell A-1. Cell C-1 has cell width Wequal to a cell width of cell B-1, but has a MOS transistor having large gate length L. A circuit delay of cell C-1 becomes large as compared with that of cells A-1 and B-1, but leak current becomes small. Therefore, by replacing cell A-1 adjacent to a space area with cell B-1, and by replacing cell B-1 in a path having room in timing with cell C-1, for example, leak current can be suppressed without increasing a chip area.

The clock supply circuit of the present invention comprises a plurality of clock supply paths and a clock gate circuit. When feeding parts (102) to a mounting machine (A) by using a parts feed cassette (B), prior to parts feed, air is preliminarily supplied to the parts feed cassette (B) to put the parts (102) in neat order, and the parts (102) are preliminarily sent up to a final position in a parts feed route (113). Accordingly, if the parts (102) cannot be securely sent up to the parts feed position (114) in the parts feed route (113) by supplying air (1b) only for a specific limited time for feeding parts (102), the parts (102) can be preliminarily sent forward in neat order, and by the supply of air (1b) for parts feed, the parts (102) can be fed quickly, securely, and stably.

Parts feed apparatus and parts feed method

A component supply apparatus for sequentially supplying components to a predetermined position by separating a covering tape from an accommodating tape. The components are accommodated in the accommodating tape at predetermined intervals along a longitudinal direction of the tape. The components are covered with the covering tape. The apparatus includes a reel around which the separated covering tape is wound. The reel includes a reel body having a winding barrel removably mounted on a driving shaft and a guide flange positioned at one end of the driving shaft and a guide flange positioned at one end of the driving shaft. An inelastic auxiliary ring is provided so as to wind the covering tape about the peripheral surface thereof. The ring includes a rotation preventing portion and is removably mounted on a peripheral surface of the winding barrel.

Component supply apparatus

A component supply apparatus includes a component feeding device for feeding components to a component feeding path, with the components arranged in a row while the components are being agitated by air, and a path forming member having a curved path extending from the component feeding path to a component supply position, for guiding the components fed from the component feeding path to the component supply position by changing a direction of each of the components by a predetermined angle. A plurality of air supply holes are provided at plural portions of the curved path for feeding the components fed to the curved path to the component supply position.

A cassette loading apparatus in which there is provided a clutch member having a resilient member coupling first and second sliding members. The resilient member is adapted to horizontally move along guide members provided on one of a pair of side plates for guiding a cassette holder. The second sliding member has formed therein an elongated hole along which a projection formed on the first sliding member is displaced. The length of the elongated hole is greater than the displacement of the projection corresponding to the moving distance of the cassette holder along a horizontal section of an L-shaped guide groove formed in the one side plate.

A cassette loading apparatus including a cassette guide provided adjacent to an insertion opening of a tape cassette, a cassette holder, a pair of said plates for guiding the cassette holder during displacement thereof and a chassis having the cassette guide secured thereto, is characterized in that the side plates are mounted on the cassette guide from above with at least one portion of each of the side plates secured to the cassette guide and at least another portion of each of the side plates secured to the chassis.

In a cassette loading apparatus used for carrying a tape cassette from an unloading position to a loading position, cutouts are made in side plates to be continuous to L-shaped guide slots made therein so that the cassette holder unit having outwardly projecting pins can be inserted from the top when assembling the same with the side plates. After the cassette holder unit is assembled, a top plate having projecting plates may be attached to the side plates so that the cutouts are filled with the projecting plates. The projecting plates have rounded corners for smooth movement of the projecting pins along the L-shaped guide slots.
