Provided is a jig for a vibration test of a stator vane, for use in the vibration test for evaluating high cycle fatigue characteristics of the stator vane, and the jig is provided with a base plate that is fixed onto an excitation table of a shaker, a first fixed wall that is fixed onto the base plate in a state where a vane root end portion of a guide vane is fixed, a movable wall that is slidably placed on the base plate in a state where a vane tip portion of the guide vane is fixed, a second fixed wall that is fixed onto the base plate, and a hydraulic jack that is disposed between the movable wall and the second fixed wall, to apply a load in the span direction to the guide vane. Consequently, in the vibration test for evaluating the high cycle fatigue characteristics of the stator vane, the test simulating an actual operation state can be carried out, and an assumed deformed state can be exhibited in the stator vane to be subjected to the test.

Provided is a jig for a vibration test of a rotor blade, for use in the vibration test for evaluating high cycle fatigue characteristics of the rotor blade for an aircraft engine, and the jig is provided with a jig body holding a dovetail portion of a fan blade and fixed onto an excitation table of a shaker, and a hydraulic jack that applies a load in a blade span direction to the fan blade to fix the fan blade to the jig body. Consequently, in the vibration test for evaluating the high cycle fatigue characteristics of the rotor blade, a test simulating an actual operation state can be carried out, the rotor blade can be efficiently excited to reach a large deformation region, and high cycle fatigue failure can occur without any increase in test cost.

A stator-vane structure that can suppress pressure loss caused by a gap or a level difference between liners, while forming an air channel with stator vanes made of a composite material and the liners in a turbofan engine, and the turbofan engine employing this stator-vane structure are provided. Inner liners are made to butt against each other so as to clamp therebetween a vane base section of a fan exit guide vane (stator vane) made of a composite material, outer liners are made to butt against each other so as to clamp therebetween a vane tip section of the fan exit guide vane, respectively, and division lines that are formed between these liners on a leading-edge side are made to be along a streamline direction.

An electric conduction structure for conducting and diverting electric current from a vane main body of an cutlet guide vane into en exterior support structure is comprised of: a sheath of a metal covering a leading edge of the vane main body; and an electrically conductive pad of the metal comprising a contact portion so dimensioned as to have an overlap with an end of the sheath, and a washer portion into which a bolt for being tightened into the support structure is insertable, wherein any joints of a weld, a spot-weld, a solder, a bond by an electrically conductive paste and a crimp establish connection between the end of the sheath and the contact portion.

A blank sheet including a plurality of main fibers arranged in parallel with each other, auxiliary fibers and a resin that consolidates the fibers is heated to a temperature at which the resin softens, and then pressed against a fan blade mold with the direction of the main fibers aligned with the longitudinal direction of the fan blade mold. The fan blade mold is shaped so that the length thereof in the longitudinal direction along the surface of a center part thereof in the width direction is shorter than the length thereof in the longitudinal direction along the surface of end parts thereof in the width direction. When the blank sheet is pressed against the fan blade mold, a center part in the width direction of the blank sheet at an end part in the longitudinal direction is pulled with a greater force than end parts in the width direction of the blank sheet at the end part in the longitudinal direction, thereby preventing occurrence of wrinkling.

Method of manufacturing fan blade and apparatus for manufacturing the same fan blade

A coupling support member including a pair of divided pieces is placed between an end portion of a guide vane and an attachment flange, and the pair of divided pieces is joined to the vane end portion from both sides in the vane thickness direction. A linear protrusion is formed on one of joint surfaces of the vane end portion. A groove engaged with the linear protrusion is formed in one of respective joint surfaces of the pair of divided pieces. The vane end portion is fastened between the pair of divided pieces. It is possible to obtain a high structural strength while contributing to a reduction in weight of a jet engine.

A coupling support member including a pair of divided pieces is placed in a coupling part between a vane proximal end portion of a guide vane and an attachment flange, and the pair of divided pieces are joined to the vane proximal end portion from both the sides in the vane thickness direction. A groove is formed in one end portion joint surface of the coupling support member, a linear protrusion is formed on the other end portion joint surface, the vane proximal end portion is formed into a concavo-convex shape, a linear protrusion that is engaged with the groove which is formed in the end portion joint surface is formed on a joint surface to the one end portion joint surface, a groove that is engaged with the linear protrusion formed on the end portion joint surface is formed in the joint surface to the other end portion joint surface. The vane proximal end portion is held between the pair of divided pieces of the coupling support member, by the fastening force that is applied to the coupling support member from both the sides in the vane thickness direction. It is possible to obtain a high structural strength while contributing to a reduction in weight of a jet engine.

A guide vane attachment structure including a first fitting portion formed in a vane joint surface of a guide vane, a support member whose constituent material is a metal is integrally connected to a fan frame, and a second fitting portion to be fitted to the first fitting portion formed in a support joint surface of the support member.
